  Great rental company!!!

  We used Gimi and Rumbas as sort of rain insurance plan for a tent for our wedding in Miami in November. We also used them for our tables. Thankfully, we did not need to use the tent, but nonetheless Gimi was extremely easy to work with. He did a few site visits for us to measure the space and make sure we had a perfect contingency plan in place. Rumbas is a great one stop shop for all your party needs!! Thank you Gimi!!

  Best event rental company in Miami!

  Gimi and the Rumbas team was amazon every step of the way with helping to plan what best fit my venue space. They had lots of options for anything you envision for your big day. Gimi and the staff was very detail oriented and organized. Thank you for making my day so special and I definitely recommend this company to anyone!

  Best Rental Company in S. Florida!

  These guys are amazing! As a wedding and event planner, I have used them now for YEARS and they are 1. easy to work with which is KEY but also 2. Inventory is Quality! It is so important for you to have a rental company with quality items and a place you can trust and rely on! Everything I have ever ordered is on time within the range of delivery and anything LAST MINUTE I have EVER needed they have some through. Form same day emergencies to same day changes these guys have gone above and BEYOND to make my life at EBJ Events amazing! Thank you ALL for making my work easier!

  We were very pleased with all our furniture items we rented from artefactum. We got 4 long white farm tables and a small bridal table, satee, birch arch way, and a few other times. They truly brought the look we were going for all together. They worked well with us the entire time and had wonderful customer service.

  My Daughter's wedding was perfect thanks to Rumbas

  As the mother of the bride I often times felt like the planner as well, I went with my daughter to all her appointments including when we went to secure the Rentals with Rumbas and they were beyond amazing, they made sure that we did not forget anything and the process was simple and hassle free, the delivery was a breeze, their staff is so courteous! We will definitely use them again for our future celebrations

  The furniture and pieces rented from Artefactum for my big day were absolutely beautiful! What's awesome is that they actually create their pieces which I was super impressed by. The farm tables, barrels, and furniture were so gorgeous. They were attentive and made sure everything went well the day of my wedding. Thank you Artefactum!

  I found out about Artefactum through Marilyn from Petals with Poise who did our floral design (and is awesome BTW), they are family owned business and providing both services. They did such a great job, can't be happier and grateful enough! The pieces looked gorgeous, the styling, everything looked AMAZING, made our wedding venue look like a fairy tale, seriously. I would really recommend to book both, floral and furniture together through them, they provide amazing service with both and it's much easier to coordinate on both sides. Plus they are very nice people. Very responsive, helpful, and patient. It was such a pleasure to work with them. Thank you guys!

  Artefactum provided a beautiful birch structure for an altar and wine barrels for our wedding ceremony that were also repurposed for the reception. The set up was professional, on time and transitions were smoothe. It was a real pleasure to work with such genuinely nice people in Miami. The structures added a unique touch to the event. Highly recommended!!!

He was always available and was beyond patient with my ever changing ideas and Pinterest photos. It all came together more beautifully then i could have imagined and I have to give that credit to him. My guests were obsessing over all his pieces, their creativity and how it really made the event stand out from the usual. At times, with people in the wedding industry you sometimes feel like you dont have their attention or are forgotten among the masses, and that was never a problem with him; my wedding always seamed to me just as important to him as it did to me (don't know how he did it with all the events and things he had going on lol). A big thank you for everything Chris !!!!

  Chris was absolutely amazing to work with! He did a costum cross for my husband and I that gave my ceremony that wow factor and church feel that we wanted since we were having an outside wedding.   Using this company for our wedding arbor was the best decision! Everything came out so gorgeous. They were punctual, professional and even allowed us to change our rental selection just 2 weeks before the wedding. On the day of I didn't get to see the finished product until I walked down the aisle - just because of being behind on getting ready and what not.   All I can say is that Artefactum Initiative is the best vintage rental company in South Florida. Christopher was even willing to go out of his way to build something we wanted. My husband and I wanted a barrel bar for our wedding and even though he did not have one in his inventory he built one for us, and it was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The passion he has for what he does is absolutely amazing. Growing up in an old home I know antiques, so authenticity was important to me, Chris nails it right on the head. The personal attention you get as a client is unbelievable, we even saw our lounge sets as a mock up before we chose them.
  So if you are looking for an event company look no further, another plus is that they work closely with Petals with Poise, a south Florida florist, so as a team they will design and style your wedding to make it look picture perfect.

  Nothing is more important than your wedding, and we were recommended to use Rumbas by a friend. We had our wedding at our house and of course planned it all out. Everything was according to plan until we had a change in weather at the last moment.   Rented all of my wedding stuff from Rumba and had the best time dealing with Tara. She was super flexible, patient and understanding about everything.   Working with Ernie and his team is working with the best. You tell them what you are looking for and they make it happen. I needed to get a tent (who wants a tent) for the wedding I was doing, and you know how ugly tents can be, well they showed me a tent that was so beautiful that it accurately compliment our décor. In addition to great customer service they also had the best overall prices around. They worked with us so that I had the most amazing wedding but so that all of my rentals would be within budget.
