  Seamless and Amazing! Definitely a great decision made for our wedding!

  We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Casey, Ally and the rest of the Ruffle Effect team really came through for us. We had the 90 day planning package with roughly 60 days until we got married and they were super professional, thoughtful, creative, helpful and really took most of the wedding planning stress off the table for me and my husband to truly enjoy our day. They took care of planning, design and florals from start to finish and they really listened to what we wanted and really helped us achieve that dream. I would definitely recommend these ladies to any couple looking for an A team for their wedding day as planners and day of co-ordinators.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Casey, the incredible wedding florist who made our special day an absolute dream come true. From the moment we first met with her to discuss our vision, I knew we were in the hands of true professionals who genuinely cared about creating a magical atmosphere for our wedding.
  
  The attention to detail and creativity that Casey brought to the table was truly remarkable. She took the time to understand our style, preferences, and the overall theme of the wedding.   The Dream Team! Seamless and Calm Wedding Planning & Stunning Florals

  Hiring Ruffle Effect for planning, styling, and florals was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! Ally and Casey are an absolute dream team, and they made the wedding planning process smooth and easy, and made our wedding day seamless, special, and a huge success! 
  
  Casey was our lead florist and her eye for florals and design is unmatched. We got so many compliments on our flowers! A friend recommended her to me when I asked who did her florals, because I was obsessed with the flowers at her wedding.  I was delighted when she told me Ruffle Effect also was her coordinator! Working with them on the planning and styling side as well helped the whole aesthetic of our wedding feel cohesive (and made planning so much simpler!). 
  
  Ally was our lead planner, and went truly above and beyond. She talked to our vendors so we didn't have to worry about anything on the day, answered all of my annoying questions, and gave thoughtful and thorough recommendations. On our wedding day, she ran a tight ship but made it feel loose and breezy. Ally helped pack everything up at the end of the night to make sure we got everything safely and didn't have to think about it at the end of a long day. She even ran out to get our reception's late night snack of 100 small fries from McDonalds! She was like our fairy godmother who made all our wedding dreams come true. She had an amazing ability to keep calm, even while managing so much and keeping an eye on time and details in the thick of our reception. More impressively, she was able to keep me calm! Throughout planning and the wedding day, she made us feel so safe in her hands. 
  
  From our initial phone consultation to the last moments of our wedding, I was put at ease by Ally and Casey. They made what is often considered to be a stressful time feel easy, fun, and full of possibility. They took care of more than we expected for our wedding, providing everything from our photo backgrounds to welcome signs to frames to menus, and more. We felt so taken care of throughout the planning process and especially on the day. I am endlessly grateful for these ladies and cannot recommend them enough!!

  If you're still searching for a wedding coordinator for your special day, your search is over!

  There is so much to say about how amazing and wonderful Ruffle Effect was in helping us plan for our wedding! Ally was our coordinator on the day of (and met with us for most of the meetings and final tour of the venue) and Casey arranged our florals.
  
  We purchased the month of package as we ended up trying to do a lot of our own things to prep for the wedding. As the wedding date (6/29/23) got closer, we ran into some health issues and were unable to get as much as we wanted done. With only a few weeks before the wedding, Ally and Casey were able to help us rent a TON of things and make last minute changes with no trouble and without us going over our budget. Anything we were able to DYI, we were able to drop off two days before the wedding and Casey and her team delivered and set up everything the morning of.
  
  Everything was beautiful and, although we had fairly minimal floral requests, everything was done exactly how we imagined and Casey's arrangements only added to how beautiful everything already was.
  
  Furthermore, Ally was such an incredible help on the day of. She was constantly on the move grabbing family members for photos, clearly and quickly moving through a day-of rehearsal with the bridal party, constantly vigilant of any needs or requests we had, and cleaning up small things that made everything look for organized and ready for the cleaning the end of the night.
  
  Incredibly professional, punctual, organized, with amazing service and communication, Ruffle Effect was exactly what we needed to help us not only plan and set up, but enjoy our wedding. Everyone always says that timelines don't go as planned or that there's so much going on that the bride and groom hardly get to enjoy the wedding with friends and family, but Ruffle Effect's attention to detail made it so those fears were put to rest. While the day did seem to fly by for us, we got to enjoy the day thanks to Ally and Casey.

  We cannot thank the team at the Ruffle Effect more for giving us day we will never forget! We worked with both Casey for florals and Ally for coordination/planning and both ladies were so wonderful to work with. We really felt cared for!
  
  Casey made my floral dreams come true! She listened to what I was envisioning for our wedding day and made it come to life. I walked into our ceremony and reception space, and was completely blown away to how beautiful it was! She was very transparent every step of the way and provided mock ups to help us better visualize the space. She also was able to make it to both our wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day in which she definitely helped me calm my nerves!
  
  Ally was our point person for everything! Even though we had only booked a day of coordination which started a month before our wedding, Ally was there every month from the moment we started working with her by reaching out to us if we needed anything, providing recommendations, and just asking if we were okay. She was there for our meetings with other vendors, and the month before she checked in with everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly, and it did! During our wedding day, she made sure that we ate, drank, and even just had time for me and my husband to just breathe!

  The very best wedding coordinators!

