teamwork, responsive, fun, detailed! A real GEM

I want to make this easy if you are looking for quality services at a fair price. They worked with our budget and listened to all of our sometimes silly ideas. They made us feel heard and appreciated. We were at first just going to do just DJ but we ended up bundling together with photography and video. It is hard to explain through text how good they worked as a team. This is what they stressed to us, their teamwork. and it was clear as our day progressed and everything just ran smoothly. They are really Rockstars at what they do!

easy to work with

Hello, just writing this because my Dj was truly amazing. He kept it moving on time but without rushing us. He played all our songs and it was obvious he connected with the guests because they never left the dancefloor after our first dances. Thank you guys so much!! Ask for Loki, he is hands down one of the best Dj's i've heard.

I can't say enough good things about Rockstar! Chris was the MC/DJ at our wedding in September, and he made everything run effortlessly. He took control of the room with such ease and helped make our grand entrance incredibly fun. Our wedding had a fairy and fantasy theme, and Chris nailed the music selection—it was perfect for the vibe we wanted. The planning process was a breeze; he took our sometimes chaotic and challenging requests and turned them into the most unforgettable night. Heather was our day-of coordinator, and her organizational skills were nothing short of impressive. She brought the perfect touch of structure to our disorganized family, and I honestly don't know how the day would have gone...

matched our expectations and made our day fun and memorable!

They were early, responsive, and followed through with their promises. Everyone had a great time and DJ Angelo was. Our photos turned out awesome, we even got a custom fantasy style picture that we didn't expect. The little details and extras are what set them apart and made them memorable. Our photo gallery turn around time was FAST. I think it was less than 2 weeks! We will be able to show our family our photos over the upcoming holidays instead of waiting half a year like my cousin did lol. Diallo was very easy to talk with and work with on the day of. He was patient and helped us through the process without making us feel pressured....

They are a must have!

We are so incredibly glad that we found Heather, Diallo, and the rest of the rockstar team to assist us on our wedding day. They were a perfect fit for our backyard tent wedding that ended up turning into a much larger wedding than anticipated. Not only did they make us feel totally comfortable, their knowledge of how ceremonies and wedding days operate was essential to making the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. We saved so much time and confusion by having Heather and her team there to tell us where to go etc. And the pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. It is finally over, and I'm relieved but it was such a good experience. We booked with Chris and Rockstar last minute because our original DJ cancelled...with a week to go. I was freaking out. We emailed a few vendors and Chris got back to us super fast. The initial response he gave had such good energy and helped us with everything that we went with them. We were NOT disappointed. Dancefloor full, sounded great, you could hear our officiant with their speaker, they took care of everything including keeping us on time, and I am a late person by nature. They really are rockstars.

We are happy with Rockstar

We learned about Rockstar from our friend who got married last year. She had a very romantic video short, and it fit the style we wanted. Their prices are NOT crazy, and they pulled out all the stops for us. After talking to Chris, we ended up booking photography as well, and we couldn't be happier. They have muyltiple album options and the presentation is stunning on the higher ones with the embossing. Their direction on the day was fantastic, we have all the shots from our list plus a ton more, and even some unexpected ones like cocktail hour. They brought a whole team. Thank you for your fast emails and putting our concerns to rest! Great value. 10/10!

Word from a groom

Chris, Diablo, Angelo, Randal, and Mary...this was our team. Photo/Video and DJ is what we went with from them. I let my wife plan most of this I only wanted to do the Dj part because music is important to me, and her too. They left us with unbelievable photos and videos and the party was lit. We like all kinds of music, some of our friends are in an emo punk band, that was no problem. My wife LOVES edm and the last part of the night felt like forest. iykyk. Gorgeous photos

We hired Rockstar Weddings Photo and Video team because they put us at total ease when we reached out. They had galleries for us to look at that were amazing, even two from the venue we picked. It was important that we got susnet photos and ones of us and family on the beach. Randall and Diallo gave us a beautiful set of pictures. the name is true

Rockstar was our photographer, dj, and videography and they teamed up and delivered. We had an amazing time as did our guests. The value was perfect and Chris worked with us to fit it all in our budget. Honestly the big three package deal they have is nothing short of astonishing compared to some of the pricing we were getting. Brides, they are fantastic, our photos and videos both made me cry, and Darren and Angelo had our guests dancing the whole night! Thank you to the whole team you guys were excellent!!!

Flew by but was awesome

You guys are the best! Heather was amazing she honestly helped me put together my wedding from just about nothing! Reasonably priced, they exceeded expectations for DJ and Videography and the planning was out of this world. I will always remember this as my favorite day, and me and Will couldn't be happier with our videos and the memories of our wedding. Thank you guys so so much! Brides...they are a one stop shop, and I honestly wish I would have come across them sooner to get more services. Thank you!

Details make a perfect day

Take this as a huge shout out to rockstar coordination. Heather and her assistant were attentive, knew the setup, knew the vendor plans, knew what was supposed to happen next, and they made it all happen. I honestly didn’t do a thing but show up, get makeup and hair, feel like a queen, and hang out with my friends and family to celebrate! Yes, the process had lots of calls and texts and back and forth but it never felt like work. It felt like having somebody who makes your ideas come alive. We both love EDM and that was a huge part of our day, atypical playlist and bright colors. But heather pulled it to ether and still made it elegant!! Thank you guys so very much from the bottom of our hearts!

friends STILL talking about it

Firstly I'd like to thank Chris at Rockstar for being there every step of the way. Communication was on point and the response times were fast. Chris went on vacation and there were still team members to chat with...we had a LOT of questions. We had one fantastic wedding and everything went pretty smoothly! We had coordination through Rockstar and everything was set up perfectly! Our DJ team was Noah and Angelo and they absolutely crushed the dancefloor, they played everything including brand new remixes (we are into EDM and let them cook during the last hour!) it was awesome. We are excited for our video to come back too, they said before thanksgiving! Thank you guys the team was amazing and we are hearing about it weeks later! 5/5 totally recommend!

