The owner met with us several times before the wedding to help us with deciding on the best place to place the bars at our venue, suggesting (as well as setting up and taking down) a "pop-up" bar that would serve only beer immediately after the wedding ceremony to help keep lines short ( we had a fairly large wedding reception and never noticed any long lines at the bars), was instrumental in choosing the brides signature drink (delicious and a roaring success), as well as suggesting what all we needed and how much of everything to buy. During the reception, the entire team was extremely professional and friendly – when the reception was over, they even packed up all remaining beverages for us. Since the bar staff knew who I was so would be expected to be professional to me - prior to writing this review I sent a group text out to several of my guests’ in attendance at the reception and asked their opinion on the bar staff and their service and got nothing back but great comments. -

Amazing experience!
Trisean is a true angel! From the moment we met her she made us feel comfortable and welcomed all of our ideas! She was very prompt and fulfilled all promises!
From our wedding flowers to providing month of services, Trisean was on point! We received so many compliments on our wedding flowers and how seamless our wedding day was! We owe it all to her!
Trisean is a true professional and I would highly recommend her services! I am so blessed to have made a lifelong friend! -

Shalamar Sent on 06/01/2018I have use Richstar Group in several of my wedding and have never been disappointed. Trisean has made some of the best arrangements with next to no guidance from me. I pick a color or give her a theme and she has produces spot on detailed designs for me and my client. She is alway the first on my list for floral recommendations.

Janelle Sent on 06/07/2018Trisan needs more than 5 stars in all categories! Prior to our wedding day we would meet and talk regularly. I would explain to her my goals and ideas. She would give me suggestions or be creative to make it happen. I had been planning and buying for over a year so you can imagine I had all kinds of decorations and accessories for the big day. Trisan drove to my parents house and went through every tub and organized it by "station." That assisted when we had to take everything to the venue. It was labeled nicely and all we had to do was point others in the direction it needed to be placed. She went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough for all she did. My wedding day was simply amazing because or Trisan! If there was a situation i had no clue. She did not let me stress one bit. She took initiative and handled it. That was my dream and goal for our wedding and she exceeded that in flying colors! I would recommend Trisan over and over!

18th Birthday Party
We planned an 18th birthday party last minute and needed help. I call Trisean and she took care of everything in less that one week. It was perfect and received so many compliments. We will definitely use Richstar Group for future events. -
