Thank you so much for making it the perfect day! We found you last minute when I was about to lose it and passed off a good portion of the planning activities. You helped us find a florist last minute who was beyond our expectations and well in budget! You helped wrangle a pretty serious opinionated group of moms and aunts without a bay of the eye. Your helped us pivot two days before from almost a fully outdoor wedding to an almost fully indoor wedding seamlessly. We gave you boxes of decorations with some scribbled notes and you made the venue just perfect! It was Fantastic! Zoe, I didn’t see you much because everything was so perfect, the only time we spoke was so I could THANK YOU at the end of the night! Loved it!Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events's reply:

Great partner in planning
We booked Amanda at Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for our October 2023 wedding and don’t regret it one bit. We knew we wanted someone to guide us through the process and be as stress free as possible come wedding time and booking the full-service planning helped us do just that. She helped us providing suggestions and tips for booking our vendors, and even helped us with the big crisis and heartbreak of our 1st venue essentially cancelling on us.
She immediately jumped into action and helped us find an even more beautiful venue (Edgewood Tahoe) that was available on our date, and then took my vision and all my pinterest pins, put them all together and helped communicate with our vendors to conjure up our dream wedding come to life.
On the day of, she and her team helped with set up and break down, and my husband and I and our wedding party all had a great time without worrying about anything else. Overall highly recommend! -

I booked Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for our vow renewal at the Nevada Beach Pavilion. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with! We connected over video calls since I was in another state. She's so nice, organized, and collaborative. She kept me up to date every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Amanda and Des were incredible setting up and coordinating the day of - the sweetest people! Everything was taken care of while we were able to enjoy the day, and it truly wouldn't have been the same experience without them. We had lots of compliments from our friends and family. Thank you both so much for being a part of our special day! -

Awesome Coordinator!
If you are reading this, this is your sign to stop what you’re doing and book Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events to be your wedding coordinator. Amanda is very professional and really knows her stuff when it comes to planning and executing a wedding. She helped us navigate a host of complicated and unexpected situations related to our remote and rustic venue leading up to our wedding. When it came time for our wedding weekend, Amanda and Ella stepped in and made sure everything was 10 times better than we ever dreamed it to be. They coordinated our bbq welcome party Friday night as well as our wedding on Saturday. We initially thought we could handle the welcome party ourselves, but in hindsight are SO GLAD Amanda and Ella were there to make it all go smoothly. If you’re getting married in the Tahoe area, would 10 out of 10 recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events! -

Amanda and her team are the reason our wedding will be a night we will never forget. I am a very organized/crafty person who thought I could plan and organize my wedding on my own. After watching another wedding coordinator do everything at a wedding I attended, I realized I might benefit from some help. Once we hired Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events, Amanda took all of my plans for the wedding and helped me organize all my ideas/crafts into a google doc. She met with us multiple times over Zoom to help organize my ideas and embraced my crazy ideas too. Since I DIY most of the details, her team was able to set up the venue with all the details and even added a little of their own touch to make it perfect. All my vendors complimented me on how organized the day was, and that was all thanks to Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events. I was even complimented on how calm I was during the day, and that was also thanks to Amanda and her team being so on top of it that I didn’t worry about a thing and was able to enjoy my day. So go hire Amanda and her team right now! Even if you think you got it handled, trust me, Amanda and her team will make it even better. -

Highly recommend!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We needed a planner to help with things in the last couple of months & day of, and Amanda was exactly what we were looking for. She responded to emails so quickly & helped with all the communication with our vendors. She was even able to go to the venue for us to help since we had moved abroad a few months before the big day! We felt she went above & beyond what we had even expected out of a planner. If anything went wrong on wedding day we had no idea thanks to her & her team. We loved how she was so on top of it with timing as well during the day & was always there to tell us where we were needed next. We had the best day we could have asked for and we couldn’t recommend them more! -

