Awesome atmosphere- loved every minute of Mt experience!!!
We had the most epic experience at the Rochester Wedding Barn. Bryan and Liz rocked serving us at Nashvilles Bar. Lauren was excellent to deal with from Nasvilles bar. My wedding guests will be talking about mine and Dean's Wedding in the upcoming weeks, months and possibly years. We will have amazing and wonderful memories thinking about our very special day at the Rochester Wedding Barn. Duane and Debbie are amazing and so easy to work with. They made it very convenient for us to set up all of the vendors needed to make it a world class experience. 10 out of 10!!!! We highly recommend working with this venue for your special day. Communication and customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!! -

Everyone who we have worked with has been amazing! Kellie has made our whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a great experince with people who truly love their jobs and care about thier clients. -
Jen Sent on 01/26/2018The Rochester Wedding Barn is AMAZING!! people are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding! The day we went to look at the Barn we knew right away that this was for us. Joy met us there on a freezing cold January day, and painted out an image in our mind of our wedding in July. She arranged for us to have a private menue tasting with her because we could not make the group event. Kellie shocked us with all her hard work and planning. The day before the wedding we arrived at the barn around 2p.m. to drop off a few things and Kellie was there by herself. It made me a little nervous, but when we returned at 4p.m for our rehearsal she had the barn about 95% transformed. On the day of the wedding Kellie went above and beyond what we expected. She kept bringing us girls drinks in the Bridal Suite while getting ready and made sure things went as planned. My husband and I cannot say enough about her. She truly took all the stress out of our day.

Erin Sent on 01/08/2015This venue was the PERFECT place for our rustic/country themed wedding. Absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with the place as soon as I saw it and if you asked me if I could do it all over again, I'd still pick this place. LOVE!!!!! -

RWB really saved the day for us. We had originally booked another venue and found out 20 days before that we were double booked and they were giving us the boot. My husband made a call to the venue after find them on wedding wire and they were available so we put our deposit in ASAP.
Obviously the venue had been sitting for a bit and just needed a good sweep, which we were happy to help out with. Their price was super reasonable compared to other venues in the area but just needed some extra TLC.
Well let me tell you that the other venue cancelling was such a blessing in disguise. We were so much happier here and the venue is just gorgeous with beautiful views outside. It was just a bit cozier for our guests which I loved.
They were incredibly accommodating and laid back and even let us get in the venue a little earlier which was so appreciated. Everything was so lovely and we cannot thank them enough for allowing us to get in here last minute- we really had the time of our lives. -

The bad: I felt like anything they could get a dollar for, they would. The "wedding tax" is in full effect here. Costs were literally created as we went. I spoke to one person, and was told things were included, and another would call back and say there was a charge. The package deal with the wedding barn sounded like a good idea at the time, but ended up being terrible. We were only able to use their caterer, bar, baker, and DJ. The food stunk- lacked salt and any flavor, the cake was dry, they "forgot" the ice cream station, and the DJ was the worst to deal with. Communication before hand was horrid, he messed up names despite being coached and told several times (even wrote them phonetically)...he even tried to get extra money from us after the fact by telling us we shorted him. -
User2377535 Sent on 10/20/2015Most important advice, Keep copies of every transaction with the owners of the barn and the DJ (who happens to be the brother of barn owner). There is some shady book keeping going on there. They lie right through their teeth ! They made some pretty hefty banking errors and tried to blame a book keeper that didn't 't even exist! They don't own their mistakes.
The barn itself is an amazing venue for a wedding and my daughter's wedding was perfect. Jim, the caterer and wedding coordinator was amazing! He is so sweet and accommodating. His food was delicious too! When Duane & Deb (owners) lose Jim to another venue, their little gold mine will crumble for sure! Nashville's did a great job with the bar as well.
