We instantly feel in love with Roundhill the first time we saw it. We loved the outdoor ceremony site and knew the fairway lounge would be the perfect setting for our 150 person reception. We worked with their coordinator, Heather, over a year and half. She helped us craft our dream wedding. She was flexible, creative and prompt. She was able to meet any request we had and she made sure they dAy of ran completely smooth. Our guest have raved about how delicious the food was and the beauty of the venue. I would recommend roundhill to anyone looking for a venue that is not only beautiful but will also cater to your guests.

I knew when I walked into Round Hill, this was the place I would have our wedding reception. We had it in the Fire/Grill Room and it was the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
Our wedding guests arrived to wine and champagne being passed around with access to the bar.
We had a great time and the service was exceptional!

Outstanding full service facility with spectacular food, ambiance, service, asssitance and amenities. The price was amazing for what we got - from the food, to the coat and gift check, valet parking, place settings and assistance from Lauren and Debbie. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose RH in a heartbeat without a secod thought.

Round Hill Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding. The venue was the hardest part of the wedding planning process for me, I visited so many places and was just stuck. Then I found Round Hill and it was perfect. So beautiful and elegant, while also flexible and reasonably priced. Heather was easy to work with and guided us through the process. We wanted to bring in some Ukranian food for our guests and that was perfectly fine too. She helped us select the date and room that worked best for us. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and was very flexible overall. The food and service was great on the day of the wedding.

I had the honor of working with Heather at Roundhill CC and I must say that my experience with her was more than I expected. The word excellent is not even good enough to describe the quality of service she and her staff has provided. Her attention to details, flexibility and superb professionalism were more than outstanding.

(We did not have the wedding ceremony here, only the reception) Food was AMAZING! Deb is the event coordinator who helped us and she was wonderful to work with. I only have two issues: 1. RHCC only takes cash and checks, unless you are a memeber. 2. your time begins when your first guest arrives, because it is a members only club there is no where for your guests to wait before your event begins.

amazing staff, beautiful facilities!! i love everything they have done for us!! i only had my reception here but they do have locations for ceremonies as well!
