  The best Day of Coordinator

  We got married on September 2nd and Ryan was WONDERFUL with helping every step of the way. After reading so many reviews and having phone calls with several other coordinators we went with Ryan initially because I felt we were on the same page as far as my "vision" for my wedding. She is also reasonably priced. From that day on (throughout the course of almost an entire year) She was responsive to all of my emails, well informed without being pushy, and organized. Unlike so many others she helps in advanced and you do not have to wait until the month before for communication! (Idk how anyone's anxiety could cope with only month before responsiveness). She stayed in touch with all of my vendors and gave me more of a precise idea of what needed to be promptly taken care of. On the day of she was organized, pleasant, and new exactly what to do. We cannot recommend her enough!

  Beyond satisfied

  Ryan was great to work with from the start- super responsive and professional. She helped us find all kinds of great vendors on short notice. She was super detail oriented and organized and answered all of my questions right away. She is extremely knowledgeable of the wedding industry and local vendors. My wedding day went great and there is absolutely no way I could have done it without her! She was flexible and handled last minute changes and issues like a pro. I am so happy I hired Ryan to make my wedding amazing! I would absolutely recommend her to everyone

  Highly recommend this vendor!

  We had a relatively small but highly detailed vow renewal/wedding and Ryan took care of every nuance and detail. I was confident that everything would be taken care of by Ryan and her assistant.

  An absolute life saver!

  Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired her a few weeks out from my wedding as I had a bad feeling about the staff at my venue and wanted someone on my team (not associated with venue) to ensure things went smoothly. Upon my first call with Ryan, I knew she would be perfect as a day-of-coordinator.
  
  I was right about both my venue (unfortunately), as well as Ryan (thankfully)!
  
  When my venue's planner told me nonchalantly three days before my wedding that she would not be attending, and when at the rehearsal the "stand-in" venue planner had the wrong bride and wedding party on the list in her hands, I would have freaked out. But I knew with Ryan on my side everything would be taken care of. I honestly don't even know half of what Ryan did to ensure the day went smoothly - but that's exactly the point. I had the best day of my life because she took care of all of the issues and roadblocks without me even knowing.
  
  Additionally, both of my matrons of honor were unable to make my wedding last minute (due to Covid). She not only coordinated with the band/MC, venue, etc. to ensure everyone's programs and announcements were up to date, but she also worked with my Dad to help him figure out a way to video in my sister. We didn't end up going that route - but needless to say Ryan was willing to go the extra mile to make everything work in a very tough and upsetting situation.
  
  I highly recommend her for wedding planning or coordinating services!

  Ryan is a Wedding Planner who actually cares, She goes above and beyond!

  Ryan is amazing!
  My mom found Ryan through the knot for my wedding day. At first I thought we could plan our whole wedding on our own but looking back I'm so grateful we chose Ryan because she made this whole 9 month planning process easier and more convenient for us. She was always in communication with us and responded quickly everytime! If we didn't hear back from her within the same hour we always heard back from her in the same day! Ryan took the pressure off of us in terms of reaching out to our major vendors to setting up appointments to gathering information and next steps. She brought up so many important little details that we would have never thought of had we not worked with Ryan! Ryan was super invested in our planning process she was aware of the vibe and theme we were going for that she never suggested anything that didn't fit for what we wanted. For our rehearsal Ryan took time out of her night to help us with our walk through and was so patient with me and my large and crazy wedding party lol! And on the Day of the wedding, Ryan did basically ALL the running around, picking up, dropping off, and setting up . She truly went above and beyond and we couldn't have had the wedding of our Dreams without her. Her professionalism, personalism, honesty, and attentiveness is UNMATCHED! I highly recommend Ryan if you want your Dream Wedding to actually come true because that's exactly what she commits to and will make sure to stick to the budget you give her. WE LOVE RYAN :D

  I hired Ryan for Day-Of Coordination and she was like a friend I could bounce ideas off of at 1 in the morning! She handled everything and I throughly enjoyed my day without being asked a single question!

  We chose to hire Ryan based on our comfort with her from our first interaction and because her price was within our budget. We used her as our Day of Coordinator and we are so happy that we did! Our venue was completely DIY and Ryan helped us to organize our vendors, worked on the timeline and made sure everything stayed on track the day of the wedding. She was so responsive with any little questions we had leading up to our day and helped us have peace of mind that we were making the right decisions. The day of the wedding, anytime we reached out to her, she was very quick to respond. She set up all of our decorations and helped to make the space look exactly as we wanted. She made sure everything stayed on track and that our reception ran smoothly. She even provided us with photos after the wedding that she took while we wait for our photographer!   Hire Ryan for a Stress Free Wedding Day!

  We hired Ryan a few months before our wedding and it was a great decision! She was definitely more affordable than any other coordinators we looked into and so thorough. She did a zoom call with us to go over all the details and our vision of the wedding. We then did a walk through at our venue a month before so she knew exactly how we wanted the venue set up. She coordinated with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to establish a timeline, and the day of the wedding she was there from 1130am until close at 11pm. She set up our venue with all of our decor and details, helped the vendors set up, made the timeline run smoothly, and packed away many of our valuables the end of the night. She made our wedding totally stress free! I would totally recommend her, she was great to work with.

  Best Coordinator!

