  We used Safety Bus's services to book transportation for 65 between hotels and ceremony/reception venue. Everyone at Safety Bus, especially Samantha, Emma, and Lisa, were friendly, professional, and helpful! Samantha and Lisa were gracious in answering my many questions before the wedding. The day of, our bus arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with the AC already blasting (it was a hot day!). Lisa knew directions and schedule, and she got everyone where they needed to be promptly and comfortably. She also had a great personality, which came in handy with some of our more lively friends :) I would highly recommend Safety Bus to anyone!

  Inexpensive, and reliable! They came and picked us up after our wedding at 11:30 PM! They drove us to the hotel one way They were great!!!

  Safety Bus provided 3 school buses for our wedding at Valenzano Winery. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, and the buses were prompt and on-schedule day-of.

  Safety Bus was terrific. I have done business with Safety Bus in the past and using them again was just as easy I remember. Our driver was on time and got all of our guest to the venue for the ceremony.

  I did a lot of research on buses for my wedding, and was surprised to find how expensive they could be and how difficult the booking process often was. I was really happy when finally found Safety Bus, their prices were so great and Emma was so flexible and accommodating. The booking process was smooth, both buses showed up on time to the venue. The only comment I have is that the drivers had the address but no directions, and got lost both to and from the wedding. While they still arrived in plenty of time, there’s no reason they should not have had a GPS or a better way to navigate. Overall great experience though and I’d recommend them!

  They were WONDERFUL to work with. The bus was clean and the air conditioning was great for our guests. We gave them the itinerary and they were right on time for all guests. You can't beat the price for the quality of service and flexibility of the driver. WONDERFUL to work with!

  I was hesitant to use safety bus because of the price and other reviews but other all, we were pleased. They were most importantly on time. Emma, the woman in charge was slightly unfriendly which was a bit of a turn off but she was flexible with time changes. It was expensive but cheaper than others. Buses had AC which was really important for our summer wedding with a long drive to the venue.

  Safety Bus was very professional and responsive as we were inquiring and through booking. I emailed them for a little bit, then my husband followed up and was the one who booked them. We received the contracts through the mail for us to sign and return. The addresses were wrong on them, but I simply corrected them and sent it back with the edits. They promptly cashed our checks and returned receipts.
  
  While our guests got from point A to point B, there were issues.
  
  Based on conversations with our guests, the following happened:
  -There were two entrances to the hotel our guests were at. The busses were scheduled to arrive at 4:50, and the guests were informed of the same. After some delay, a guest decided to walk around to see if the busses were located elsewhere, and sure enough, she found them at another entrance. I wish there was more initiative on the part of Safety Bus to locate guests or at least inform the hotel as to which entrance they were at. We’ve seen busses at the main hotel entrance and did not think that would be an issue.
  -The busses showed up 10 minutes late to the wedding. Thankfully, we told guests the wedding started at 5:15 instead of the true 5:30 start, which allowed for the error. Guests told us that the drivers seemed to be unaware of the location of the venue as they were initially dropped off at another location. It was one of our guests that insisted the location was wrong and they be driven to the correct venue.
  
  We did not hear any negative reports on the return to the hotel. I’m glad we had forward-thinking guests who ensured everyone arrived at the proper venue. The main goal of Safety Bus was accomplished, and we certainly could not beat their prices, but ensure you have some contingency plans should you go with the company.

  The woman I spoke with during my planning was very nice at first. She answered all of my questions very quickly. As we started to get closer to the wedding, I needed to finalize times with her which became frustrating. It may have been because we were communicating by email. When we finally chose times, I did not feel confident and sent a reminder email. The response I got was not as pleasant as I would have liked. The day of the wedding, the bus got to the hotel and pulled around back. My guests were very confused as to why the bus had not shown up. We became very aggravated and called the bus company. They hung up on my husband but did say the problem was fixed. The bus did end up getting the people who did not choose to drive to the ceremony directly at the time it was supposed to start. When we took the bus home, I found out that the bus drive did not speak any English and was difficult to communicate with. We paid for the bus to take 6 trips to and from the hotel. I believe the bus only took 2 trips. I was disappointed at the way the situation was handled. I would not use this bus company again for a private event.

  We got 2 school buses for our wedding transportation and they were easily the worst part of our wedding, I would give them no stars if possible. Both buses left the hotel early, meaning a lot of my guests ended up missing the bus and having to drive themselves (after waiting around and figuring out the buses were not coming). At the end of the night, they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing (leave at a certain time, wait until all the guests were on, etc.), and were downright crabby until they were handed their tips (which they did not deserve). When I called the office manager to discuss what had happened, she was incredibly argumentative and insisted I was wrong and that they were “veteran” drivers who don’t mess up. She was supposed to get back to me, and 3 weeks later, when we returned from our honeymoon, we still had not heard back. When I called back again, she again argued with me until she finally looked at some piece of her gps software and found out that both buses did in fact leave earlier than they were supposed to. At this point, she because nasty to me, instead of apologizing profusely for not only the poorly run service, but for the solid 20 minutes of arguing she’d done with me.

  Safety Bus Tours was AWFUL. I won't say that they ruined my wedding, but when we look back on the day- this was the worst part of it. We had a pretty big job for them to pick up many guests and we had it mapped out perfectly. Not only did Safety Bus tours not give themselves enough time to get to the first stop on time (they should have been parked at the front door of the first stop 20 minutes before), they did not EVEN CALL US TO TELL US THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE. As a result, we had guests waiting for 45 minutes to an hour, not knowing where the bus was. We were forced to postpone our ceremony for almost an hour because over half of the guests weren't there. Everything was perfect about our wedding except for this one part. It was a total mess and we blame it all on Safety Bus. They didn't give themselves enough time, and as a result it really messed stuff up. Don't ever use them. They are AWFUL.
