    We had our wedding reception here and everyone was so nice and professional to work with. Everything was easy to deal with too and everyone was very helpful during our journey as well. Affordable cost as well. Will and have recommended to friends and family!!

    The staff here were great! They treated me with respect and were happy to accommodate. I was very nervous and they could tell. They listen to all my request and were so helpful. Claudine and her staff were the best!

    We had our wedding reception at the Regatta on January 2nd, 2016. The staff was so helpful, and specifically Barbara and Claudine were amazing to work with. Our reception held 250 guests with a majority of them being Indian. Barbara and Claudine were more than accommodating, working with us to create a plan that fit our specific needs. They met our requests and questions with nothing but positivity and support. The hall itself was beautiful and we appreciated the staff working with our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. We all had such an amazing night, and can’t thank Barbara, Claudine and the staff enough for all their patience and help. We highly recommend the Regatta and hope to work with them again!

    ALL of the staff at the Regatta helped make my daughter's wedding a wonderful event! The rooms was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service from start to finish was professional and courteous. The guests raved about the food!

    I wish we could give the Regatta more than 5 stars! Barbara and her team were very flexible and easy to work with. They took a quote that we had received and beat it with an amazing backyard BBQ buffet. The farm our wedding was at did not have any cooking facilities. The Regatta team arrived in shifts delivering our food to keep it all warm and fresh. Our guests still rave about the food at our wedding. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We would highly recommend the Regatta for your next event and hope to use them again in the future.

    The Regatta was a great place to have a wedding party. They all were attentive to our every want and need. The food was well served and delicious. The staff was the BEST ever, on top of there game at all time. Great job to all. Thank you for the best wedding ever

    The Regatta is certainly the place to book any special event, particularly a wedding reception! Their prices are very reasonable and Barbara (Marketing Director) was absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. Barbara met with us on several occasions to go over details of the reception, helped create a timeline, and was extremely flexible to all our requests and needs. We were even able to use any of their items they had as centerpieces, and considering our wedding was an ocean themed wedding, it was great because they had lots of seashells, sea glass, rocks, etc... for us to use at no additional cost. Barbara ensures her and her staff set up the entire reception and is exactly how we wanted it....they even called me the day before to see if I could swing by to take a look at the centerpieces to ensure they were to my liking. The food was absolutely superb, my guests talked incessantly about how great the food was. The staff were very accommodating and kept me informed throughout the night of food service as well as where they had our items that we would need once we left. The facility has everything you need all in one place, a cocktail area, a bridal suite, and a large ballroom with a huge dance floor. There isn't enough positive things I can say, this place was absolutely perfect!

    The Regatta is a beautiful facility with an equally amazing staff. Charlie Casey, the Executive Chef is incredibly accomodating and does a great job with the kitchen staff at being flexible and providing a stellar meal and Barbara Valarese and her staff were beyond helpful in lining up our events, it was perfect (And I became a little needy as we got closer- kudos to you all!)

    We had a salad station, slider station, soup station, dessert station and pasta station and each element was great!

    Being in the hospitality industry for the the last 11 years, I know a good venue and service when I see it and the Regatta has it. The room is large enough that is can become whatever you make of it. We spent hours decorating and every minute was worth it, it is truly a space that you can transform. As a bonus, it's directly connected to the Shipyard Brew Pub, which is a great place to host an informal Rehearsal Dinner!

    The venue itself was beautiful and the food delicious. On the day of the wedding the bridal suite was sweltering. The brought in a fan and said the AC should kick in but it never did. We managed to get dressed, hair and makeup done and move on with thw day. Unfortunately the heat problem carried over to the hall the ceremony and receoption was held. The employees tried opening doors and setting up fans but there was no relief in sight. We had several guests leave due to the heat as well problems with the brides hair literally collapsing due to the heat in the room. The staff was apologetic and tried their best but as several stated to us they were not AC technicians and did nto know how to correct the problem. When I addressed the problem with the woman I had dealt with setting up the wedding the following Monday her reply was that the guests were opening doors and letting the cold air escape. I informed her that her staff kept opening the doors in hopes of cooling the room down but nothing helped. She apologized if myself and a few guests were uncomfortable but fact was that all 94 guests spent the entire wedding and reception in an overly heated room with no AC. Her whole attitude was oh well our AC was working when in fact it was nt as several of the employees told us during the event. Management should have had a technician called when the problem was first noticed 3 hours prior to the wedding. It was never addressed and what was a special day ended up being less special due to guests and bridal party sweltering. Would I recommend this venue? I would have to think long on hard before I would do that. The problem was not addressed the day of the event and was swept under the rug when I tried addressing it with them after the event. Not a happy customer hereat all.

    We checked out this venue in hopes of making it work-Great deal and great facility! It flows from one room to another, very clean and organized, stellar bathrooms (with a big separated single bathroom in the back for the bride and her dress!), big ballroom, really looks to impress. The surprise-It was located kind of in a strip mall setting with a gas station out front. Keep in mind, there is absolutely no place to even attempt to take pictures outside of the venue, you would have to travel. If you can look past the outside, its great.
    About the service.... After over a month of trying to view the site and around 10 attempts at reaching out (email, phone, everything), we FINALLY got a call saying we could pop in and look but the person we would need to speak with wouldn't be there. The coordinators really showed us around and gave us a feel for the place-they were spectacular-however you do not work directly with them. The person you need to speak with regarding the booking, questions you have and all that good stuff, could not have more unresponsive. We constantly emailed, called and did everything in our power to get questions answered or even just be able to look at the place. When we finally got in contact we were told that she was too busy and we would need to call in the beginning of the following week to talk/meet/visit. Well, we called and come to find she was on vacation. The service was poor, and even if the place was made of gold i'm not sure we would have chosen this venue. If it takes over a month to even get a response, not a response to your questions or to visit, but from someone else at the facility that just feels bad that you haven't been able to get in contact with the correct person, it makes me wonder how badly the planning process would go up until the big day....
