We hired Royalty Limo to shuttle our wedding party to the venue in the morning and come back to shuttle us home at night. They were the only limo company that was flexible and allowed us to have 2 separate trips without booking the whole day. I loved working with these guys. Super professional and great personalities! Ashlea Sent on 07/28/2014I used Royalty Limo for my wedding day and although I was hesitant to put the timing and driving of the day in someone else’s hands, Ali did a wonderful job.
From the time of booking he was very prompt in sending me email confirmations. The day of his services he was on time (give or take a few minutes) and wore a kind smile on his face. He even offered up a free bottle of celebratory champagne!
Everything in the limo seemed to be in working order and we had no major glitches. I believe a few of the champagne glasses were mismatched and his radio station selection wasn’t the best, but I suppose it was my fault for not asking for different music.
All in all, everything was nice. At the end, Ali did push the online review a little but hey, in this day and age word of mouth marketing does a lot for a business so I completely understand. -

I went with them because we had a big wedding party and needed the big expedition limos and this was one of the few companies that had one that wasnt ridiculuosly expensive, now I know why. It was pooring rain on my wedding day and when we got in the limo, the moon roof was leaking alot of water. When we looked at it up close we saw that they tried to fix it with ducktape!!!! Can you say cheap. The limo took us from the church to beach for pictures then it took us to the reception. After we took pictures one of our groomsmen was feeling sick and faint because he had not eaten all day and we asked the driver to stop at in-n-out on the way so he could get something to eat. The driver said "This isnt a resturant" in a really rude way and wasnt gonna take us. We were so pissed off. When we were in the back talking about how we werent going to give a tip because of the service, he must have heard us because then he rolled down the screen and said he would take us. Funny how when hes worried about not getting a tip is when hes a good driver.Royalty limousine San Diego's reply:
Dear Kdriscoll, With all due respect we asked your driver for any problem he might have run into with your run, he indicated that Katherine the bride was rather pleased with his service and showed her appreciation by giving more than customary %20 gratuity to him! He did point out that the leak was from the security hatch not from the moon roof, and it was not shut tight all the way and he fixed the problem at his first opportunity. He was very disappointed however about the way the entire group made a big mess in the limo by walking bare-foot outside in the rain at in-n-out going to bath room and bringing food into the limo and eating in a rush not paying attention to all the mess they created, and all the wet dirt they brought into the limo with them. All in all driver thought of his run as a disaster and tried to do the best he knew how to keep the party happy! would he do it again for the same party I asked, he said thanks but no thanks!!!
On second thought, since we at Royalty limousine try our best to keep every client more than happy with our services, we are willing to eat the driver's gratuity and return it to you if that makes you happy, after all we do not like to blemish our near perfect record! So just call us for the fat tip you gave to the poor hard working driver and we will be delighted to return it to you.
On third thought, If you are still not happy we will go out of our way and offer you 2 FREE hours of Royalty Limousine service on your next booking only if you promise not to walk bare-foot going to the restroom like you did on your wedding day!!!!

User865886 Sent on 07/16/2012Called a Royalty Limousine to make a reservation for a limo. Figured it would be a great send off for my daughter for her honeymoon. Told them I wanted to reserve a "Limo" to take her and her husband to the airport. A surprise send off.
Didn't haggle on the price, just asked how much. Was told I would get an email confirmation - never got one. Called back to make sure we had a reservation for a Limousine and they confirmed. The morning comes and he shows up in a Toyota Prius……. I was livid, he said he didn't get I wanted a limo. What's not to get........you call a Limousine company for a limo; you call an Airport shuttle for a shuttle. If I had wanted an Airport shuttle it would have been a lot less expensive with another company. And then he said I wouldn't have gotten a limo for the price he quoted. I didn't care what it was going to cost, never mentioned it and specifically called a LIMO company for a LIMO.......Terrible service.
Relatives and friends must have written the other reviews. This company is not worth even 1 star. Don't chance it. After they showed up in a Toyota Prius they could have done the trip at no cost and it wouldn’t have made a difference. Your memories are only once; don’t let them be ruined by this company. If you have a special event I definitely would not use Royalty Limousine. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere.
