  Best Wedding Videographer Ever

  I came across retrosound long before I was engaged and knew immediately I would hire them for my wedding no matter where I got married. They have some of the best video work I have ever seen and luckily they travel anywhere, so it was no problem for them to attend our Chicago wedding. Cliff and Jessica are some of the kindest people I have ever met, and they are incredibly talented. They also do photo, and though I had already hired a photographer before I knew they did both- I was able to hire them to take film photos. They turned our soo gorgeous and I will cherish them forever. We got a teaser video but just two weeks after our wedding and they didn’t miss anything. Look no further- these guys are incredible, and so talented.

  Absolutely phenomenal!

  WOW!! Where do I even begin? Cliff and Jessica were absolutely amazing! They were SO easy to work with- from the first consult call through our wedding day. They made us feel SO comfortable in front of the camera and sent us a sneak peek film that had us in a puddle of happy tears! The quality of their work is fantastic. The film is light/airy, graceful, and beautiful- it captured the joy, light, and fun of our wedding day and reception! We could not be more grateful to them for giving us such a beautiful way to remember our wedding day for many years to come. Would HIGHLY recommend them to any friend getting married!!

  Talented AND puts their clients first!

  We chose retro sound film over two years ago when we started planning our wedding pre-Covid. We ended up having to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to Covid. Cliff and Jessica were always so helpful and understanding during the most stressful times. **I want to mention** with our final wedding date they were scheduled to be coming home that same day from another wedding out of state. They altered their schedules to be able to attend our wedding. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for them and their promise to us as their clients. It is not often you find someone to go above and beyond as they did. Thank you guys so much for being so amazing to us during this special time in our lives.

  Great service

  Cliff came to Iceland and filmed an amazing wedding video for us. He traveled several house to a peninsula on the west side and hiked out with us in the misty fog to capture our special day. He was a blast to have with us and we recommend him for your wedding needs!

  Gorgeous Work

  Retrosound Films gave us AMAZING pictures and films that will allow us to cherish our wedding day forever and that is priceless. Communication was great and always timely. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and managed to capture so many moments without us even feeling like they were there. Wonderful people, wonderful company, incredible work. I highly recommend!!

  Brilliant people + videographers

  Very professional & personal

  Clif & Jess were a pleasure to work with. They were quickly responsive to any calls or emails and very informative on what they were planning on doing before, during and after our special day. The quality of the film they produced was amazing. They captured the highlights of our entire day and put it together as if it was telling a story. Wonderful people, wonderful service and wonderful video!

  One of our favorite vendors of our wedding!

  My husband's #1 must-have for our wedding was a videographer and turned out they were the vendors we were most excited about during our whole wedding planning process. I found Clifton & Jessica through a google search, they had a couple of videos posted and I immediately fell in love with the feel, lighting, music and shots. They were so responsive, came to our walk-through (our venue was in Greensboro, NC), brought so much positive energy we loved working with them. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion. My biggest takeaway was hearing after the wedding my guests were raving about them too It is so important when you hire vendors that they not only work great with the couple, but with your guests and that's exactly what we saw. I am so excited to our show our family our wedding video and honestly cannot wait to see the raw footage of all the moments I am sure we missed! They got some amazing footage and we are so excited to see how the final cut turns out. Everyone at our wedding was talking about how attentive they were in catching little details or moments other people might have missed. Plus, they were funny and put up with our corny jokes, goofing off while they were filming, and my constant complaining about how my shoes hurt my feet. I could not recommend them enough as your videographer. By far the absolute best value and service in this area, hands down. I did a lot of research into videography options, including deciding whether to even hire one. I will never regret my decision choosing Retrosound and I am so thankful to have this film to look back on so I can remember our day forever.

  A photographer recommended Retrosound to us, and we are so glad she did. A video was more important to us than photos, and they knocked it out of the park. Jessica and Cliff were so unbelievably amazing to work with. They were confident in what they were doing, and we just let them do their thing. They showed us a few shots throughout the day, but we just had no idea what the end result would be. It is far and away more than we could have dreamed. We have seen many other wedding films that just look so plain compared to what they have done. It's like a real movie. Everyone in our family is blown away by their work. So are we. Thank you for being so wonderful!
