Highly recommend R&R

Katie and Megan were a true pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating. They worked with us and answered our questions from the beginning of the process to the very end. They also host monthly open houses, which was helpful in utilizing the decor closet, knowing the space and asking them questions. This was also great for our vendors who might not be as familiar with R&R. In our eyes, the best features of this space were the two separate spaces and the decor closet. There was no need to move locations and gave us a great extra indoor space for family photos while the reception started. The decor closet (at no extra cost) was also an amazing feature that we took advantage of and helped us save hundreds on decorations and centerpieces. Also, you can have any vendors you wish (with the exception of the alcohol), as long as they are insured, which allows for a lot of flexibility. We thoroughly enjoyed working with R&R and would highly recommend them!

Breathtaking Day... :)

Our wedding day was phenomenal! We couldn't ask for a better day or crew that helped make that day possible. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and everyone is still raving about it that attended our wedding. I'm still a loss for words trying to describe the day. The venue was just stunning. :)

Amazing guest and vendor experience

I was a wedding guest at R&R and what an absolutely beautiful wedding venue! My friend getting married couldn't say enough amazing things about the whole place, the staff, and the wonderful facilities. There is so much space so even large weddings don't feel crowded. Loved their outdoor area and they even had cute photo worthy spots set up. I have now worked there as a vendor a couple times and have had the best experience on that side of things too. I'm a hairstylist and makeup artist and have had the honor of using their bridal suite. It's honestly one of my favorite venues to work at. The space is huge and the lighting especially for makeup, is nice and bright. I also absolutely love the owners! The girls are so sweet and so great with communication and anything I've needed or my brides have needed!!

Amazing experience! 100% recommend!

Using R&R for our wedding was the BEST decision ever! They are truly the full package. Megan and Katie offer so many helpful tips, recommendations, and resources that helped make my wedding planning so easy. They have so many different online tools and forms to fill out to be sure everything is planned accordingly and there are no hiccups – which there weren’t! On top of all that, the venue is stunning and has everything you’ll need. So many decoration options so you can personalize it to your own style and a great way to save money by using their decorations! Of every vendor I used, R&R was without a doubt the best pick and I highly recommend them. Wedding planning was much less stressful when I had them there every step of the way! My day was perfect!

Amazing Venue!

We loved having our wedding at this venue! We loved that it was all indoors and the included decor closet was an amazing added touch. The staff is all super friendly and was a great help! We are so happy with our decision to pick R&R for our wedding.

Our experience

We highly recommend having your wedding at R&R! We got married here in April 2023 and absolutely loved every aspect of this venue. The staff is super helpful at answering questions and willing to work with you to make your dreams come to life. One of the things that sets this venue apart from the rest is that they have a “decor closet” that you can borrow decorations from. This saved us a lot of time/money/hassle to borrow things that we would only ever use once. I also love that they let you choose your own catering, florist, DJ, photographer- there’s no required vendors. Lastly, the bridal get ready room is just *chefs kiss* beautiful. Thank you R&R!!!!

Outstanding all around!

Love love love R&R! Katie and Megan are amazing to work with and are so quick to respond to any questions. I loved that the ceremony and reception spaces are in 1 building but separate. This made made my winter wedding run much more smoothly since guests didn’t have to travel to multiple places! R&R is a stunning venue and truly allowed me to bring my wedding vision to life!

I absolutely loved R&R!! Their staff was absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. They have put together a wonderful team of girls to help make your day perfect! My husband and I had a beautiful wedding made possible by the R&R!! The venue is stunning and it’s big enough for so many people. We loved the fact that we could have the reception and the wedding ceremony all at the same place! The venue is extremely beautiful and needed very minimal decorations, and I was able to decorate the whole venue with the decorations provided in their free decor closet! I’d highly recommend the R&R to anyone who’s looking for that classic wedding look and wants a wedding that’s easy to pull together. What a wonderful place and a wonderful team!!

We fell in love with R&R! From the rustic interior dinning room to the warm, cozy, chapel feel in the ceremony room, it was perfect. Then if that’s not enough they had numerous decor options to choose from, beautiful wooden tables to use, and spacious and photo opt ready rooms. Katie and Megan were kindhearted and so great to work with. Always super organized, professional and would do anything to accommodate your ideas, plus they had lots of information on the whole planning process! We are so grateful we found R&R and do not think twice about recommending them, go ahead, check them out for yourself!

We loved that our ceremony and reception could be hosted in the same location, the space was flexible which allowed us to bring our vision to life, and our guests are still raving about our amazing venue months later! Their decor closet is a huge budget saver with a variety of supplies to fit any couple's vibe. Thank you, Katie and team, for making our day one to remember for a lifetime. You folks are fantastic!

Katie and Megan , and the R and R team are great genuine people, and were easy and fun to work with. The venue offers endless opportunities for your dream wedding! Amazing venue

What more can I say other than FANTASTIC! Planning a wedding out of state can seem daunting but Katie and Megan helped make the process smooth. I never even saw the venue till two weeks before our date and the actual venue is just as beautiful as the pictures if not better. The free decor closet, recommended vendors, and open house dates were so helpful!

An All-In-One Event Space!

R&R was the best event space for our wedding! The ceremony and reception are all in one building so, no matter the weather, you're bound to have a beautiful event! The communication between us was excellent and always thorough. The parking was nearby and easy access. The building itself is beautiful for taking pictures in but there are also many natural areas nearby. Before the wedding, I went through the process of filling out a Google Doc that R&R sent me which included every little detail of our wedding - including things I never even thought of! I am so grateful for our beautiful wedding and all the help R&R provided for us!