The. Best.

These guys know their business. They know how to make a couple feel special. It’s not the rockstar show…we FELT like the rockstars! My husband and I are a little shy until we down a few lol. But we danced all night! I wasn’t going to say extra vows (Brian and I did it privately), but Chris encouraged me and said it would be great for the video…he told me to say it from my heart and I did and now we have that raw emotion recorded forever. There’s so much more. These guys are the best, brides, grooms. They gave us the feeling from the start. It says on their site love is love. I think they really understand that!! =

Communication was clear and easy. Their whole team was very organized and detail oriented. The things that really stood out to us were the little ones, for example Diallo brought us a drink when we were sitting at the head table. This made us feel special and appreciated. Angelo (our dj) was very high energy and made sure our dance floor was constant. He was all smiles and played all of our songs, even our guest requests, people kept telling me how they couldn't believe he was actually playing the music that they wanted since other weddings that they had been to this was not the case haha. They were the best to work with, easy, informative, and we got more than we paid for. HIRE THIS TEAM! You won’t regret it.

Top-notch service! Easy communication

Heather's detail-oriented approach transformed our wedding into something extraordinary. Her ability to remember and manage all the little things made a huge difference. She even had an assistant who literally drove ten miles to get chicken nuggets for our niece who has food allergies, we had forgotten to mention to the caterer with everything going on. She took care of everything so we could focus on enjoying our special day together. Helping us find vendors who she had worked with personally and trusted was also the icing on the cake. We didn't have to go through the interview process and basically guess on picking our vendors. Thank you Heather!!! Top-notch service!

We couldn’t figure out how to bustle my dress, but she was there to help and get it done in a snap. Don’t use them

I used them for my wedding and I regret it everyday. The photos were awful and nothing like I requested or asked for. They were very unprofessional, the photographer was over 40 hitting on my two underaged bridesmaids. The quality was so bad. They just missed so many things that they should have caught as wedding specialist. They didn’t ever catch my husbands face when he saw me for the first look, how do you miss that? I’m disappointed in myself for choosing them. Don’t do it!!

Nobody has reached out with concerns, which is troubling because of course we would want to know how to remedy the situation. We take pride in our business and have had the same photography team for over ten years and accusations like this have literally never been made. I’d like to get to the bottom of it. Please call and speak with either Diallo or myself.

I have copies of every picture from every wedding we shoot. I would like to go over your concerns with them as well, as our nationally published team shoots...

Our wedding day was impacted by Covid-19. The venue that we selected to hold our reception canceled on us resulting in our wedding to be canceled as a whole. We no longer needed a DJ. Upon contacting Chris at Rockstar wedding he was appreciative of us letting him know and stated that he would work out a solution with us (after numerous emails sent). That solution being we would be refunded if our wedding date was to be rescheduled with another couple or if we could come up with some creative solutions (?). Option 1 was really out of our control and when proposing a split of the deposit amount there were crickets. I continued to follow up with...

Ever since, I have yet to hear back. Do not work with this DJ BROKER SERVICE. They are unreasonable and will not support you in any way if any type of unprecedented situations may arise.

ROCKSTAR WEDDINGS IS A DJ BROKER SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH THE ACTUAL PERSON YOU INITIALLY SPEAK WITH.

Hi Samantha I’m sorry that Covid impacted your date. It impacted all of us. We stated upon signing a contract that deposits are non-refundable, and this money is used to pay our vendors to lock them in so they don’t book on your date. We do have a stable of Djs but our turnover is extremely low. We are not a dj broker service. I did try to get somebody to pick up your date and I was almost successful. I also asked you to assist me in this as it was a way we could transfer the date and nobody loses. It didn’t work out. Contracts have to work both ways. You would hold us to our end...

Wedding album lost.

WEDDING ALBUM LOST.
Our wedding was in November 2019. As of March 2020 we still have not received our wedding album. We tried contacting Chris in December. In January we were told the album was almost done. It is now March and we still do not have our wedding book.

I honestly can not say enough about rockstar weddings, from the minute I contracted them a year and until the wedding they were there for me 100%. Throughout the planning process I was in contact with Chris who always answered my questions almost immediately and always made me feel at ease. No one had to request songs cause he read my crowd saw my list of songs and automatically knew the kind of vibe we wanted and it wasperfect !! He went above and beyond he duties as a DJ, I had some minor seating issues during dinner and he told me to sit down and eat and he’ll handle it, I didn’t have to worry about anything! I am definitely hiring him again I just don’t know for what yet lol not to mention while I was doing my dance with my son my 2 year old daughter kept on trying to dance with us at which point Diallo did everything he could to distract her. Best DJ Ever!!!
My photographer was amazing, very professional and patient cause god knows with my bridal party you need patience they are a wild group but he handled it well and made sure I got all the picks I wanted plus extra poses that had everyone wow’d!! This is a rock solid team, no miscommunications which is what people are concerned about when they hire a team that does everything, I can guarantee you there was absolutely no miscommunication with this team they were all on point and worked very very well together!!
