  The Ideal Caterer!

  After sending out a few emails to various caterers, and not being impressed with any of them, we were so happy we found Reto’s Kitchen. They tailored an entire delicious menu that fit our budget, and they answered any questions we had quickly and professionally! On the day itself, they were just incredible as well. Meg and Jackie helped set up both the food and the decorations, as well as doing a phenomenal job with the plating and serving! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  Beyond amazing!

  Reto's did an AMAZING job with our wedding! They were the ultimate professionals, and made sure our day went well. It downpoured on our wedding day, and they didn't miss a beat. When they realized all the men didn't have their boutinerres, the team at Retos ran everything out to them at the start of the ceremony. They whole team was so helpful and friendly. My guests continue to talk about how great the food was!
  
  Additionally, we have done 2 cooking classes with Reto and had such a fun time! We're looking forward to attending more.

  We are so happy we chose reto's catering. They were flexible with us on the menu until we were able to get a selection we really liked, and were great at keeping our budget in mind. Reto and Shelley were such great personalities to work with. Day of everything was delicious, we had so many compliments on the food and personalized service.   Reto’s Kitchen provided exceptional service and food. We were so happy they could cater our wedding. I am still hearing from guest saying how good everything was. We appreciate everything that Shelley and Reto did for us and did not have to worry about anything the day off.

  Dinner for 100 people - SO easy to make all arrangements via email (my preference) and the food & on-site service were GREAT!! Reto was immediately responsive and very helpful when making choices on what to serve, how, etc. Food was delicious, and his team were so nice and worked so hard & efficiently. Cannot say enough good things about Reto and his team!

  We actually had an interactive dinner party where Reto taught us cooking skills as we prepared our meal. The class was excellent (we especially enjoyed learning knife skills) and the meal was superb. The highlight was the potato gnocchi with seared duck breast and cherry sauce!

  From suggestions for the menu, day of event and clean up everything is done with attention to detail. We had a few of buffet menu items and numerous passed appetizers and the timing was great. The tuna on the hot rock, buffet item, was a big hit with guests. The flavors were fabulous. I would not use anyone else.

  Chef Reto Biaggi is not only an excellent chef but a fine teacher and a genial presence. Our event was a dinner party for seven for which Reto teamed with my husband--who loves to cook. My husband learned a great deal in a very happy way, and we and the guests were all knocked out by the food: duck breasts in cherry sauce on a bed of risotto was the entree preceded by gougeres as an appetizer. The dessert was chocolate mousse cake with fudge sauce. All the guests were gourmands--one a native French woman. As she said, "Reto is a find!"

  Food, service was terrific! Top notch service, the bartender was even knowledgeable about the different wines available to our guests that evening.
  Reto himself was very helpful and flex able during the planning process and at the end of the event, our kitchen was spotless.

  I recently moved to Greensboro and needed help with a last minute holiday dinner party. I cannot be more pleased with Reto and Shelley!! They were very busy but took the time to listen to what I needed and offered what they could prepare for me considering the short notice. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. It was creative, thoughtful and delicious...and beautiful to look at! Our guests stopped me for days afterwards to tell me how fantastic everything was!   Many guests commented on the delicious food. It was a southern theme and every dish was perfect, including the outstanding sweet potato biscuits! Reto was able to provide excellent "southern" suggestions from the deviled eggs and pimento cheese hors d'oeuvres to the banana pudding shots and mini strawberry shortcakes for dessert. I could not have been more pleased!
