    On Time during a snow event . Courteous and friendly driver .

    Thank you Royal Luxury for the professional and courteous service on my wedding day. It helped relieve a lot of anxiety for this special event . I would definitely recommend this Limo service.

    We used this limo company for service for a local run around town. It was a surprise to our children. You can just imagine their faces when they saw the limo pull up and stop in front of our house. Our whole neighborhood turned out to wish us a safe trip. Our driver was on time and wonderful. You can't beat the price! Thanks .

    If your looking for a limo service then you better choose these guys if you looking for class, professionalism and a comfortable ride. I used these guys for trips to and from the airports, nights out with friends and family and we always had the best! The limos are amazing. The lighting is what gets you, It looks so good that you can actually feel it. They have a lot of space too and it feels like your in your own world. When my brother got married we used these guys and got 2 limos and the drivers are PRO's. Well dressed, Respectful and they do everything in their power to make sure your trip is the best.

    I Loved every second of our night with Jerry. He made me feel like royalty - Literally! With the red carpet treatment & the utmost class for the 3 hours we were altogether! And we had a rowdy bunch too. Jerry did everything he could to keep this evening a total surprise for my significant other. Thank You a million times over Sir! You are the Best! Your kindness, and professionalism, will remain with me forever! You're number 1 in my book.

    Royal Luxury Limousine made my sister’s wedding more beautiful.I used them as a big surprise for her. I made a special DVD contain my sisters childhood and all age time pictures. Their driver played it when groom and bride entered it. That was beautiful cute thing. They both liked it very much. The car was beautiful and clean . Driver staff was very friend and helpful. I really liked their service. I will definitely use Royal Luxury Limousine in future events.

    I was so stressed out because we had a lot of things worked out that fell through RIGHT before our big day, and I was flustered and upset. Another company was doing my transportation so when they fell through I contacted Royal Luxury Limousine to help. Not only were they able to help with transport on short notice, but it was EASY and ended up being cheaper than my original plans so I was really happy with everything! They were courteous and respectful. The ride was AMAZING and probably one of my highlights before and after the ceremonies! We had an awesome time!

    My experience with Royal Luxury Limousine was fantastic. The best limousine service in New York area. Amazing vehicles and friendly staff. We used their one vehicle for my sisters wedding. All guests amazed. Its just a like a vehicle from Hollywood movie. I took some pictures with Bride and Groom at the car. That was amazing experience.

    Most people think it's cliché to give anyone a "perfect" rating, but for me, if you were apart of making my PERFECT day as beautiful and as memorable as it was, I owe you the world! Most brides like myself stress about every single detail of their wedding and me, being so nervous and wanting everything perfect... I set myself up for a hectic day. My main objective was to make it to the alter in one piece without a mental breakdown and make it to the reception happy that everything went perfect and with Royal Luxury Limosine, everything I wanted... Happened perfectly. They made me feel like a queen, with true luxury and of course safety which meant everything to me! My driver was so sweet and helpful with a great personality! I loved my experience with them and I can say I was at peace for at least a moment of my big day knowing I was in the back seat of good safe hands!

    Rob was absolutely wonderful. He was courteous, professional and reliable, and the car was immaculate inside and out. He arrived here on time and was very professional.     I called around to a few limousine services before settling on Royal Luxury Limousine. I wanted everything to go perfect on my wedding day! Royal Luxury Limousine made sure of that! First of all, you can't be the price! I was very happy that I was still able to hire an expensive company, but at an inexpensive price. We sure did feel like luxury riding in that beautiful limousine!
    The chauffeur was such a gentlemen! He went out of his way to make sure my day went as smooth as possible. My husband made a few mixed CD's for the ride and the chauffeur didn't at all mind playing them for us. I couldn't have been happier with the service! I will be telling all my future bride friends to use Royal Luxury Limousine for their big day too!

    My wife and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary with a group of friends and man what a great time. Mark what an awesome guy helped us with the pricing and getting us what we needed for a comfortable time. Our driver Jerzy deserves a medal, what a great guy. He's the nicest most honest person I've ever met. All and all we had a blast and I'll tell you this I promise I'll be back for service. Thanks James Morrison

    This was our first time using a limo service, and spouse and I were so thankful that Franke was there to pick us up and drove us around! The experience was very fine one. Car smelled good and that is the main thing that we worried about. Eventhough we ran 15 min late, company didnt charge us any overtime. What was nice. We are planning to use them in the future for my cousins wedding.

