I am beyond excited to get married here. The lighting , the exposed brick. How helpful Sarah our contact has been. They have been fantastic to work with and I could not be more excited to work with them!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Rhinegeist. The space itself is full of character, spacious, and unique. We absolutely loved working with Sarah - she was accommodating, answered all our questions completely and promptly, and had great advice and suggestions. We didn't have to think about a thing day-of, the wedding was beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to work with! One suggestion if you're considering looking here - make sure you have a plan for guest transportation. Parking is limited, so getting some kind of shuttle or ordering cabs for everyone was a life-saver!

I don’t usually gush or take the time to write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about Megan, Rhinegeist, and the rest of the staff there. We chose Rhinegeist as our wedding venue because of their beautiful private event space and of course their beer selection. We were so lucky to work with Megan, our brilliant on-site wedding coordinator, who made the wedding process smoother than what it should have been. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely integral in making our wedding day perfect. I really don't know what we would have done without her!

Rhinegeist was beautiful for both ceremony and reception. They ensured everything flowed smoothly, and all guests loved the 10 different beers on tap. We received so many compliments on how idyllic the space is. They were very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. We had a blast!

Rhinegeist event space was perfect to have our ceremony and reception. Megan was extremely friendly, professional and responsive during the planning process. At the ceremony and reception, Megan and the Rhinegeist team kept us on schedule. Kudos to the whole Rhinegeist team that made such a beautiful memory for us! Beautiful & Fun! A++

Such great character and positioned in the over-the-rhine area made it perfect for another location for pictures. A beautiful space for our wedding and love the rooftop access.

I hate long reviews so I will keep it short... from day one Megan and rest of the team were incredible. Super easy to work with, understanding and flexible. The venue is beautiful and speaks for its self... but Megan was the catalyst to make it all come together perfectly. She kept the line of commutation open and didn’t miss a beat. The whole staff was eager to help and very cordial. If you make the wise decision to have your special day at Rhinegeist I highly recommend you request Megan to help coordinate your special day. Thanks Megan!

Rhinegeist was such a pleasure to work with! Our rep was Megan, and she was phenomenal. Always quick to respond and answer our questions! The event space is huge, and BEAUTIFUL. We received SO many compliments on how cool the venue was!! We opted to add on the valet service and custom pint glasses, too.

Who doesn't love Rhinegeist beers? Their taproom? Their rooftop? It's an amazing place, and their event facility is top-notch just like everything else they do. It turned out to be the perfect spot for our wedding. The brick walls and string lights fit our casual, rustic vibe perfectly. People couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the space was! The annex isn't exactly beautiful, but it worked perfectly for a spot for our guests to hang out and enjoy some beers while we took photos and they reset the main event space for our reception. On top of that, the service we received was excellent. Everyone from Megan on down to the bartenders and bussers did an amazing job of making our night perfect. And the custom Rhinegeist pint glasses we used as wedding favors have been a big hit with all our friends!

First of all the actual venue itself is gorgeous! Secondly, the staff at Rhinegeist are great! Helped with planning and details throughout the whole process. Very easy to get ahold of and responsive. The staff present during our wedding was great too, from bar tenders to event coordinators everyone treated my guests and me with respect. An added bonus is that the Taproom at Rhinegeist is located near the event space so it was perfect for guests to hang out and chill or play games and drink before our reception started.

Rhinegeist was everything we were looking for in a reception venue. Chelsy was incredibly helpful in planning our day -- super responsive on email, very organized and overall a pleasure to work with. She definitely put us at ease during our final details meeting - we knew that we were in good hands! The exposed brick & wood beams made for a beautiful backdrop in all our pictures. The venue has the perfect balance of comfortable elegance to it, which is exactly what we were looking for -- nothing too formal/stiff and creating a fun & enjoyable atmosphere for everyone in attendance. All in all, our day could not have gone more perfectly and the venue helped set the tone from the start!

This was my dream wedding venue, and I didn’t know it until I walked in. I was unsatisfied with every other place we visited, but, having never thought much about my wedding before, I wasn’t sure why. Then we got to Rhinegeist, and I found what I was looking for.

The event space is beautiful, but understated, effortless, and fun. And the best part is that it needs almost no decoration to make your wedding look spectacular. We celebrated our wedding on a Sunday late morning/early afternoon, and the timing allowed us to take full advantage of the light streaming in from the skylights and south-facing windows. One of the best parts was that we were able to take our pictures in the taproom and on the roof deck before they were open to the public!

On top of that, Chelsy and the whole team were a dream to work with. As an over-planner, I was nervous about trusting other people to orchestrate the logistics — but after a few conversations with Chelsy, that all went away. She is professional, competent, and thoughtful. She communicated directly with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about those details, and she even worked with us to make sure we could have a rehearsal despite the fact that they were setting up for another wedding.

I can’t recommend Rhinegeist enough!

Choosing Rhinegeist was our first and best decision of the wedding planning process. We looked at lots of venues and as soon as we walked into Rhinegeist we knew it was the one...the event space is absolutely beautiful, large space with string lights, amazing acoustics for the music, exposed brick walls and wooden beams across the ceiling, huge dance floor, and beautiful bar. We loved it so much that we ended up having our wedding on a Sunday because that was what was available in the season we were looking :) We worked with Megan and Chelsy who were amazing throughout the entire process answering every question and calm, cool, approachable, and fun throughout. I would not change one thing about our day- walking in to the space all set-up was so surreal and looked perfect! We had both our ceremony and reception there, with the cocktail hour in the annex space. The room was flipped perfectly and quickly and the ceremony was gorgeous. They also worked with us to plan a rehearsal the day before at a good time, even though their was another wedding that evening. So many people said it was the best wedding ever...loved the space, atmosphere, service, and beer :) Everyone was fun, professional, approachable, flexible, and organized throughout. I recommend Rhinegeist 100%- made our wedding so perfect!

Amazing amazing amazing! In every aspect possible. We did both our ceremony and reception at Rhinegeist and it was a dream. Jillian and Chelsy were great to work with and ensured that everything would be taken care of and seamless. They were very professional but casual at the same time. The space beyond beautiful. The beer selection (obviously) wonderful. Behind the scenes of the brewery awesome. Again amazing venue if you can book it!