Amazing in every way!

Amazing in every detail! Katie is the main point of contact and is amazing! She responds to every question asked, little or big, in a timely manner and in just the detail I needed!
We got married on Halloween 2020 in the middle of this COVID mess and with a few edits were able to still have the wedding we always wanted! She was so willing to work with us to still make the day exactly what we wanted and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
The venue is gorgeous. I first saw an ad on my Facebook feed shortly after they opened and bookmarked it then even without being engaged. A short year and a half later my man proposed and I knew I had to look at that venue. From the moment we walked in I knew I wanted to get married and have our reception there. We decided on Halloween because it's both of our favorite holidays and knew that venue would work perfect with it while still staying super classy! The rustic walls, the large open space, the separate onsite get ready rooms everything was exactly what we wanted.
There is a bar in walking distance as well as a park with a river/stream just a short walk away which made for amazing pictures and a great beer after/during pictures.
It's a little south of any nearby hotels but we were able to rent a bus to transport guests to and from the Radisson in Kalamazoo to make it work while still being able to drink and have fun.
All I can say is great things. We had no issues, no disputes, no arguments, nothing bad to say about the venue or Katie in any way. AMAZING.

Where to even begin! I can’t express enough how much we LOVED R&R Weddings and Events! The team at R&R was absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were always super helpful with any questions I had and always answered my emails in a timely manner. Every month they had open houses where you can go view the space and look through their decor closet. This was soooo helpful during the planning process. The venue is absolutely beautiful. We would 100/10 recommend R&R to anyone looking for a ceremony and/or reception venue!!

Such a pleasant and welcoming experience since the moment we connected with R&R!! The ladies we worked with were so caring and personable every time we contacted them asking even the most simple questions. The venue was beautiful with both indoor and outdoor photography opportunities- it rained all day for our wedding day so we were thankful for the beautiful scenery indoors!! We really appreciated the personal touch they added to every interaction. They even helped me create a customized floor plan when I wanted to center our dancefloor and it didn't quite match up with the format provided online. We also appreciated the ability to use their abundance of decor mixed with some of our own to create the most beautiful reception space!! We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with R&R for our wedding experience!!

The ladies we worked with were so caring and personable every time we contacted them asking even the most simple questions. The venue was beautiful with both indoor and outdoor photography opportunities- it rained all day for our wedding day so we were thankful for the beautiful scenery indoors!! We really appreciated the personal touch they added to every interaction. They even helped me create a customized floor plan when I wanted to center our dancefloor and it didn't quite match up with the format provided online. We also appreciated the ability to use their abundance of decor mixed with some of our own to create the most beautiful reception space!! We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with R&R for our wedding experience!!

I cannot recommend R&R enough!

My wedding day was so magical and I owe it all to their beautiful venue & staff. Everything went smooth from my initial walk-thru before booking to tear down on my wedding day. The venue is gorgeous alone, making decorating a breeze. I loved how all of the decor was included! It was also great having separate spaces for the ceremony and reception at the same location - both beautiful and spacious. Katie was amazing to work with and so helpful! She went above and beyond. She was quick to answer any questions and eased a lot of my anxiety - always giving tons of tips and advice. I felt so organized and relaxed throughout the whole process leading up to my day!

The Perfect Venue

I can’t say enough about this venue. We recently got married in October and the venue was everything I hoped for and more!
Everything you need is packaged into this venue. The ceremony room is perfectly simple and allows you to add your own personal touches. The reception area is massive and has so many choices when it comes to a layout. The best part of all is that this venue has its own decor closet with amazing choices! You don’t have to rent your own tables and chairs to bring in, they’re already there for you to use!
To top it off the bridal suite and groom suite are awesome! They’re so perfectly decorated and makes for some beautiful pictures. It was so nice to have our own space to get read and really relax before the craziness starts.

Katie is the owner and is so so great to work with. She made everything so easy and helped keep us super organized and on track for the big day!

My experience at R&R weddings and events

R&R exceeded every expectation that my husband and I had. We had SO many people that attended our wedding give compliments on how beautiful the whole venue is. The ceremony space, the reception space and both of the get ready rooms are STUNNING and so perfect for pictures. The decoration closet made planning and decorating SO much easier and cheaper! The staff is so helpful and responds so quickly to every question. They also provide you with a list of trusted vendors that they know will do a good job, which makes hiring the perfect vendors as easy as making a few phone calls. They also give you a planner that assures you that you will not forget anything on your special day! By the time it's your wedding day you will have everything planned by the minute and your day will be stress free. The R&R staff will make sure of it! I could not recommend having your event here more.

Don’t think twice!!

Awesome Venue!

R&R Wedding and Events was absolutely wonderful to work with! Katie was always very attentive to the million questions I had. The venue itself is just stunning! We had countless guests ask how we found this venue. The layout of the bride and groom rooms were so convenient for all my vendors(photographers/videographer). It was very convenient for guests with the ceremony and reception all being in the same place! The little patio area was great for people to get outside and enjoy cornhole and Jenga. One of my favorite parts about this venue, as a bride, was the decor closet! I didn’t want the stress of buying a ton of decor for the tables and having to worry about selling it later. They have such a nice variety of decor to choose from! Thank you for an awesome venue to get married at and celebrate with our friends and family!
