  This jewelry store is just amazing hands down! I’ve been coming here since i was 16 and bought my very first ring. My fiancé has since bought my engagement ring here and I bought my wedding band here! I absolutely love the workers here and how helpful they are. They clean my ring practically every time I go there and I love it! Best customer service ever!

  I had been into Riddle's several time in the months before my engagement. They remembered me every time I had gone in there and remembered which ring was "the one". The quality of the service was great too. I had no issues with getting my ring worked on.

  Mistakes Made

  My fiancé bought my magnificent engagement ring from Riddles. However, every time I go to have it cleaned I lose a stone, a prong breaks or they give me someone else’s ring! We have bought the insurance package so everything has been covered but it’s been frustrating so far with all the issues.
