  All around great videographer!

  My husband and I aren't very comfortable in front of the camera and could get super awkward but Trixie made everything so easy! Loved her warmth and also got a few directions in for the video. Love the edit to the video too!

  Fantastic Wedding Videographer!

  Trixie is the best! My fiancé and I scheduled a Save The Date video shoot with Trixie and were beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. She was professional yet personable, meticulous yet efficient. In fact, we were so pleased with our experience that we have hired Trixie to create our wedding video!   Truly the best!

  Trixie brings excitement, love, and creativity to her work. In addition, she is reliable, professional, and very personable. She has a true love for photography and film and this is very apparent in how she works with her clients. I thought I would be so awkward on camera, but Trixie made our session so fun! Trixie has a true talent for capturing emotion. She was able to capture all our special moments, love and personality in our engagement video. People always ask me who did our engagement video as it is so beautiful and unique. Lastly, Trixie was great to collaborate with and brought our vision to life, providing creative insight throughout the process. She is the videographer for our upcoming wedding this summer and I am thrilled to work with her again! I can't say enough wonderful things about Trixie. If you are looking for a fun and thoughtful out-of-the-box videographer and photographer with excellent people skills, look no further.

  Best Videographer EVER

  Sam & her assistant were so wonderful, respectful and professional! THE BEST!! Sam took her time making sure every shot was just perfect, even the Abbey Road one I requested on a whim :). So many beautiful moments of our special day were captured in our wedding video that we will cherish and re-watch for the rest of our lives.

  Awesome photographer

  It was such a dream to have Trixie do photos on our wedding day. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. Even family and friends who were there love her too. We also got our photos right away and they are beautiful. We are so happy with how they turn out and would totally recommend her!!!!

  Words cannot describe the emotions that we felt when we saw our wedding video. Samantha captured every moment of our big day and managed to put it in a short film that made us feel like we were right back on our wedding day.   I am so lucky to have found Samantha! I would recommend her to all brides who want to feel totally calm and relaxed during their special day. My husband and I eloped and Samantha was the best choice I made. It was an intimate ceremony and I never once felt uncomfortable. I was also lucky enough to have here record our announcement party and capture the wonderful moments with our family. She is very talented and skilled and our video was more like a romantic movie!

The reasons why you should hire her is because of her impeccable editing skills and attention to details in shots. She captured small moments that really tugged me at my heart strings. If you're the kind of person where music expresses something in you that you can't express in your own words, pick her. Her music selection for her videos are so thoughtful towards the feel of what she captured, and that's what made me and my husband want to hire her. I don't know how else to say it- she's amazing.

  Samantha was absolutely amazing! We had booked Samantha through our wedding coordinator, and boy were we lucky. We looked at her other videos she had done for weddings, and they were all beautifully put together. We were not able to meet with Samantha prior to our wedding, but we were able to have a long video chat conversation with her. She was so personal, friendly, and was so excited for our big day!
  The day of the wedding was great. She showed up with a smile and she was ready to shoot. She was so funny and really eased us into all the shots she wanted for our video. We received our highlight reel about a month from our wedding. Oh my goodness! I cried like a baby, it was so well put together. She captured all the highlights from our wedding and even included our vows.
  We were so lucky to have Samantha be the videographer at our wedding. She captured all the best moments, and we can not wait to see all the raw footage!

  One of the most smartest decisions we've ever made in the entire wedding process was to get Samantha as our videographer. We absolutely loved her video and we've received so many comments that it was so well done, it looked like a movie. She truly exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel at ease and was extremely professional and dedicated to her work. There was a moment in our wedding when she ushered my husband and I to dance, which then led to me and my dad dancing--one of the best moments of the night. Only a seasoned videographer would know when and how to capture "that" moment.
  
  For those still wondering whether to get a videographer or not, I can honestly say that its worth it. Besides the edited video, we were given raw files of every clip taken and my husband and I are so grateful to be able to watch everything that transpired, including precious moments that we wouldn't otherwise see (i.e. My husband giving presents to his groomsmen and my brother visiting them). We still watch our video almost every day and couldn't get enough. Thank you Samantha and Simon!

