Rossini went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day (and the entire weekend) was more magical than we could have ever hoped for! They became like family to us by the end and we are so grateful for everything they did to ensure we had such a fun, memorable and stress-free experience planning and executing our dream wedding. The communication and support was brilliant from the very start, both with us and all our vendors, and the execution on site was just flawless! We had originally planned for our entire wedding weekend to be outside, however the September weather of beautiful Umbria had other plans for us and everything had to be changed on the day. My husband and I fully agree that everything turned out even more perfect than we had ever imagined and exceeded all of our expectations (even in the rain) and that is all because of the incredible Rossini team who took everything off our shoulders and made pure magic happen – particularly Gaetano and Tiina who were with us for the full 3 days and were just amazing through it all! Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for orchestrating the most incredible few days of our lives, we couldn’t have done it without you! -

Working with the Rossini team was hands down the best decision we made when it came to wedding planning! They seamlessly brought our Tuscan wedding vision to life in a way that felt collaborative and authentic to us. From Day 1 of the planning process through the end of the wedding weekend, Rossini was one step ahead of us the entire time, making sure every detail, obstacle, or consideration was taken care of. They truly made our wedding day so special; there is no way we would have been able to pull it off without them! If you are looking for the perfect Italian getaway to get married, working with Rossini is the only way to go :). -

Beyond Grateful to Have Found Rossini Weddings
As an (previously) engaged couple from Boston, MA, USA with our sights set on getting married in Italy, we had pretty much no clue where to begin. So we started by discussing locations and "interviewing" wedding planners. We interviewed three and it didn't take long for us to realize that Rossini was the right fit for us. That was on October 6, 2021. As we write this, now a recently married couple, it is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We stumbled upon Rossini through Googling various companies so, as much as I'd like to say our intuition was spot on (it was :)), we were simply SO lucky to have found them. Over the following 20 or so months, they drove the ship and collaborated with us to craft / tailor a weekend exactly as we envisioned. I'd imagine that our planning process is probably longer than the average simply because of external circumstances (i.e. venue, timing, etc.). However, there's no doubt in my mind that Rossini could pull the same event(s) off with a much shorter lead time. They're that skilled. In our opinion their strengths that we observed were: organization, creativity (bringing fun ideas to the table), fine details, negotiation with vendors, and communication with both us and vendors. Most importantly (and something we didn't realize we were going to notice), when the wedding weekend finally arrived, they handled it beautifully. We've been to many weddings at this point and have seen a wide range of events. With that, comes different event planners and different styles. The Rossini team members floated around the weekends' events effortlessly in the background, but with purpose, always smiling and never showing stress or seeking attention that we've occasionally seen from other planners. We don't fault those individuals given that it's such an in-depth undertaking. But, that's not our vibe and it sure wasn't Rossini's. It's insane to us that they're able to do this more frequently than once a year. They're a well-oiled machine with the decorum of a trusted friend. It may read a little weird, but we're genuinely going to miss our calls with them. It was said earlier but, we are so lucky to have found them and, now, hopefully you are too. -

An incredible team executed our dream wedding
We were recommended Rossini via a friend who had their wedding in North Italy.
The team was exceptional from start to finish. They made sure that planning was run well ahead of time, including letting us know when vendors/suppliers were about to be snatched by other weddings. This means that we had first choice vendors / suppliers in all areas of our wedding.
Lisa, Gaetano & Tiina work fantastically as a team and complement each other very well. Lisa bought into our creative vision immediately and was a calming presence throughout the journey. She always found solutions to problems and helped us pivot / adapt our vision as we got closer to the big day.
Gaetano's relationships with so many high quality suppliers is a huge asset. He spent so much time during the tender process so that each supplier knew exactly what each brief was and supplied at a competitive cost. He also worked through any post-tender changes (it happens!) seamlessly. On the day, we noticed that he made the supplier redo all the lights on the terrace to make them 0.5 meters higher. It's a small point, but it is a demonstration of his attention to detail and high standards.
Tiina executed a complex logistical plan to a tee and made sure the whole thing tied together, ensuring both guests and band arrived when they needed to!
On the day, Rossini took care of everything, so we were able to fully relax and enjoy the results of 16 months planning. Anyone planning a destination wedding, go with them, you will not regret it and the results will be exceptional.

The best of the best !!
Where do we even start ... Rossini Weddings (Lisa and Gaetanno) were absolutely amazing to work with and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. So many of our friends and family and even strangers have reached out to us and have told us that our wedding looks like it was out of a magazine. It was so beautiful. We honestly could not have planned a wedding all the way in Italy (we live in Canada) if it hadn't been for them. They are extremely professional, organized and honest and helped guide us the entire way. We spent the last year and a half with them, having monthly meetings (which was more than enough) and during every meeting they presented us with options, different estimates and ideas. They continuously worked hard to keep us within our set budget and were always extremely responsive when we needed to communicate with them. The entire process felt like a breeze, and we had absolutely zero stress while wedding planning and especially on our wedding day. It was so nice just showing up to our villa in Italy and having everything executed for us so perfectly. They even helped us plan an entire week full of events for our friends and family which we couldn't be more thankful for. We also had absolutely no idea if anything went wrong during the day of our wedding because they were there to take care of all of it and if anything did go wrong during the week with our events, they always picked up our call right away. Because of them, we tell everybody we know now to hire a wedding planner because it was so worth it.
To Lisa and Gaetanno, we could say a million more amazing things about you and your company. We feel so blessed and happy to have chosen you as our wedding planners and wish we could keep getting married so that we could keep working with you. We will miss you both so much. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for creating the wedding of our dreams.

