    Wonderful luxury experience! They do wonderful custom work and repairs, and have a gorgeous selection of high end pieces.

    Wonderful selection and wonderful people to work with!!

    My husband bought my engagement ring from here and since we have been back; including a watch for my husband on our first anniversary. Vivian is fantastic and so easy to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable and help you pick out exactly what you are looking for.

    My wedding jewelry from here was stunning and just love it in all my photographs!

    Highly recommend for wedding and everyday jewelry!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband bought my wedding ring here. We went to the store together and I told the sales woman what I wanted (several times) pointed to a picture in a book she showed me and told her I wanted a particular ring with modifications (witnessed by my husband). She said she understood, but clearly she did not. When I received my ring it was absolutely not what I asked for. We were told that my ring was non refundable and not even EXCHANGEABLE. I got in the car with this new ring I did not want and cried. My husband is a reasonable guy and tried working with them, but they were unwilling to refund our money or even give us store credit!. Now I am stuck with an overpriced ring that I hate. I will never ever shop there again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear. Absolutely horrible experience.
