Absolutely beautiful flowers and the most gorgeous huppa. The also provided all the candles and hurricanes and lanterns. Beyond providing flowers, they are incredible designers and we didn't need anything more than flowers and candles. The arrangements are seasonal, wild and very sculptural. We loved them.

Saipua was a dream to work with. From the moment we initiated communication with Saipua, Genevieve (our main contact through the planning process) was responsive, thorough and incredibly organized. Saipua waived the collaborative fee for us, which allowed my husband and I to contribute ideas to the overall design, but ultimately allowed the geniuses behind Saipua to make all executive decisions. I wouldn't necessarily trust other florists with this task, but I had no doubt Saipua would design the most beautiful wedding of my dreams, and they totally pulled it off! The flowers were one of the most talked about (really, raved about) features of our wedding at The Foundry, which speaks to the high quality and talent of the entire design team. Aside from their beautiful flowers and event designs, I was also drawn to Saipua for the mother/daughter business aspect (mom, Susan, makes the soaps, and daughter, Sarah, is the head florist and flower farmer). To include Susan in the process, we had her and her team make a special selection of soaps with beautiful wrapping paper especially for our wedding. They were a huge hit! We also loved that the vast majority of the flowers used were sourced from the World's End farm in Upstate NY, coincidentally, not far from where my husband and I spent 3 years in grad school. Everything about Saipua is 5 stars -- work with them and you will not be disappointed.

Deanna Nairns took the lead on our floral installation and the result was spectacular. We had a vision with moldboards and Deanna knew what we wanted. She also made very helpful suggestions and delivered on something more beautiful than we ever imagined. I had pretty high expectations but when I walked into our reception for the first time, I thought I was dreaming. I'm not one to exaggerate but Saipua's installation was absolutely stunning and it really set the tone for the evening. Deanna and team did an amazing job. Our wedding was four months ago and our guests are still talking about the flowers. I can't recommend them enough.

Phenomenal!!! The absolute best florist in Brooklyn ... their work transcends an arrangement to become a sculpture!

There's not much I can say about Saipua - Sarah's work on my wedding day literally rendered me speechless and I have a photo of my wedding flowers constantly up on my phone just so I can stare at it like a crazy person. I loved every single thing that they did, Sarah has the best eye of any florist/designer I've ever known, and my only regret would be that I can't get married again and have the same experience of seeing my flowers for the first time all over again. Truly amazing.

The flowers were a very important aspect of our wedding (for me.) I trusted her to make it lovely and gave very little direction besides color pallet. They were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend working with Sarah.

Amazing, beautiful, elegant, modern. My husband and I are not very in the know about florals. We knew we wanted to hire someone who just had an amazing level of taste, a real vision. That's Sarah. Sarah and Eric were both so easy and helpful to work with. It was so nice to tell her what we liked, and trust that something beautiful would come out of it. We LOVED what she did!!!

Saipua does amazing work. I wanted the flowers to be the main event in terms of the styling. Their style was exactly what I wanted--loose, wild looking arrangements. They worked with me on budget constraints and I had complete confidence that whatever they made would look amazing. They completely delivered. Everyone who works there is so nice and competent--and a complete delight to work with.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! I loved my flowers, and they were truly unique to any other wedding I've seen. I had seen Sarah's work on her blog, as well as several others and was enamored at first sight. She was totally receptive to all my ideas, and was able to transform my vision into reality. Her flowers MADE my wedding, and were honestly my most favorite part of the wedding - minus my dress of course!

After meeting with several florists, I met with Sarah of Saipua and immediately knew that I wanted to work with her--she was knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to talk to. She was happy to work within our budget--not by eliminating things we wanted, but instead by offering ways to reduce costs for those items that were must-haves for us. I did not request specific flowers but rather an overall aesthetic. On the day of our wedding, all of our flowers truly wowed me. They were exactly what I had envisioned! To top it all off, Sarah created a beautiful garland for us--as a surprise gift for us. I would definitely recommend Saipua!

I simply love the aesthetic of everything I've seen from Saipua, so I knew I had to work with them for my wedding. Sarah was lovely during the consultation, especially when my mother had a particular request for a corsage that would cascade down from the waist. Creative, honest, and encouraging.
Our wedding venue was a townhouse full of antiques and decor, so we didn't need much for flowers, but what we did have, I wanted to be remarkable. I simply talked to Sarah about what colors we liked, and gave her a few images (from her own blog!) that I loved as inspiration and simply trusted she would deliver nothing but gorgeousness.
And she did. She even included a few extra arrangements that weren't on the contract, and waited an hour after she was set up to finish and attach my mother's corsage since our photographs were running late as to not stress out my mother.
Sarah is a true artist and will bring your vision to life above and beyond what you could expect. If you like her style, my best advice is to trust her and let her work her magic. You'll be stunned.

I am so happy I booked Saipua. I was deciding between Saipua and Belle Fluer, and went with Saipua based on my in-person meeting. They were so lovely and flexible, and really wanted to work within my budget. If your budget is mid-range and you think you can't afford them, you can. Just ask about alternatives. We varied the cost of the centerpieces which helped a lot. They have a very particular aesthetic, so make sure you like it. They will not preview with you or let you have much choice. You give them a color palette, and then you trust their artistic vision. Risky, but they are artists. Loved them. Price included lots of votives and some small decorative items. For 100 guests.

Sarah is a true artist. I think you have to just let her do what she will and not micromanage too much. Our flowers were gorgeous but as others have said on here, not EXACTLY what I'd asked for. Oh well. They were still interesting and beautiful.

Saipua provided the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. Sarah was very nice to work with and I would highly recommend anything she put together.

I really loved Saipua's style of flowers - very garden but still beautiful and romantique. I stretched my budget by another $1000 to be able to work with her because she has great eye and taste. But I got nervous closer to the wedding because I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. When I spoke to Sarah, she took it a little personally and said that I didn't trust her. That was a little strange.
My arrangements were beautiful, but when I picked up my bouquet, one of the flowers fell apart. The boutineers were not what we discussed so I was unhappy with that, and we were short by 2. We had to take one from an usher to give to my dad. Sarah did admit she made a mistake and didn't charge me for one of my centerpieces, so she's honest.
She gave me a good deal and did a lot of flowers for not as much money as she normally gets, but I feel like she didn't put as much effort in because I didn't pay as much.
I didn't want any surprises, so when I walked down the aisle and looked at my husband and saw his boutineer, I was unhappy that it wasn't what Sarah and I discussed.
If you like her style, I would use her - she's got a great space (visit it) and style and is really easy to work with (her assistant is especially amazing!). But I would make sure you see everything exactly as it would be on your wedding day.
I asked to see a mock up and she told me I'd have to pay $150, but sent me a photo of a sample arrangement for free.