  Casey, Ally and Liz were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, they were instrumental in making our vision come to life for both our wedding day and our welcome party. It was very beneficial to have our coordinators handling our florals too, which turned out beautiful! Our wedding arch was stunning!!! Leading up to the wedding Casey & Ally were in constant contact. Answered all of our questions and were just extremely helpful in planning. We had a destination wedding, so not being able to be nearby could have been difficult, but Ruffle Effect literally took care of everything and calmed all the nerves. On the day of the wedding, Liz was such a great hype girl and helpful with all the last minute items! I can't recommend them enough! If you have the opportunity to work with them, DO IT!!

  Planning & Floral Magicians!!!

  I HIGHLY recommend hiring Casey & the Ruffle Effect team. My husband and I joke that it was the best decision we made leading up to our wedding (besides the decision to marry one another!)
  
  Casey helped us stay on track with timelines and checklists. She coordinated the last minute details that can easily slip through the cracks on the weeks leading up to the wedding. She attended our meetings with the vendors and answered questions I didn't even know the answer to!

  Amazing Experience

  Ruffle Effect was the absolute best. We had a very very complicated wedding, with so many moving parts. We had a separate ceremony site and reception site, both of which required us to bring a lot of items ourselves. There were a lot of moving parts on the wedding day and ruffle effect handled it all beautifully. Their team was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They had all the answers to our questions and were willing to help in any way we asked. Just talking to them reduced so much stress for the wedding. Casey in particular was always so calm and reassuring--exactly what you need in a wedding planner! We are forever grateful for their help.

  The glue that held my wedding together!

  I do not have enough words to accurately convey what a positive impact Casey and the ruffle effect team had on my wedding day, and the entire planning process. Casey single handedly coordinated all of my vendors, and completely rescheduled my wedding when the Pandemic forced us to change venues, guest lists, every detail, really. My wedding wouldn't have happened without our coordinator- Casey handled every challenge that popped up, even down to the smallest aspects like broken decorations or difficult vendors. She truly allowed my husband and I to just enjoy our day, even in the craziest circumstances. The day of the wedding the entire team was incredible- anything and everything we needed, food or drinks or a changed timeline, was handled effortlessly by Ruffle Effect. They made my wedding more beautiful and well organized than any event I pinned on my Pinterest board. You'd be a fool not to hire them!

  I do not have enough words to accurately convey what a positive impact Casey and the ruffle effect team had on my wedding day, and the entire planning process. Casey single handedly coordinated all of my vendors, and completely rescheduled my wedding when the Pandemic forced us to change venues, guest lists, every detail, really.   Wonderful experience working with Ruffle Effect

  We had the most wonderful wedding day thanks to Casey and her team! From every moment during the year planning and the wedding day, we did not have any bumps or hiccups. Ruffle effect was able to bring my vision to life and they did it so efficiently and gracefully. I felt so cared for on the wedding day. The florals were AMAZING and so incredibly beautiful and every detail was absolutely perfect. They worked around coordinating a very busy wedding day timeline and they made sure all the DIY and personal decor elements were perfectly placed throughout the venue. Casey and her team made everyone, from my husband and I, to our parents to our guests feel at ease and cared for. I could not have asked for a better coordinator and florist!

  The best floral & planning team!

  Ruffle effect was the best decision we made for the wedding. I’m a very Type A person, so I knew I wanted to hire someone to relieve me from doing anything on the wedding day or even before. The team understood our vision and how we wanted the wedding day to go. They communicated with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. Even with last minute changes they still got everything done perfectly. I’m so grateful to have had them by our side. I didn’t have to worry about one thing during the wedding, which is new for me. Thank you Ruffle effect for truly creating and organizing the most beautiful day of our lives. Can’t thank you enough!

  Loved working with Casey! We had a bunch of changes with just a couple weeks before the wedding, and she did an amazing job all the way around. She helped us so much, and made the process so easy. The flowers and setup were perfect!

I knew she was in charge and I was able to enjoy the whole day! She went above and beyond what we hired her for, but that only shows her professionalism and dedication. Not only is she the sweetest person ever, she paid attention to every detail that I wanted. I hired her for day of coordination and literally the month of, she was already taking charge, contacting all my other vendors and making sure everything was in order. She created the whole timeline and even when I made changes hours before the ceremony, she accommodated and assured it was exactly how I wanted. Everything I asked her for, she made it happen! She was quite responsive when it came to emails, always on time to our meetings and made herself available literally months prior to the wedding even though we only hired her for the day of. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful she was in making the wedding of my dreams come true! Literally to this day- i don't know if craziness happened behind the scenes, because she took care of it all! Best.decision.ever.

  Our wedding day was a total dream!!! My husband and I are so incredibly thankful to Ruffle Effect for helping us have the best day ever. We hired them for floral and day-of coordination and I can't believe how above and beyond the service went. They were there for any questions I had from the very beginning, I could never have done it on my own. I can't tell you how awesome it was walking into our reception venue and seeing it all set up just like we've always envisioned it. And my bouquet, better than I ever could have imagined it would look! We are beyond grateful for everything they did for us from the beginning to end!

  Beautiful Flowers

  Casey was great! She worked with our budget and our vision. We opted for garland and vases with plants instead of flowers. We wanted it to be more greenery. It was so beautiful. We had a few last minute changes and she was happy to help. Couldn't have picked a better florist. Don't remember how I came across her but so glad I did. Guest were asking us about the decor all night. Very impressed.
