The team at RIG Events and Entertainment truly brought the fun and energetic vibes to our wedding day. From the moment we started planning, they were not only professional and respectful but also incredibly receptive to our ideas and needs. Their attention to detail in creating the perfect lighting to fit the mood of each moment was exceptional. We appreciated their creativity in providing awesome photo props that added such a fun element to our special day.
The music choices were cool and kept the energy up and everyone on the dance floor.
Overall, we would like to thank RIG Events and Entertainment for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding day so special. Our wedding was truly magical, exceeding all our expectations! RIG Events and Entertainment, DJ, and Certified Wedding Planner played a significant role in making our day unforgettable. From the initial planning stages to the execution, they were incredibly attentive and accommodating. One standout feature was their impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was tailored to perfection.
Throughout the process, Jay with RIG Events and Entertainment maintained excellent communication, and answered questions we had promptly. Their dedication to understanding our vision and translating it into reality was truly commendable. While there were a few minor aspects that were neutral, such as some logistical details, they did not detract from the overall exceptional experience.
The team's professionalism and expertise were evident in the seamless coordination of the event. They went above and beyond to create a personalized and memorable atmosphere that reflected our unique style as a couple. Where do I even begin? Jay and his team absolutely transformed my wedding and reception. After dealing with a nightmare wedding planner who seemed clueless, Jay swooped in and immediately put me at ease. Not only did he handle everything with calm professionalism, but he also went above and beyond by assisting with tasks he didn't have to touch. From guiding the wedding party to engaging with guests, Jay ensured every aspect ran smoothly.
When it came to the music, Jay's expertise shone through. He helped me curate an incredible playlist for the seating, cocktail hour, dinner, and party, offering fantastic recommendations along the way. His knack for how to edit our songs, especially for our five different entrances, set the tone perfectly.
And let's talk about the party! Jay was a hit with all our guests, effortlessly mingling and keeping the energy high. Days later, people are still raving about what an amazing DJ he was. The lighting added a magical touch, and the 360 photo booth was an absolute blast – there was a line for it all night long! Holly was an amazing assistant and the magic operator of the 360.
Trust me, it's a wedding essential.
I can't stress this enough: RIG Events is the only choice. They exceeded all expectations, going the extra mile at every turn. Whenever I had a question or felt flustered, Jay was there to provide support and solutions. I'm not typically one for dancing, but thanks to Jay, I found myself on the dance floor for most of the night.
Thank you, Jay, for making my wedding the talk of friends and family and for creating such an unforgettable night for me!

Justin is professional and he is a really good DJ. He has done several events for me under my Event Business Hitched and Happy Event Planners. I have known him for 15 years. If you want a professional DJ Justin is your man. Every event he has done for me has been top work and I would recommend him for any event. -

From our first conversation, we knew Jay was the man for the job. He understood our vision and made it a reality. He is professional, considerate, passionate, kind and knowledgeable. The whole event crew was perfect from the music to the Photo Booth and the overall service. Jay always checked on the bride and groom to see if they needed anything during the event. My husband and I got married on Saturday, June 1, 2024. As you can tell by all of his other reviews, Jay puts his clients first and is so supportive every step of the way. He was always available, and he’s a wealth of knowledge. Jay also is able to pivot when plans don’t go according to plan. We are very thankful that we selected Jay! -

Working with Jay was enjoyable and successful.. He was accommodating, helpful, professional, fun to work with, and affordable. We had lists of songs that we provided and he was willing to do whatever we asked. All the songs he played that night were off our list just like he said. We appreciated that so much we put a lot of effort into making the list and he made it perfect. He did a great job of playing the right songs at the right time; he kept the dance floor going the entire night. Jay knows how to mix songs very well and is on point. He was fun at the wedding and accommodating leading up to it. Jay even sent us reminders about picking out the photo booth layout and backgrounds. Holly did a great job of setting up the Photo booth and even made personal sure ALL of our guests went into the booth. We love the pictures from the photo booth and how everything came out. We highly recommend Jay and Holly! -

I can’t begin to explain how great Jay Rigdon was for our wedding. He was very thoughtful in his planning and collaboration with us prior to our wedding. While all weddings have last minute adjustments, he was thorough in ensuring everything proceeded as smooth as possible. My wedding planner was a no show and Jay stepped up and did the DJ and planning for the rest of the night. I called him at 10 am and he was there setting up at 12:15. He and his team did everything in 4 hrs. I CANNOT believe it. He did it all from pictures and ran with it.
Highly recommended for your wedding or event. We have found our DJ and Planner for ALL of our future events. Thank You Jay

