I cannot say enough good things about Kim and her team at RSVP with Me. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew that Kim was passionate about helping her clients and about the wedding business. I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted my wedding decor to be, but she helped me create a vision and put together the most beautiful reception that was even more incredible than I could have ever imagined. Kim provided the reception decor, bouquets, and set up for the event. This made sure that my husband and I and our families didn't have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding. She was extremely responsive to our questions in the months, weeks, and especially days before the wedding. Even though she wasn't my wedding coordinator, she still provided me with guidance for my timeline and helped me make a list of last minute things I might forget on my wedding day. I am confident that anyone who does hire her as a coordinator will not be disappointed in the slightest. On top of it all, Kim is the sweetest person. If you are hesitating at all, let this be your sign to book RSVP with Me for your wedding needs! It was the best decision we made. -

My mom's wedding was only a few weeks away and we stumbled upon RSVP with Me. Kim and her husband were great help to us and even gave us a huge discount. Kim made sure everything went smoothly from planning to the actual day of the wedding. She even served as the coordinator. She did much more than what we expected. The decorations she provided made the whole venue seem like a wonderland. Needless to say Kim's services are a blessing. We were so glad we hired her and will definitely hire her again for our future events. -

Kim made what could have been a horrible experience absolutely amazing. We originally had a 90 person wedding planned and since the coronavirus happened, we had to change just about everything. She was with me every single step of the way, cheering me on and helping me in every way possible. I couldn’t imagine doing this without her. She turned a realtors office into my dream wedding in a couple hours! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and most of it is thanks to Kim and her team!RSVP with Me's reply:

Kim is the Absolute Best!!!!!
Kim is absolutely awesome. She was always there for us & brought her A-game to our wedding. From the planning to answering all our questions, she could not have done better. And the table settings & decorations were beyond beautiful. Even more perfect than the wedding the bride had pictured in her head. She made sure everything ran smoothly from the beginning to the end. I can not thank her enough for everything she (& her team) did for us. She even took the time to explain how she made the centerpieces to a 5 year old! -

RSVPwithMe did an awesome job at this wedding. Not only did they do a great job of decorating the place they were very instrumental in making sure the bride got everything she needed. The communication between vendors was one of the best I have to work with. They were so professional and the timing was impeccable. -

One Stop Shop
I originally contacted Kim to inquire about linen rentals for my wedding as I was on a budget and planned to do the decor myself. After speaking with her and seeing how reasonable her prices were I ended up booking her to completely decorate and to be my day of coordinator. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable of the industry and knows what she is doing. She kepte on track during the wedding planning process. Kim was easy to work with and listened to my requests. I told her my vision and she brought it to life. I received SOOOO many compliments on how beautiful the decor was 😍. I highly recommend RSVP with me and would book again. -

I had never worked with a professional decorator before but working with RSVP with Me was an amazing experience. Kim (the owner) listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions, she helped us decide on a theme when we didn't think we needed one, and she was always on top of everything we needed. Everything pulled together so beautifully and I know it would not have been possible without Kim. She helped us to pull off our parents' 50th anniversary party, and when they walked in and saw the venue completely decorated for the first time, they had tears in their eyes because the everything was so wonderfully done. So many guests complimented the decor and we made sure to tell them that it was all Kim with RSVP with Me! I have been thinking about what kind of event we could have next just to have the opportunity to work with Kim again because she was JUST THAT AMAZING!!! -

Our daughter got married June 1st, 2024. When we initially meet with Kim she made it seem like if we hired her she would take care of everything the day of the wedding so we could relax. This was not the case at all.
1. There was terrible communication throughout the entire process.
2. Kim said she would only decorate, we had to move and set up all tables and chairs ect...
3. Her husband was extremely rude to my wife time and time again. He even approached her infornt of our guest to ask her about a payment. She said she wasn't comfortable being approached by a man raising his voice at her and pointing his finger at her. In all honesty she felt it was threatening posture.
4. There was a miscommunication about the price of the head table and nine days before the wedding we were told that items on the head table hadn't been charged so they demanded more money and threatened not to move forward if we didn't agree to pay.
5. The services rendered didn't match the amount of money we paid.
6. My guest were spoken to rudely
7. They promised services that they didn't render.
8.The day of the ceremony it was agreed that the rsvp staff along with the bridal party would show up at 10am however the rsvp staff didn't show up until after 12pm. This left us feeling lost and having to deal with all the vendors ourselves. The worst part about that was she never called to let us know she would be late. In conclusion we wouldn't recommend this company. Read the fine print.
