When they asked us for feedback after it was all said and done, I honestly could not come up with a single bad thing to say about this amazing venue. From our initial tour to the wedding night, the Riverwalk was simply amazing. We toured a LOT of reception vendors, and this was the only place that made us feel like they understood they needed to earn our business. Leah (the event coordinator) was simply amazing. She was always quick to respond to email and always made me feel like a valued customer even when I constantly bombarded her with questions. We did a dinner buffet with oven roasted chicken and slow simmered beef tips, and WOW--we got so many comments on how great the food was! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and our bartender was a hoot. I really cannot say enough about the quality of service we received all around the board. This is absolutely a vendor you won't regret booking with!

They were wonderful!!! The food was fantastic!! The price was very reasonable! The people were so friendly and checked in with me often to see if my day was going as planned. The hotel room was so clean and ready for us and very welcoming. Our wedding was absolutely perfect!!! Nothing went wrong. I give the Neenah riverwalk inn the best rating and the highest recommendation to anyone.

The Riverwalk Hotel Downtown Neenah was the perfect choice for our reception venue. The staff is extremely helpful and flexible. They did everything they could to help us make our reception exactly what we wanted it to be. Leah, the event coordinator, was extremely flexible in meeting with us whenever we had questions - often scheduling a time only the day before or the day of. The food was amazing - we loved it and received numerous comments from our guests. The night of our wedding, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful not only to us but to all of our guests. The location is also fabulous, as it is close to several parks where bridal party pictures could be taken. The presence of Shattuck Park across the street provides a place for guests to wander if they so choose. Finally, I found it extremely helpful that the Riverwalk Hotel does not have hidden fees. Everything included in the package we purchased was clearly laid out in their event information so we were not left to pay extra for a service such as cake cutting or using a microphone.

When we booked our event venue the hotel was a holiday Inn hotel. During the wedding planning process this hotel transitioned away from the Holiday Inn brand name. It is now called the riverwalk hotel. This transition had no effect on our wedding process which was huge to me. The transition was easy and the staff went over the top to make sure everything went smooth. Being a person who has worked in the hospitality industry I feel like I have a higher expectation of the way things should be and the Riverwalk Hotel was above my expectations. I was so impressed with their staff and there venue. Yes the hotel rooms are a little outdated but we were only in the rooms long enough to sleep as we were busy with our wedding. Everytjing in the room worked great and the bed was comfortable. We slept in a king size bedroom. I also was impressed with the food at the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. I give this place 5 stars and recommend people to check it out!

Alison was so accomidating and helpful. We both appreciated her professionalism and genuine dedication she displayed to make our out of town wedding guests comfortable and reception as flawless as possible!

What a beautiful and well managed wedding reception we had! I was thoroughly pleased with the employees, the food was delicious, the seating was well handled for such a large (over 300) group of people and the service was great! Leah was very pleasant and helpful to work with, she was on top of everything the whole time, our reception could not have gone better! Thank you very much to everyone who was involved in making our wedding reception a wonderful and memorable one for us and our guests!

We started planning a year before the wedding and Dawn from Holiday Inn was super helpful. She was always prompt to return my emails and answer all of my questions. She was very flexible with our meeting arrangements. The food was excellent! We had some guests with food allergies and she was very diligent on making sure they were served the correct meal.

If you are unsure as to whether or not you want to have your wedding reception at the Riverwalk Hotel, do it. You will be glad you did. They will take great care of you, and it will be a huge success.

Holiday Inn Riverwalk in Neenah was amazing. We worked with Dawn and she helped us through every step! Very professional and very flexible.

The facility was great for our occassion but room was too small in my eyes on the number of people in the Riverside Ballroom

Initially the communication was fabulous but the few days leading up and the day of the communication was next to nothing which is stressful when there a few details not done/incorrect. The food was fabulous and service staff was wonderful! Got lots of compliments! Would recommend it for the price and location, especially if having lots of out of town guests!

They did not have enough service for the size of our wedding and had 2 other things going on. They also ran out of some of our meals. They did try to correct it afterwards tho. Even though there were problems, they still did provided a beautiful setting and we still had an amazing wedding.

No one should ever book here. They didn't even have the decency to call us back after we inquired. My friend ended up wth her wedding here last summer and it was a hot mess. Until this place has new management, I woudn't consider it if I were you.