    Used this vendor for my best friend's wedding in which I was a maid of honor. Some tips: be as specific with requests as possible for the best possible outcome. Down to the second! Otherwise, affordable, attentive and great value. Cars were clean, equipped with everything including an AUX cord. Quick response always less than 24 hours. I will more than likely be using them for my wedding as well.

    Traveling from the church to our reception we wanted something special and Royal limo gave that to us. They were very prompt and even helped me get in the car as it can be difficult in a wedding gown. Driver was very attentive all day. He helped me fluff my dress at the church. Rolled out the runner. We had champagne and red carpet in front of the church. Limo and experience was worth every penny! Great Job. I will use them for my friend's bachelorette party next time.

    I ordered a limo service with this company because I was specifically looking for a new Rolls Royce Ghost. On the day of the wedding the car arrived on time and the driver was just GREAT! He helped me with advice how to get in and out of the car in my dress and even put the boutouniers on my groom n dad. My only 2 big complains were that: a) on the day of the wedding we were told that we can ONLY pay CASH for the remaining balance of $1400. When I signed the contract with them, they told me I can pay with AMEX card or any other card, so I was caught off guard. My next biggest complain was that I got a DIFFERENT CAR! I only went with them because I wanted RR Ghost and they served me Phantom 2014, which as they assured was better than Ghost 2013. I understand it may be better, but I did not order it, sorry.

    By far the best limo service for weddings or speciAl occasions. My and my fiance rented for a night. Very affordable proffesuonal, but most importantly we had the best time! Highly recommended!

    My experience with Royal limo was fantastic that night. We rented the 35 pass bus for my daughter's sweet 16. We rented buses in the past but they were all smelly and trashed. This was a true PARTY BUS - unlike others we have checked out. It had smoke machine, lasers, color bathroom, lots of TVs and it had a VIP section where all the adults were sitting while all the kids were having fun in the front. Driver was great, he had a lot of patience with these loud kids. I give him that. We just stayed on the bus and partied for entire time all around NYC. They didn't let us adults drink because there were kids on board. But that is fine I understand. Price wasn't the cheapest but Bus was in excellent shape and it had a lot of amenities.But overall satisfaction is A+.

    I was overall pleased with limousine service for my wedding. I had an 18 passenger Range Rover and a 1959 Rolls Royce. Both cars arrived on time and as expected. The Rolls Royce had a crack in the window which wasn't really noticeable. They took us where we needed to be and we felt like stars with people waving at us throughout the way. We had to pay a reservation fee on a credit card and the balance was paid in cash on the actual day. I would recommend.

    Awful customer service. I hired this company for my wedding on March 23rd, 2015. I was quoted $390 for a 30 minute pick up and drop off, which was fine. I checked my account and noticed that I was charged $456. I contacted the company to request a credit $66, the rep I spoke with said his name was Joe I highly doubt that's correct as he stated that he didn't have a last name. In speaking with him he started yelling and saying "I don't have your money your bank does". I asked him to stop yelling when he stated he's not yelling. At that point I became frustrated and ask for a supervisor or owner of the company, Joe told me "no". he hung the phone up and I had to call back. please save yourself the trouble and hassle of using a company with awful non-existing customer service that will overcharge you.

    Not sure, if it's the same company. Their website is http://www.royaluxury.com & their number is (877)769-2554. They make it seems you are renting per hour, but it's not. Read the fine print below the per hour rate, "You Must meet certain minimum hours during certain times". It's basically an excuse to tell you that the quote you received online is a wrong. BEWARE: do not fall into giving your credit card information on the form that you're supposed to print, signed, & fax. I knew there was something fishy with this FALSE advertisement so I faxed the form without my credit card information just to be careful. They have no concept of customer service & they have no phone manners. I returned a call from MARK and he was simply, "uncultured" for the lack of word. Be very careful in giving your credit card information unless you know what you're getting into. A lot of limousine rental company are just middle men & get their vehicles from the same company. It appears that their are one of them. I would have given no stars, if it were an option

    Horrible customer service, called to speak to a representative who kept yelling that no adjustments would be, repeatedly asking if I had read the contract. My advice - read the contract, then hire someone else, frustrated limo drivers that want to be lawyers are no fun
