    Tera was extremely helpful and flexible. Up to the last month we had some changes but nothing shook her. Choosing linens, chair covers, etc. can be quite overwhelming but Tera was patient and had some very good ideas. She also worked with our caterer, Origins, and that contributed to a very smooth, stress free event. The linens were of high quality contributing greatly to a beautiful wedding. I highly recommend Robin Event Rental and would use them again.

    Robin Event Rental is absolutely amazing!!! I rented everything from that. A 40x60 tent, chairs, tables, dance floor and more. Everything was in such great condition and very nice. From the day I booked they made me feel like my wedding was special. I was able to make so many changes throughout the planning process and never once did they get annoyed, and they were more then glad to change whatever I wanted. I ordered for a Saturday wedding and for set up they came the day before first thing in the morning. The set up crew was awesome, friendly and very fast. I really liked that they came early so I could spend the day setting up. I am so happy that I chose to go with Robin Event Rental for my rentals and was amazed by their kindness and help. I will suggest them to everyone that I can!!!!

    I really enjoyed working with Robins Event Rentals. I came across them at a bridal show and then went to visit their showroom in Loveland. Their showroom was great, they have so much to offer from linens to cotton candy machines, to chairs, tents, and dance floors. We only got table linens and napkins from them. WE had a special color for out table linens and they ordered them for us without hesitation. They also called to confirm our order a few weeks before which was great because it is amazing what you forget when the date starts getting close. I felt like I got a great deal for my money and they even deliver and pickup your order. I would definitely use this company again!

    Tera (owner/operator) was incredibly accommodating and flexible. She went over and beyond by changing our order at every turn and even adding a section of dance floor the day before the wedding (after the first delivery) when we realized it was too small! She was such a sweetheart and definitely knew the business well. I really appreciated the top quality of her products and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about how beautiful the event turned out. The delivery guys were extremely friendly and professional and did a top-notch job! I will be recommending this company to all of my girlfriends for their special day!

    Tera at Robin Event Rentals was very helpful and great to work with. Their prices are very reasonable. All the tables and chairs I ordered were in great shape and exactly what I wanted. It took them a few days to respond sometimes but they always got back to me with an answer to my questions.

    We had no structures at all on the land on which we got married...the land belongs to the family. So we needed EVERYTHING. Robin Event had everything, even finding 10 port glasses for us. (They had the red, white and champagne glasses of course...my family is full of wine-drinkers, so the port glasses were nice, too.) On occasion, they were a little prickly to work with. They were vague on what time they'd arrive, and irritated that I asked, even a week before my wedding....they initially wanted final payment on delivery, but then called my husband the day before wanted a credit card right then, ...and after getting about $2000 from us between our rental and us through the caterer, they want to know where a missing 10 inch plate and one flute are, but assure me they won't be charging me... (We did our very best to clean up and set everything back preCISEly as they wanted....a plate and one flute, really?)
    But they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took down without a trace. After all, that's what we needed. I'm not getting married again, but if I were, I'd pay a little more for polite, and buy 10 port glasses myself.

    Slow responsiveness, bad quality products

    You get what you pay for rings true with Robin Event Rental. As a bride on a budget I was attracted to Robin for their great rental prices, but the saying too good to be true should have steered me away. After signing a contract with them, they often ignored communication with me and I constantly had to follow up. On the day of the dumped all the rentals in the parking lot of the venue citing a fine print footnote in their contract that said rentals will be delivered 10 ft from truck and then asked for thousands of dollars to move them into the venue. Meanwhile they were swearing and yelling at our coordinator and venue owner. Luckily our amazing catering company showed up early to move things. They discovered several of the tables and chair delivered were broken and dirty. After the event, Robin Event Rentals missed their own contracted pick up window and did not communicate. For our vendors this was their first time working with Robin Event Rental and now for many of them Robin is blacklisted. I will say Robin did give us a partial refund but I would have rather have quality products and services.

    Avoid At All Cost

    Please DO NOT use this company for any event you give a damn about. We made the mistake of hiring them for our wedding in September of 2022. We paid an extra $350 for guaranteed delivery before 10:00am. They did not arrive until after 11:30am with no communication prior. Upon arrival, the driver of the box truck ran into an overhead electrical line knocking out power to our cabin and inflicting nearly $1,000 in damages. We were assured at the time that the guaranteed delivery fee and the damages would be taken care of. Unfortunately, we took their word. Since the event we haven't heard a peep. We've sent multiple emails and called multiple times. It has become clear that they have no intention of taking care of this in a professional manner. We've hired an attorney and will be taking legal action to recoup our losses. PLEASE don't make the same mistake we did by trusting this company.

    I have been very dissatisfied with service received from this company. I reserved tents, chairs and linens for my wedding 5 months in advance. I made an appointment to go into the office to complete the reservation to ensure all reservations were correct and placed a 40% deposit. I then called one month before the wedding to add an additional item and felt like there was some confusion regarding the items I had reserved and asked for the employee to email me a copy of the order they had on file. Not a single item on file was correct. They had linens that weren't even close to the style or color I had ordered and tents that would fit less than a third of my guests. When I brought this up to the staff I was told they were unable to find the contract that I had signed or my actual order. They did create a new quote for items I did need but it was $700 more than the original! Over the course of a week they made no attempts to right the situation or explain how this had happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