We got engaged before COVID then wedding was scheduled when lock downs happened, when everything was so uncertain. We had very specific tastes and after being together for 6 years. Jay from RIG Entertainment worked with us to achieve vision and remain within our budget. Jay even saved us money. Jay found the PERFECT venue for us, a wonderful graphic designer, a catering company and everything we needed. Working with him is what made our wedding perfect and more than we imagined. He helped to negotiate every contract. He made sure that our concerns were communicated and advocated on our behalf. His reputation in the industry is unmatched. He always had our backs and was HONEST with us even when I didn’t want to hear it lol. I knew if he thought a change needed to be made, it was for good reason. He helped us navigate through the overwhelming options; provided a planning tool that made everything from design, to tracking payments, to guest seating a breeze; helped to schedule all of our meetings with vendors (you would be surprised just how helpful this is - cutting down on preliminary email communications with vendors really reduces stress) and made sure that we were PROTECTED in EVERY contract. After working with him for nearly 2 years - Jay truly feels like family actually he is family now. He took the time to get to know us as a couple. If you’re looking for someone who will truly give you a personalized experience and help you to plan a wedding that truly represents YOU. Jay is your PERFECT fit. Thank you so much Jay for everything. -

Patricia Sent on 10/11/2017Jay and his staff were amazing. I hired a DJ, but felt like I got a wedding planner / coordinator. I worked with Jay up until the event. He spent time helping us edit a song for our first dance and coming up with a detailed itinerary of the day. On the day of the event Brad was fantastic. He played every song we had requested and steered clear of the songs that were on the do not play list. We were having so much fun we didn't realize we were running over time with the caterer. The caterer wanted to leave before doing our cake. Brad would not let this happen and advocated for us (bride and groom). I'm so glad we got to do the cake because it was one of our best photos of the night. Not planning on ever getting married again, but if I was Jay & RIG entertainment would be my top pick.

Jay is freaking AMAZING!! Jay was not our DJ he was our full wedding planner. Let me tell you it was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. He helped with venue, set up and take down, dress, tux, vendors, cake and EVERYTHING.
Jay wouldn't let us do ANYTHING except relax and enjoy the wedding. My mom who is not so easy to deal with LOVES Jay and was so happy we had him. My dad was so relieved and happy as well. Jay help serve food to my Aunt who was in a wheelchair. I look up and he is taking a full plate of food to her. I look back u later and he is holding my sisters baby so she can get her food. This guy is AMAZING. You can tell he loves his job and is so good at it. 5 stars is not enough I would give hi 5 million if I could. Thank you Jay Kyle and I love you so much. -

Hired RIG Events for our outdoor wedding.
He was extremely accommodating making sure I got all of the music and vocals in the multiple areas In which I wanted them to be in. Before the wedding, we went over in extreme detail of the plan I envisioned and Jay really put everything together to make my vision become a reality! He is so nice- he made sure I was happy throughout and kept everything running so smoothly! He also worked nicely alongside my other hired vendors! He kept us all having so much fun until the party was shut down because of closing time! I don’t regret hiring Jay as our DJ and I’m sure you won’t either!! GO DJ… GO DJ… GO DJ…

Our experience with Jay as our DJ was exactly what we wanted. We basically received multiple services from him besides entertainment. He organized parts of our wedding, made successful recommendations, gave us confidence and peace of mind, he also played perfect songs for the occasion. Words cannot describe how IMMENSELY GRATEFUL we are for the amazing music and environment DJ Jay created for our wedding . It was PERFECT he is such a gem and everyone couldn’t stop raving about the music and how sweet, personable, and fun he was. It was great to look over and see how much Jay was having and to see him jamming along 🥰 He created an incredible vibe and made the night beyond special, expertly mixed our first dance, announcing us with such ENERGY during our grand entrance. Jay was playing both English and non English music for our wedding exactly hat we asked for. It was a party of epic proportions and we were just sad it had to end! Absolutely hire Jay and RIG Entertainment if you’re looking for someone awesome, sweet, and super fun to join your big day! ♥️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OVER AND OVER...