  My wedding wouldn't have happened with out Ryan. We got engaged right when the pandemic started. As a critical care nurse, I knew I didn't have the time or mental capacity to plan a wedding. Ryan and I had a zoom call and I told her my vision and my budget and she made it happen. She would send me emails with a few vendors and their info and cost. I would review them and pick one and she was able to make all the call and get the contracts to me so all I had to do is review and sign. When ever I had a question or had an idea Ryan was always available to chat with and discuss it. A week before the wedding we went over all the hings I was bringing and what I wanted done. When it was the day of the wedding Ryan arrived to the suite. At the time it was raining and I needed to make the call to move our ceremony inside. Ryan was able to keep them from moving things inside and was able to convince them to keep it outside. Our cocktail hour was moved inside and Ryan was able to make sure all of my signs were moved and in the right spot. She also help set up the venue inside for the reception and made sure the rest of the night ran smoothly. I had some communication issues with the venue and Ryan was able to help me handle them.   Knowledgeable and Professional

  I had the pleasure of working with Ryan as my Day of Coordinator and cannot say enough great things! My venue was a little tricky and everything had to be brought in. Ryan took all the info, called and scheduled deliveries and was there to greet the vendors. She put out all my centerpieces and décor exactly where I envisioned. I highly recommend her!

  Day of coordinator, but so much more!

  There are not enough good things I can say about Ryan; from the moment I first spoke with her, she was kind, helpful, calm, fun to be around, and a wealth of information about wedding vendors, wedding planning, wedding day timelines and all other things wedding. She responded to EVERY email I sent within minutes, usually at 6am!, and always had an answer that helped calm my wedding nerves and take so much of the weight of planning off my shoulders. I cannot imagine how we would have organized and coordinated everything on the day of the wedding, especially setup and the timeline for the day, without Ryan's hands-on guidance and expertise. I've actually been missing talking with her now that the big day has passed! She is truly a gem and I couldn't offer a higher recommendation!

  Incredible

  We hired Ryan as a day of coordinator after we cancelled our venue due to covid-19. Since we no longer had the expertise of the venue coordinator and caterer, we felt it was very important to have someone to help with day of coordinating. After interviewing a few Day of Coordinators, it was clear Ryan would be the best fit. From day one, she has been incredibly responsive to all communication. She was happy to drive to our outdoor venue prior to us signing a contract. Ryan provided us with a lot of input prior to the wedding, she was always happy to schedule phone calls to help answer our questions. Our calls never felt rushed, we always felt like we had the answers we needed. She always took time to think about the best option for us given our concerns for covid. Even as our plans changed, Ryan was able to adapt to our changing covid requirements. Ryan was always calm and so so nice. Whenever she answered a question, I knew she took the time to think her answer through. She provided us with an extensive list of vendors as well.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Ryan was incredibly calm. She arrived to the venue before I did and was already working. If anything at all went wrong on our wedding day, we honestly have no idea.   Shes just the best

  From the start, I found Ryan on the knot to help plan my wedding. Since COVID-19 has been around, it was just overwhelming to start and plan a wedding , since my first original planned wedding was cancelled. From the beginning Ryan has been AMAZING ! She is always there for you and super helpful . From visiting venues to the final check list and all the in between. She made my special day stress free. I already have been recommending her to family and friends. Guest at my wedding gave me positive feedback as she was helpful through out the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and again! She will NOT let you down and make sure your day is PERFECT

  Stress-free wedding day!

  Ryan was recommended by a friend when our wedding plans suddenly shifted due to covid. Our reception went from being held at a large venue where everything was taken care of, to in our own backyard, where we were on our own to coordinate everything. As the wedding drew nearer, we knew it would be a challenge to do it all on our own if we wanted to enjoy our wedding day. Thank goodness we hired Ryan for our wedding day coordinator! She is professional, friendly and organized. She arrived early in the morning, set up our entire reception with the decorations I had ordered and made sure that everything went according to the timeline she created for us beforehand. She also coordinated with all of our vendors (photographers, videographers, florist, trolley, food trucks, wait staff etc) and made sure they were paid at the end of the night. It was so reassuring to know that Ryan was handling everything so that my husband and I could enjoy every moment of our day. Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with how perfect everything turned out. Thank you so much, Ryan!!

  Wedding planner

  We used Ryan for day of wedding coordinator . I was so happy we did! Ryan contacted us weeks before the wedding to learn about us, our needs , the venue and vendors. The day of the wedding she was professional, lovely and so helpful. My daughter and I could enjoy the day knowing Ryan was handling the expected and unexpected!

  The Best Day Of Wedding Coordinator!!

  I got married in July 2019 and enjoyed the planning process with my husband and my family/bridal party. When I was about 2 months away from the wedding date, all the details started to come together and working full time, it was starting to get overwhelming to keep up with everything! That’s when I contacted Ryan. She stepped in right away, contacting all of my vendors, picked right up where I left off in the wedding day time line, and basically immediately took a huge weight off of my shoulders! When the wedding day came, she was there all day and all night long as the main contact for all of the vendors. She helped me and with so many little things that came up that are just bound to happen (even if you try so hard to avoid them!) the entire time. I enjoyed every minute of my wedding day and I have Ryan to thank for that!! She took so much stress away from not just me, but my husband, my bridal party, my parents and my family. You will 100% regret not reaching out to her to help you on your wedding day!!

  Personal and Professional Day of Coordinator

  Ryan did an amazing job with my vision and executing day of. She stepped in while I was dealing with the turnover at Oyster Point and she helped get everything back on track.
  
  The one thing I’ll say is there was a miscommunication with the contract so my advice to brides is READ THE CONTRACT and ask questions. I thought we didn’t take care of the venue visit yet and the time we met in person was our first in person meeting that happened to be at the venue because she lives closer to there. Anyway long story short it was the venue visit and when I wanted to have her at my final meeting it would have cost more money to have her there. It’s not a big deal and the event went well, but it is something everyone should be aware of.
  
  Also, this is very small and we disagree on this because I tried providing the feedback through email, but I had some flip flops left afterwards and I heard from multiple guests that there were none out after the DJ announced there were only 2 left. Again very minor thing and I’m sure it won’t happen to another bride.