  Samantha filmed our wedding last December in Napa. From the beginning, I have been a fan of Samantha's work and was totally confident that the output would be fantastic. After receiving our short film, my husband and I were absolutely blown away by how beautiful, real, and complete the result is! In 10 minutes, Samantha strung together the magic of our day in the most perfect way possible. She managed to capture every moment without being obtrusive. We were especially thankful that we didn't have to do any "acting" or pretending when it came to shooting. Samantha stayed true to what transpired on the day of our wedding and translated this into a video that brings back authentic emotions. Not to mention, it helps us relieve precious once-in-a-lifetime memories!   Samantha Carpio did a great job filming all aspects of or pre-nuptial video. John and I are not really into the whole “acting” thing, but she made it fun and enjoyable so the video looked natural. Samantha has a good eye for good shots. John and I didn’t have a place in mind/setting in mind for our pre-nuptial video… Samantha knew exactly where to go and how to go about it! The video was beautiful and well executed! The video was more than what we expected! John and I were teary eyed when we saw it! Samantha is a true professional and is one of the most pleasant person you can talk to! We highly recommend her!!! John and I are very grateful!!!

  Captured the Emotion of our Day
  Samantha, from Samantha Carpio Wedding Cinematography, is beyond wonderful! We are so happy that we chose Samantha and her team. My husband is the one who wanted a cinematographer. I was very hesitant, but after meeting Samantha in person, she is just so friendly, professional and she also understood the feel of the video we were looking for, I just couldn’t refuse. I am so glad we found her! She totally captured the emotion of our special day. There are no words to express how thankful we are to her. Samantha exceeded all of the expectations we had. Her style and editing are impeccable. Samantha shoots not only with her eye but also with her heart. The feeling and emotions that are captured are amazing and something you cannot obtain from a picture.

  First off, my husband and I were very hesitant on hiring a videographer since we already had a photographer. Talking to a few married couples, they suggested we hire a videographer to capture the entire day. It was the week of our wedding when we decided to look for a videographer that fit our budget. Luckily, we found Samantha who openly took us in and agreed to shoot our wedding last minute.
  
  As soon as we signed the contract, Samantha called the both of us to get to know both of us a little more and discuss what elements in the wedding we wanted to for sure include in the video. Because this was so last minute, we put our trust in Samantha to do her own thing and make this video her own project.
  
  The day of the wedding, Samantha and her husband got to our venue early to start recording the environment and the beautiful landscape. They were very punctual and professional. They were able to get every single moment recorded for our viewing pleasure.
  
  The video itself turned out beautiful! Every small and important detail was somehow captured and incorporated so nicely in our video that it makes me cry every time I watch it. Samantha edited our video in such an emotional way that I have never seen in any wedding videos before. Every emotion was captured and the way Samantha finished the video allows the viewer to go along the beautiful journey of emotions that everyone feels on their special day.
  
  All of our guests LOVE our video. My husband and I LOVE our video. We would recommend Samantha to anyone hesitant on hiring a videographer or anyone looking for a videographer. Samantha is truly awesome and will make sure the video that she produces is 100% her best work and nothing less!

  I am SO happy I had Samantha and her team at my my wedding to capture every important moment! She was so wonderful and professional to work with throughout my wedding. She even stopped by the venue before my rehearsal dinner to meet me and my husband (we live in San Francisco and couldn't meet with many of our vendors in person beforehand) to make sure she had a good idea of what we wanted captured in our wedding video.
  
  She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. After our wedding ceremony, my husband and I had to rush to a spot where I wanted to take a sunset picture. My veil was flying everywhere while the photographer was setting up the perfect lighting and the sun was quickly setting. Samantha ran over to set up my cathedral veil so it flowed beautifully behind me. I will always remember her doing that and helping me get an amazing picture I'll always cherish.
  
  She was not obtrusive and, even though we had multiple photographers as well as Samantha's team, none of the guests felt they were in the way. In fact, many guests loved finding Samantha so they could show up in our wedding footage haha!
  
  Ultimately, we LOVED our highlight video she put together for us. I can't stop watching it, and my family and friends were so excited when they saw it too. Thank you so much, Samantha, for giving us a lifetime of memories!

  I am soo thankful to have worked with Samantha for our wedding video! She was able to create the exact idea I had in mind for the shoot- from choosing the right location, to the cinematography, the final product was like a trailer to a romantic movie <3

  Samantha Carpio Wedding Cinematography was an absolute blessing! I'm so lucky I found her. We had a very specific style that we wanted our wedding shot and Samantha exceeded our expectations. I am a filmmaker myself, so this was the one part of the wedding that I definitely needed to shine. Wow, did it ever. We got exactly what we wanted! The style and the edit is perfect. We were both brought to tears when we watched our video. Samantha was also very easy going and didn't need to be told what to shoot. She worked very well with our photographer, which I've heard does not always happen. Our photographer even commented on how professional and on point Samantha was. I don't think either of us were expecting how much this video would mean to us and how important it would be for it represent us and our special day. Thanks to Samantha, we definitely do now. She knocked it out of the park and we are forever grateful! Thank you so much, Samantha!
