The best decision of my life (apart from my husband 😉)
Words do not do the love and appreciate I have for Julie and her company, Ruby Jane justice. Not only would I have been lost with out her, but the wedding may never have happened. She held me together and made every one of my dreams come true.
I do not live in Utah and planning a wedding from a distance is very stressful. Finding a planner was so important and a must do from my now husband who watched my melt downs in the early days of wedding planning. We interviewed 20 planners and I can say with completely honestly that none compared.
Julie is kind and caring and compassionate but also honest and direct. She helps make hard decisions, offering experienced advice and council when you need it most. Julie is beyond creative and even if something is outside the budget, she will find a worthy alternative. She’s extremely organized, punctual, and responsive. Sometimes I wonder when she sleeps! Her eye for design is so unique and she brings ideas and dreams to life with elegance and grace. You can tell how wonderful of a leader she is through the strength and agility of her team who demonstrated really wonderful communication, punctuality, and clearly adored her.
Clearly I feel like I hit the jackpot. There is no one I can recommend more highly. Do yourself a favor and pick Julie Walker with Ruby Jane Events you won’t regret it. The best part is Julie is a wonderful friend and I feel so lucky to have a new one in my life 🤍 -

I hired Ruby Jane Events for month-of coordination for my wedding, and lemme tell ya….. Julie is the best! She handled communication with my vendors, logistics, signage, set-up/tear-down…. It was amazing! Her and her staff were very professional and super responsive! Everything turned out better than I had imagined! I had already designed the layout and decor for the wedding by the time I hired RJE, and they executed the vision perfectly! My only regret is not hiring Julie for full service planning. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress!! 1000000/10 would recommend!!!!

Best decision ever!
Having Julie there to help at the wedding was the best decision we made. She was so helpful and got everything done that needed to be done while still being so laid back and nice. I seriously don't know how we would have survived without her. I was so stress free the week of my wedding and it was all because of Julie!Ruby Jane Events's reply:

Julie and her team are amazing! I have no doubt in my mind that she gave me the perfect wedding. On the Monday of my wedding we were planning on it being outside and by Friday Julie had managed to pull of the most amazing indoor wedding due to weather! She helped with so many things and was great at taking control when I had her make decisions that I was stressing over. Her decorating skills were amazing and so helpful - I just walked into the venue and everything was done and at the end of the night my whole family and I got to leave and Julie took care of everything. I do not have one compliant or one thing I would change - the only bummer is that I live out of state and cannot hire her for everything. Julie, thank you so much for giving me the wedding of my dreams, it would not have been possible without you. Julie also excelled at handling the small things, things I didn't think about (and did not really want to have to think or worry about) Julie and I were on the same page and she just handled them. Ruby Jane Events is a STEAL!!
We LOVED working with Ruby Jane Events! I’m someone who likes to know exactly what I am paying for and does not like to spend money on things I don’t like, so was very hesitant about hiring a wedding planner. But I’m SO GLAD I did. Julie, the owner of RJE, is VERY organized and makes planning your dream wedding easy. With her method of working with her clients, she really makes sure you get EXACTLY what you want. She is a 10/10 about communicating with you and making sure you are in control of your own wedding day. For example, she handled communication with our vendors while still giving us complete control over expenses and design. She handled the nitty-gritty with our vendors (getting their availability and services/pricing, telling them where to be & when, following-up with them) and streamlined the applicable information back to us (e.g. contracts to sign, Do I want my bridesmaid’s to have their makeup done? What color flowers and linens? What is our first song?) which we were easily able to give to her to relay back to them. She ran every item past us for our approval so there was not a dime we did not know we were spending or a candlestick we did not like. Throughout the process, she was quick to respond to any questions/concerns my mother and mother-in-law had and made sure both families were involved appropriately. Everything about our wedding day EXCEEDED our expectations, and it was all thanks to RJE!!Ruby Jane Events's reply:

Julie was IMPECCABLE. Incredible, amazing, thoughtful, knowledgeable, motivated, intuitive, kind.. should I keep going? We had a small 2020 (Covid) wedding, and I didn’t think I ‘needed’ an event planner.. but honestly it was the best decision. Julie made our day perfect. Forever grateful! And worth every penny. We were pretty Covid conscious and she took our concerns seriously and helped us feel comfortable. We also got married really fast.. she planned everything in 2 months! It was SO nice to not worry about the planning and enjoy the process.. easier on both families and bride/groom. You won’t regret hiring Julie and Ruby Jane Events!! -
