  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Korman in Austin, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I called, Lex was incredibly informative and honest about the watch-buying process. She patiently answered all my questions and set clear expectations, making me feel confident before I even stepped foot in the store.

  My husband bought my engagement ring from here and since we have been back; including a watch for my husband on our first anniversary. Vivian is fantastic and so easy to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable and help you pick out exactly what you are looking for.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband bought my wedding ring here. We went to the store together and I told the sales woman what I wanted (several times) pointed to a picture in a book she showed me and told her I wanted a particular ring with modifications (witnessed by my husband). She said she understood, but clearly she did not. When I received my ring it was absolutely not what I asked for. We were told that my ring was non refundable and not even EXCHANGEABLE. I got in the car with this new ring I did not want and cried. My husband is a reasonable guy and tried working with them, but they... Read more