Our wedding in Puglia exceeded all our expectations - we truly had a perfect weekend with friends and family thanks to Gaetano, Lisa and team.
During the preparation, they gave us the chance to focus on the things that truly excited us, taking over on their shoulders the more burdensome and stressful tasks.
Rossini team covered all the major preparations, helped us in making our ideas become reality, consulted us on different vendors and topics we wouldn’t have even thought about. Their knowledge of Puglia, its key locations, vendors and service providers really surprised us (especially Gio, who was born and raised in the region!)
We loved the fact that they kept all info in online place and included visuals for us.
What we loved most is that they helped us tailor the event to our tastes and preferences by getting to know us so well.
Having such a tailored, personal, and absolutely stress-free wedding celebration wouldn’t have been possible without the close, personal and diligent support of the Rossini Team.

The Rossini Team is the best in the business, hands down. It's hard to summarize all of the things that make them so incredible to work with; it's honestly countless. If you're considering a wedding in Italy, there's no other choice than Rossini Weddings to plan and coordinate!
From the very first consultation with Lisa and Gaetano, we felt extremely comfortable that they understood our vision and, together, had the perfect balance of guidance, recommendation, and support that we felt was so important in bringing our dreams to life. Their organization and constant communication was unmatched. The entire team spoke English and Italian so well, and encouraged us in our communication with every vendor. We learned so much from the Rossini Team and are in awe of how hard they work to ensure every single event is unforgettable!
When we spoke with our final vendors close to the wedding day, each and every person said how amazing and wonderful the Rossini Team was and they couldn't ask for better wedding planners to work with. We couldn't agree more. They quickly developed a wonderful rapport with us and learned our personalities and how we work as a couple, which became crucial in ensuring everything we wanted was executed on our wedding day.
From making the big decisions to tweaking final touches, Gaetano, Eliza, and Lisa were with us every step of the way; even when we asked them to jump through hoops to figure out if we could make something work. They did so thoroughly and without question.
When it came to day-of execution, we cant think of a better team. Everyone says something is bound to go wrong, but honestly, if it did, we didn't know.
Gaetano included us on every decision throughout the wedding day, asked our opinions, brought the table setting to our dressing rooms to confirm things so we could see the vision come together. He even secured us a rehearsal at the venue with the wedding party to make sure we felt comfortable. They spent extra time with us without having to ask. And when I asked to lay out the chairs before they were even put together, Gaetano and Eliza were carrying stacks of chairs to the ceremony spot to ensure we were happy with the layout. And at the last minute, while guests were arriving, I questioned having lemon decorations along the aisle and Gaetano immediately helped me thru the decision and took away the lemons knowing it would be the only thing I would see (and later question) at the ceremony. He is truly the best mix of fashion, style, negotiation, and grace.
Eliza took charge of the bridal suite and ensured we were on time and ready without ever asking the bride to coordinate. She's your best friend and hype-girl and knows everything you want before you want it!
The day of the wedding, Lisa even sent us a group text wishing us a happy day. It's the little things that you remember and their thoughtfulness and care for each client is truly special. We still keep in touch with them over a month after the wedding, and we consider them family. We can't imagine going back to Italy without visiting them and including them in every party from here on out! -

I cannot recommend the Rossini team highly enough. Everything from the attention to detail, the styling, the communication, and the way they supported us through the many, many challenges that popped up along the way (including the wild weather) was just incredible.

Exceptional Wedding Planners who make your dream day a reality
Rossini Weddings saved my sanity on more than one occasion. They helped bring our ideas to life, present ideas we hadn’t even thought of, liaised with vendors and dealt with all the stress of planning a wedding and the stress on the wedding day itself so we just got to enjoy the wedding process soak up every moment on the day. I am sure there are still things that went wrong on our wedding day which I don’t even know about because our wedding planners handled every problem before I was even aware there was a problem! If you are getting married in Italy, Rossini Weddings are the ultimate, dream wedding planners. Sarah and Lisa are a dynamic, creative duo. They have this beautiful calmness and creative flair that they bring to your wedding and they truly make sure that your day reflects YOU as a couple. What is also great about them is they liaise with all the local vendors in Italy and you can have all your meetings in English, so nothing is lost in translation. As we had a destination wedding and had guests flying in for all over the world they not only planned the wedding day itself, but also planned a full week of activities and secured all the reservations so all we had to do was arrive and begin to soak up the pure magic of the Amalfi Coast. I will be eternally grateful to Rossini Weddings for making our wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined.
