Reflections at Tioga Gardens Reviews

Reflections at Tioga Gardens was a beautiful venue for both my daughter wedding ceremony and reception. The grounds are breathtaking and absolutely make a perfect spot for photos.

In the last year there have been a great deal of improvements to the grounds that really enhance the venue.

The venue coordinator Hanna is only part time employee but she is very nice and try’s to give you the best service she can with her limited availability. You can text or email her anytime and she will get back to you as soon as she is able. The day and night of the event she was very helpful and we truly appreciated her efforts in making everything run smoothly.

Absolutely beautiful venue! The gardens is a beautiful place with such a welcoming feel. As a photographer the amount of locations to shoot for your wedding day is limitless, each place in the garden is so unique from another !

Stunning venue lots of flowers and very accommodating to all request. Was able to make my wedding unique to our wants. Everyone loves it there. Great for kids to run around.

The flowers and arrangements were beautiful!!

Tioga Gardens is hands down the best out there! I got married on Mother's Day weekend - every other florist in the area either turned me down or prefaced my wedding as "just adding to the Mother's Day chaos". Helga sat down with me and my parents and thoroughly discussed every possible arrangement with us. And let me tell you - she did not miss a beat on my wedding day!! Every little detail from our "flower initials" on the church door to the perfect shade of pink rose was executed perfectly. They really know what they are doing over there and created something exceptionally gorgeous and unique. Well worth the money!!!

They did an amazing job! They were so nice to work with.

This venue is so beautiful and all of our guests loved it and our day was perfect. The only complaint we have is we were never notified ahead of time that the wedding coordinator wasn't going to make it to our rehearsal, But none the less available staff where able to answer any questions we had that night.

They went above and beyond.

Tioga gardens did a beautiful job on our floral arrangements. We did not purchase center pieces, only loose flowers that we cut ourselves and put in mason jars, and the bouquets, boutonnieres, etc... The bouquets were gorgeous and exactly what I had described to the florist, but they were very pricey.

I have to admit I was nervous to check out Tioga Gardens as I thought they would be really expensive. After I had a consultation with them, I was blown away with the quality of their work, the service and attention I received, and the quote. Needless to say, I booked them on the spot! They were even able to show me a sample of what my flowers would look like pieced together (they grabbed a few flowers from in the back to put together to show me) - this is what really made the difference to me! (I dont know much about different styles of flowers and the fact that they worked with me was amazing!) They worked with every detail of my wedding and they followed the contract as specified. They delivered the flowers for me to 3 different locations on the day-of without any problems. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and looked gorgeous in every photograph throughout the entire day. I would highly recommend Tioga Gardens to any future bride. They make it very stres-free!

This venue has a great staff and selection of products as well as offers many other services to actually complete your entire wedding in their venue.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I didn't have any specific flowers that I wanted to use other than lavender roses. I gave them my color palette and I requested in-season flowers.

Gripes: As an out of state bride planning a wedding by myself, I would have appreciated if they used email more frequently. Trying to get in there for a face to face appointment was extremely difficult, and snail mail and fax is not the most efficient means of communication.

The value for the money was probably average, but that's because we got the savings on the venue. The contract states you must use Tioga Gardens for all flowers. The only exception to that was the flowers on the cake.

I bought and shipped some of the components for the centerpieces, and they were still $45/piece.

And finally, we were unable to decorate the night before the wedding. We had to decorate everything the day before the wedding and consequently, everyone was coming to me to see what needed to be done. Overseeing some of the details the night before would have at least made for a more enjoyable wedding day.

We walked in without an appointment and they were quick to accommodate us. They had some great ideas and I loved the selections. We ordered that day and paid our deposit. When we went back several weeks later to pay the remaining amount they had lost some of our paperwork (most importantly our deposit receipt). Thankfully they quickly figured it out.

Brides beware. I went thru this florist because I was told I could get specialty flowers for my bouquet and altar flowers. The flowers were delivered an hour before my wedding and nothing I paid for, discussed or ordered arrived. I had no choice but to use the flowers that were delivered which were not only wrong but ugly. Extremely disappointed. When I contacted the owner he told me that sometimes flowers just don't come in and he did the best with what he had. I should have been told during initial consultation that I might pay for something I might not receive. No refund. Terrible customer service. Warning all brides
