Rosewood Hall was a beautiful venue for my reception! The coordinator was great as far as organization of my other vendors and helping me to figure out how my reception should flow. She was very willing to meet with me several times before my wedding to make sure we had everything put together. They allowed me to bring in an outside caterer of my choice which is exactly what I was looking for and the value was great compared to other venues I looked at because my tables, chairs, and linens were all included. The alcohol was pricey, but comparable to other vendors. However, my caterer did mention that the kitchen was not up to par.

    Horrible Experience!

Save yourself the nightmare and frustration by choosing another venue for your event. After we made our first deposit for the venue, a few months later Kim Zakarin with Red Clay management company had taken over the venue. She didn't know how to conduct business. Kim used very unprofessional practices including the onsite manager, Miranda, too.

I would not recommend using this venue for a wedding or any other large event. We had a terrible time planning for our 350 guest wedding reception here.
Staff were unprofessional. There was a management change after we booked the space and we weren’t notified for months, meanwhile our calls & emails were going unanswered. They had inflexible hours (would only do meetings 10-2, as if we didn't have jobs), made rude comments about my in-laws, and generally treated us as if our business was an inconvenience to them. Then there were lots of strict rules (no food in the lobby, can’t prop doors, bar can set up inside the banquet hall not in the foyer where you’re supposed to have cocktail hour) that were only expressed to us a month before our event. They also misled us into thinking we could pay for extra hours to extend our event past the usual time, but later came back to say no party could go past 10pm on a Saturday night. We had to fight and pay extra fees just to get a reception until 11pm-a reasonable time for wedding to end.
As for the value of the space: It is not as good of a value as it looks when first assessing the package list. The price they quote does not take into account linens/napkins/additional tables/additional chairs (they only have 199)/chair covers (the chairs they can rent match the ones they have), or all the buy-out fees you have to pay if you chose to use an outside vendor to meet your needs. These prices and conditions were not clear when we booked the space. In fact, prices that were quoted to us were changed later and we were told the space could keep upping the price until we paid. Unfortunately, it was too close to our wedding date then for us to find another space or we gladly would have moved our event.
Again & again, Rosewood Hall’s management did not come through and continually found ways to absolve themselves of errors or issues they caused. Planning an event here was unnecessarily frustrating, time consuming and expensive.
