  I got to design my own ring and it is just stunning!

  I was able to design my ring and it is absolutely fantastic! Sam and his entire staff were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend working with them!!

  Overall, fantastic people, service, jewelry, and prices! We couldn't have asked for anything better! I do and would recommend Sam Dial Jewelers!
  We had ideas of what we did and didn't want, and they helped us further develop our ideas into something we were really happy about (and it cost less than we anticipated, too!). They answered all of our questions, including the ones I'm sure I asked more than once, and multiple times went the extra mile to help us make sure we were getting something that really fit our needs, our wants, and our budget.

  Overall, fantastic people, service, jewelry, and prices! We couldn't have asked for anything better! I do and would recommend Sam Dial Jewelers!

  Sam Dial in Pullman was super easy to work with - when my fiance and I went into browse rings they were informative and helpful without being pushy - by far our favorite jeweler we visited and the one we purchased from. I absolutely love my ring - it is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it.

  Sam Dial went WAY above and beyond to make my husbands dream wedding band come to life. They also gave me the perfect wedding ring - I could not have asked for more from a jeweler. They are kind and courteous and make you feel at home while shopping for the most important piece of jewelry you'll ever own. Thanks Sam Dial! :)

  There is nowhere else I would consider to go other than Sam Dial, the ladies are very personable, and they go out of their way to make everything perfect. The day before the wedding I remembered that I still needed to get my ring cleaned for the ceremony, and when I went in, they managed to squeeze in not only cleaning the ring, but refinishing it so that it was brushed and gleamed for the ceremony and would match the wedding ring. They have never been high pressure, and when my now husband went to pick out the ring, he did not find a quality diamond that appealed to him the first time, so they found out what he was looking for, and overnight shipped in a couple that he might like, just so that they made sure that he got what he was looking for. I love my ring and so many people make comments because it is more unique, and the stones are amazing.

  We love Sam Dial's. We purchased our wedding bands and bridal party gifts here and they couldn't have been better to work with. Very flexible, knowledgeable, and great at keeping in touch with us regarding our orders. They've got the big jewelry store selection with small town customer service values.