After finding their website and Instagram page, we knew Amanda and her team would be a great fit to make our Alphine chic wedding vision come to life. What also drew us to selecting Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events, was seeing that Amanda had experience with and enthusiasm for working with fur babies/dogs.
From our very first meeting, Amanda impressed us with her infectious excitement, specialized knowledge, and unmatched organizational skills. She truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail of your special day was nothing short of perfection and she was our #1 advocate when meeting with other vendors. Amanda effortlessly guided us through every step of the planning process, providing invaluable advice, recommendations, and problem-solving skills that saved us from countless headaches.
What really stood out was Amanda and team’s service on our wedding day. We really felt like Amanda was a guardian angel watching over us. She orchestrated everything with remarkable precision, ensuring that each vendor, decoration, and timeline was executed flawlessly. Notably, as a Tahoe native, Amanda had the specialized knowledge needed to make our event a success. The wedding day started off pretty windy, but my husband and I were determined to keep our reception outdoors. Somehow, Amanda was able to make it all happen and found a way to utilize all our décor using her immaculate problem-solving skills. Her creativity and attention to detail was truly astonishing and made us feel at ease knowing that everything would be taken care of flawlessly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of getting married.
Our favorite part of the day was the ceremony, which Amanda organized and executed perfectly. Her team also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards to ensure the venue did not charge us for leaving décor or rose petals behind. We also really loved taking sunset photos, which we almost decided to skip after living in the moment a little too much with guests. Thankfully, Amanda was there to talk some sense into us because we would have had major regrets if we did not stick with our plan to take sunset photos with our dog. These ended up being our best photos from the day!
Because of Amanda and her team, we were really able to live in the moment without a care on our special day. After dancing the night away and celebrating late with friends, we were so relieved when we woke up in the morning to be surrounded by the sentimental items and decor that had adorned our wedding. Amanda made sure to carefully arrange and place each item with so much care, making our room feel like a sanctuary of cherished memories. Somehow everything made it back to our room and nothing was lost. To me, this was what was the most impressive part of working with Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events.
Not only is Amanda exceedingly professional, she also has an incredible sense of humor and a warm, friendly approach that instantly put us at ease. It really felt like we became instant friends, and we loved having her by our side throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events enough. Texas bride & groom here! My husband and I got married at The Chart House in Lake Tahoe! Our guest list was 58 people, mostly family and a few of our closest, dearest friends. In the beginning stages of wedding planning, we thought we could do it all. A few months out, two wishes became incredibly important to us. One, making sure our family could enjoy the day and not have to do a thing and two, ceremony/cocktail hour/reception flow was organized and on-time. Our two wishes were granted and made perfect with the help of Amanda & her team @ Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events! We’re now a couple of weeks post-wedding and our hearts are still overflowing with so much gratitude and happy memories. Amanda made our wedding day seamless! She is incredibly organized, creative and played a integral role in making our vision come to life! We appreciated her constant communication in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding day. Being from out-of-state, she put our mind at ease knowing we had her in the Lake Tahoe area for any last minute communication with our vendors..most she had worked with prior to our wedding! Amanda was also was able to attend our final meeting with our venue when we couldn’t make it! She goes above and beyond for her couples and was an incredible asset to our team!

Great job!
Amanda and her team hustled their buns off all day every day for our entire weekend wedding at a summer camp. They did a great job making sure we could actually enjoy ourselves for the event after so much work and planning, and did it all at an affordable price to boot. Definitely recommend! -

If you're looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, I highly recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events. Amanda was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond to take care of every need we had and was always available for questions. She handled all of our requests with ease and paid attention to every small detail. She even provided a printed out schedule for me and all of the wedding party which was SO helpful to have on the actual wedding day. She made sure all additional vendors were on the same page so that everything went smoothly. Additionally, all of the decor was set up beautifully. Wedding planning is a stressful task, but Amanda made it very easy. Working with her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Thanks to her our rehearsal and wedding day turned out perfect! -

Amanda and her team at Enchanted Events were a joy to work with in planning our wedding celebration at Valhalla. Amanda was very helpful throughout the process—she attended our vendor meetings, knew the right questions to ask (questions my husband and I never would have thought of!), and worked tirelessly on the day of the event to ensure it went off without a hitch! Having gotten married there herself, Amanda is very knowledgeable about events at Valhalla and is a particularly great choice for couples looking to get married at Valhalla too! 10/10 would work with Enchanted Events again! -

Amazing Planner
If you are looking for an exceptional wedding coordinator we would highly recommend Reno/Tahoe Enchanted Events. We were informed by our venue that they did not supply a coordinator with two weeks left before the wedding. We reached out to Amanda and explained our circumstances and she jumped in without hesitation and handled the wedding arrangements and vendors without a hitch. She was very informative and gave excellent advice. When the wedding finally arrived she handled everything with ease and left us to enjoy our daughters wedding. She was always available to handle any questions or concerns. Thank you Amanda the wedding was beautiful and we couldn't have it with out you.
