  Absolutely amazing!

  I don't even have words to describe how wonderful Arelis & her team are! If I could go back and do it all over again, I would have hired them at the very beginning of the wedding planning process. Originally, I had hired them as just my DOC but ended up changing to the package to have them for the entire month leading up to the wedding. Arelis knows every question to ask in order to have your day go perfectly & she is one of the sweetest and easiest to work with! They went above and beyond, I seriously couldn't have asked for more. I would 10/10 recommend them for your wedding.

  Simply the BEST coordinators to work with

  Arelis and her team are simply AMAZING! We entrusted them with helping us pull off the best day ever and they went above and beyond. They were so enjoyable to work with, super easy to contact, and reliable from start to finish. There are a lot of other coordinators out there who are just trying to make an extra buck off of brides, and this group of women are the complete opposite! They provide you such excellent service for the price and invaluable reassurance to carry out every detail. Our coordinator Jewel was perfect and left us without any worries for our wedding day. Thank you ladies for helping make our wedding the best day ever!

  Do yourself a favor and hire this event planner!

  Rise to the occasion was who I relied on the day of my wedding. I hired them a couple months before my wedding and explained what I needed on the big day. And let me tell you something they OVER DELIVERED and went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't even receive a single call or text the morning of my big day. When I got to the venue all I had to do was grab my bouquet and walk down the aisle. Everything was done to perfection. It was like a dream. Even the tiniest details such as the flower petals on the floor was done to perfection. I couldn't believe that I didn't have to lift a finger. As a bride to be my biggest fear was all of the "what if" disasters coming to fruition but not a single thing went wrong. RTTO made sure that I enjoyed every single moment of my wedding day and I most definitely did. One of the best decisions I made was hiring them. I will hire them for any event I have going forward big or small. If you are even considering hiring an event planner HIRE RISE TO THE OCCASION. Just do it! They are incredibly reasonably priced and will do anything and everything to make you happy. Let them take the stress off your shoulders and enjoy the fruits of their hard work!

  Best day ever made even better.

  I hired RTTO to help organize my 100 guest wedding as well as to be my “day of” point of contact. She was always very attentive, professional & communicative. Made sure all the vendors showed up & were on time. We had a large flower wall back drop for the ceremony, multiple photo booths, 2 bars, food, cake, DJ, drape & lighting, photographer, videographer. florist, etc. & she made sure everything was ready for us without us having to lift a finger on the day of our wedding. definitely made the entire experience 10x better than if we tried to handle it on our own. We’ve since hired RTTO to help host/plan other events we’ve needed help planning because of our great experience.

  Must have for the big day

  RTTO made my special day smooth and stress-free. We were behind on schedule for getting ready and instead of having to rush and call vendors, drive here and there I made a quick call to ARELIS and she handled it all. I just had to show up and say I do. Professional and detail oriented RTTO really is a must have for the big day. My bridal shower & bachelorette weekend were also planned by RTTO. I would def recommend!!
