User2187895 Sent on 06/19/2015Reliable Tent Rental was just as their name says. They came to the house prior to the event to know where we wanted the tent placed and were flexible with any changes I had made prior to the wedding. The weather was iffy during the days prior leading up to the reception and they even allowed changes the day of the reception when we needed to get tent sides for probably rain. They were professional and were timely in their set up and tear down all while being respectful of our wet yard and that was important to us when they took the tent down. -

User861528 Sent on 07/12/2012Brought tent early. Was great to be able to have it up with tables and chairs set up a few days before the wedding. However, the table clothes arrived at 6:30 pm the night before the wedding. They were all wrinkled and we had to iron them. They still billed us for the full amount. Have not received a discount yet. Very unhappy and would not get table cloths from them in the future. The tent and tables were great though. -
User2680434 Sent on 07/10/2016good luck getting to book or get email price an invoice to book anything. he does answer phone an any questions over the phone but thats it. went to business after phone conversation no one there. called to book a rental tent, table, an chairs. thats all i got to he never sent invoice to email like he said he would twice. had my fiance call he got the same. no email. had to search farther away an pay more for rental. -
User1323545 Sent on 09/10/2013Reliable Tent Rental was anything but reliable. Reliable is owned and operated by a two brother team. It's clear that they are understaffed and in desperate need of an administrative assistant/reception. The whole experience with them was unprofessional. The business number I found on google was to one of the owners private cell. I received no return call with answers to my basic questions till about 1.5 weeks later. I live in CA and had my wedding in Convoy, OH where my fiancé is from. He had to physically go to Reliable Tent Rental when he went home on vacation to get any information. Once we figured out what we needed for our wedding, and emailed requesting a quote, we only received a reply after my fiancé called day after day after day asking for any communication. About a week out from the wedding I finally called and told one of the owners that I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and was very worried that they'd even come through for us on the wedding day since they had still not collected any sort deposit. He assured me they would be there. The whole experience was unprofessional and added much unnecessary stress. Nobody wants any experience like that when planning for such a special day. Even after the wedding it still took over two weeks to hear from either of the brothers. We didn't pay off our bill until two weeks after the wedding which of course by this point every other vendor was paid in full. To add insult to injury when my fiancé asked for some discount due to the overall ridiculous experience...they offered none. Additionally both myself and fiancé are military. EVERY other vendor, (caterer, cake, photographer, hotel, church) offered us a small discount for being military. Each of those vendors returned calls/emails efficiently, and made us feel like our special day mattered to them. Not the experience at Reliable. Until they fix themselves I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for any event. Not worth what we paid.
