It was so special having Nicole be a part of our wedding day. We got married last week on 10/30/22 and couldn't have done it without her. Although we technically had her booked for the month of our wedding, she was communicative and helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. She provided wonderful recommendations, was incredibly flexible and was very helpful on the wedding day keeping us on schedule! We appreciate Nicole's help so much and highly recommend her :)

Amazing day of coordinator
Nicole was our day coordinator she made our wedding experience the best. She handle everything great. Starting from the rehearsal the day before to handling everything at our wedding. She took care of our vendors and followed up with them beforehand. Can't thank you enough Nicole for all the great work you did. 10/10 -

From my first meeting with Nicole at Ruddy Events, I knew we would be in good hands. She has so much knowledge and because of her expertise she was so helpful in guiding us through the wedding planning process. Before hiring Nicole I was anxious about how my wedding would come together. After meeting with her, I felt so much more relieved and excited for the day.
The rehearsal went over so smooth thanks to her guidance. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, she helped set up beautifully and made adjustments due to the wind and venue. Everything was absolutely perfect and a dream come true and a lot of that was because of Nicole and her amazing attention to detail and time management. I highly recommend Ruddy Events if you need day of coordinating to bring everything together on your special day! -

Nicole was absolutely fantastic! To begin, my wife and I were married on 2/26/2022. Throughout the process, from multiple planning sessions to the day of the wedding, Nicole was accommodating and patient with us the entire time. She was knowledgeable, and helped direct us to numerous vendors.
She primarily served as our day-of coordinator, and ensured everything went according to the itinerary she created. Although a few hiccups occurred throughout the day, from our mariachi group arriving late to our wedding ceremony to the bundtini party favors not being picked up when they should have, Nicole helped us make everything work. Our wedding day turned out to be beautiful, and incredibly fun for our entire family!
Nicole also helped us in setting up the reception venue, as well as take everything down after the evening was over. I would absolutely recommend Nicole as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator! -

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole for our wedding and she was great from the first phone consultation we had to the very last minute she was with us on our wedding day! She was always super responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she was very thorough and understanding of the vision we had for our wedding. She was extremely helpful on getting all the vendors together and on the day of, making sure that everything went smoothly and on time. She was the best help we could've asked for from putting final touches on our decorations to making sure our guests were taken care of and comfortable. Our wedding day went perfectly on time and organized thanks to Nicole! Highly recommend!Ruddy Events's reply:

Nicole was great all from the start she was very responsive.

Nicole was the best person I could have asked for as our day of coordinator! She was exactly what we needed. I planned majority of our day and just needed someone the day of to make sure everything was running on time and to take care of hiccups.
She helped send out my timeline to all of the vendors. And made sure everyone was on the same page. I had her do a few things the day off to make sure our set up the night before was perfect and candles were lit and things were given to the correct people.
During the reception of course hiccups happened but she had them all covered and told me not to worry and she’ll take care of it. She checked up on my mom a few times to make sure everything was good too! She was on top of my MOHs to see if I was good and needed anything and to change to my party dress.
Everything was amazing! I didn’t need to stress about anything! Thank you Nicole for your hard work it didn’t go unnoticed! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!Ruddy Events's reply:
