  Beautiful venue with TONS of character!

  The Rialto is a GORGEOUS venue with a ton of character!! My husband and I loved the history and the unique touches that the building held, the brick wall is stunning as well as the detailing around the arch. Hope was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and we couldn't have imagined a better location for our big day!!

  Beyond our expectations

  The Rialto was truly the perfect setting for my daughter’s wedding. Its natural beauty provided the backdrop that helped capture the vibe my daughter wanted. The size was excellent and the bathrooms were clean. Hope was clear and responsive in all communications. We appreciated the client packet she provided that listed preferred vendors who knew what was best to truly make our event “next level” and special. I was initially concerned about parking but there was plenty for our guests so there was no need for worry.

  Transformation amazing

  Well from the mother of the groom, I was amazed!! From the bare bone walls I saw on the day before my son's wedding to the day of the wedding, the change was totally astonishing to say the least..Beautiful transformation...you changed my feeling of we are getting ripped off to totally WOW!! Great job on all parts, totally loved it beautifully, beautifully done, can't say it enough!! Ruby Phillips

  Beautiful Space for Ceremony and Reception

  The Rialto Theatre was the perfect venue for our wedding. We wanted to have the flexibility to bring our own vendors and create the style we wanted -- and the Rialto Theatre gave us that canvas. The space was perfect for our 125-person wedding, and we were able to easily transform the venue from the ceremony to the reception. We and our guest had an amazing experience -- couldn't speak more highly of it!

  The Rialto Theatre is the perfect place for your "blank-slate" wedding! The venue is an open concept that can be molded to fit how you want your day to be. Hope is wonderful and always quick to respond.

  The moment we first stepped into the Rialto Theatre we knew it had to be our wedding venue. From the beautiful brick back drop to the adorable blue doors, it has such great charm and character. It was truly a blank canvas that you get to work with and make your own for your special day. The owner, Hope, was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful and unique this venue is. We loved everything about the Rialto and had the absolute best day!

  The perfect venue!

  We had our wedding at the Rialto Theatre on January 19th and it was a perfect day. People kept talking about how different and beautiful the space is. What I liked most about it was it is a gorgeous open space you can really do whatever you want with. The owner, Hope was wonderful to work with and kept everything simple!

  The Rialto was the perfect space for our wedding vision. The high ceilings, the blank canvas and most importantly, that arch! All combined, these elements really gave us the feel we imagined. On top of that, the venue staff is very accommodating. Hope was very communicative and responded promptly and completely. Please be aware that the contract (like many) is very specific and all information should be correctly and clearly communicated to your vendor team. Hope did a great job of collecting all the necessary contract signatures for us. We are so pleased with our experience and would recommend the Rialto to anyone looking for a really unique location! Thank you!!

  My husband and I knew from the second we walked in, that we wanted to get married here! Such an incredibly unique and fun venue! We wanted a urban, chic...party atmosphere and we were able to get just that when we picked to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Rialto Theatre. All of our guests loved the space, and kept complimenting us on our selection both during and after the wedding. Hope at 8-count productions has a real gem on her hands and was so attentive, flexible and helpful throughout the whole process!

  I would rate this venue 4.7 of out 5! It was clean, beautiful, presented a beautiful and unique venue for gorgeous wedding photos. We were very pleased with the comfort of the bridal suite. Also, Hope was great to work with and was timely in responding to all my emails. Only downside is that I thought the AC could have been cranked more considering it is a Florida venue. We survived but it was uncomfortably hot. Overall, it was the most gorgeous place and did not regret getting hitched here!

  We had our wedding here about a week ago, We loved the flexibility to hire all our own vendors. The owner Hope was willing to work with us on anything we needed, we just had to be well enough organized to coordinate what we needed with her. The venue is very unique and as such has a few unique qualities that you will want to take into account when planning, for example, it is a historical building so if you want string lights you will need to also rent poles as nothing can be attached to the walls here. Really a minor inconvenience. If you just TALK to Hope or any of they staff they are more than happy to sit down with you and give advice on how to make everything work at the Rialto. My wife and I planned the entire wedding ourselves and couldn't have done so without the very insightful input of those at the Rialto. They recommended vendors, helped us figure out coordination of delivery times, and gave quality layout suggestions based on experience from past weddings. We only had our reception here but when we finally got to see everything come together my wife and I were thrilled. It looked like a fairy tale. We looked at 20-30 venues before deciding on the Rialto and I would highly recommend it over all the others.

The price is pretty high but we more than made up for that expense in open bar savings alone.   I was there recently for a wedding and the place was like a hot house ! The owner disappeared conveniently, some guest left due to the lack of A/C, beware if you want anything there especially in the warmer months

  Not What I Expected

  When I saw this online I loved it! And when the owner gave us a tour of the venue she was super nice and helpful. But once everything was booked, the experience changed drastically. During the setup on the night of the event, the owner was very bossy and rude. She was trying to micromanage everything which was very unexpected and not at all necessary. She had a big industrial fan in the space, but that wasn’t enough. IT WAS VERY VERY HOT. After the event and we had cleaned everything up, she told us we were good to go. Then about 10 days later she emailed me saying we weren’t getting our security deposit back. She claimed that someone had went into the bathroom and placed a whole roll of toilet paper in the toilet which supposedly caused a backup. She said a plumber had to come out and fix it and because of this she was going to use my security deposit to cover the cost. No proof or any kind of invoice was provided. Extremely unprofessional and frankly I wonder if she’s even telling the truth because it sounds bizarre.
  
  In conclusion, the space is beautiful but keep in mind that your experience with the owner of the venue may have a significantly negative impact on your overall experience.

  I need to start this review off by saying that the Rialto is a gorgeous venue.With that said, working with the owner, Hope, was a nightmare. As a venue owner, Hope has few people skills and makes no attempt to support her customers. As we went for our tour, she explained how it’s a blank canvas and you can do whatever you want.We were looking for something with a brewery-like feel and she specifically showed us the side alley way and explained how we could open this area up and have cocktail tables, lighting and games for our guests.However, it turned out that Hope was renting out space that was not hers to rent!My day-of-event planner informed me that her other bride was told that she could not use the alleyway because there were some legal problems.We had not been made aware of this from Hope and the wedding was less than 2 weeks away.Come to find Hope is not only not legally allowed to use this space anymore, but figured she would tell us day of and it would be no big deal… WHAT?! Hope showed no empathy, concern, or responsibility for this situation.We made games specifically for this and I didn’t even get to see or use them! There is no storage at the venue for décor, and set-up is not allowed to begin until noon making the schedule tight for a 4:30 wedding. Hope does not budge on these requirements. Also, the air conditioning at the Rialto was lacking. Guests were drenched in sweat. Two weeks after the wedding, we had to again pursue remediation for the alleyway from Hope. Her only offer was $250 explaining that that was the amount she “would” have rented the alley space for if it were hers to rent. We told her this was unacceptable. Hope then tried to hold part of our security deposit even though we received the “all clear” from her husband after cleaning. After numerous emails and requests, Hope would not work with us to conclude this matter satisfactorily. While I still believe it is a beautiful space, I must warn to be very wary of utilizing this venue!
