    Can't find anything wrong with this vendor. I used them for white lawn chairs for the wedding and linens for the tablecloths and chair covers with a lavender sash. Everything was delivered on time even though it was on a Sunday in Coronado (traffic) and also picked up on time. Had to make a lot of adjustments and last minute additions and all was completed with no hastles. This vendor made everything easier. By the way, competitively speaking, they were very affordable and I did a lot of comparisons beforehand.

    We had a small wedding (35 people) on Sunday. I called many rental companies who had delivery charges larger than the rental fee of the items we needed. We needed white wooden chairs, a table and linens. Then, I called San Diego Party Rental and received the most reasonable quote. Luis was responsive to changes in our contract and delivery and pick-up times. They called me the night before to confirm delivery and this was relieving to ensure correct delivery of items & times. I understand from my coordinator that everything arrived on time. After the ceremony while we were taking pictures, I saw them quietly sneak in on time and pick up the rentals. I was pleased with their professionalism & timeliness. I would use San Diego Party Rental again.

    I had a fantastic experience with Luis @ SDPR. He was always friendly, extremely responsive, and undaunted by countless minor changes to our order as our wedding date approached. Having worked in catering, I was impressed by the prices, the flexibility, the extensive inventory and the customer service we were provided. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would use them again.

    San Diego Party Rentals, and Luis in particular, was the best vendor I dealt with throughout my wedding. He wrote me back within an hour if I emailed during business hours. The prices were affordable (great really, when compared to other San Diego rentals) and the selection was great. All of the items were delivered and picked up in a timely and professional manner in good condition. My rental list changed at least 5 times and that was no problem at all. I would very highly recommend using this service.

    I found out about Nicolas from my wedding planner (Hannah Smith Events). He provided ceremony draping and ballroom draping for us. The wedding was at Crowne Plaza San Diego. It turned out really nice and we got so many compliments! I loved how it looked in photos.

    Nicolas took time to visit the venue on his own so he could provide an accurate quote. My wedding planner and him met up there since I don't live in San Diego. I initially thought ballroom draping would not be in my budget, but pricing was reasonable compared to other companies I consulted with. We went with a simple 4 point drape in the ballroom. Even with its simplicity I felt it made quite the impact on the look of the reception. Since the ballroom was open the night before the wedding, they went ahead and draped the ceiling and returned for the ceremony site the morning of.

    They are busy so I did need to follow up a couple of times if a questions didn't get answered in emails. Potentials customers will need a bit more patience, but Nicolas does beautiful and dependable work!

    We used SD Party Rentals for our tables, chairs, belly bars, heaters and tablecloths. My only disappointment was the heaters looked like they fell off the truck-truly unacceptable especially for a wedding!
    The plastic folding chairs were really nice and comfortable, I was worried as we wanted wood chairs but they are being replace with plastic. The tables were quite solid and the linens very nice. I found SD Party Rentals easy to work with and even the delivery crew was great. The prices were very reasonable, I would use them again. If you leave a message don't expect a call back ASAP, it seemed to work best that I just call them again.

    It was a pleasure working with this vendor. After the ceremony, we simply left everything in its place and went to the reception-the vendor came by an hour later and picked up the arch, chairs, and everything else, not requiring any of us to be left behind. The only downside is that we couldn't place an order the first time we called, since the company turns off the computers even before the closing time.

    San Diego Party Rentals provided excellent rentals for the cost (very reasonable!). They were flexible about adding and changing rental items and provided the perfect color linens. Luis was friendly and easy to work with. The delivery charge was high but not that far off from other rental companies in the area.

    Even though there are rental businesses closer to where I live, the prices at San Diego Party Rentals could not be beat and I really didn't want to keep searching for other vendors to prove that point further. We had a small wedding ceremony so we ordered 34 white resin chairs, a table, table cloth and a portable PA system since the ceremony was at the beach. The cool thing is that they give you the items for a three day period so if your event is Saturday, they drop off on Friday and pick up on Monday. This worked out perfectly for us. The only issue we had was with the wireless microphone. When we tested it Friday (the day before the wedding) it stopped working. The staff promptly came out but even though they told my husband (then fiance) that they were going to replace it, they simply changed the battery. It seemed to be working fine when they left but on our wedding day it stopped working again. By some miracle, my husband got it working just in time for the ceremony and it lasted for the 15 minutes it was needed. So I only wish that they would have actually replaced the mic when they came out, or made sure it was working properly before they gave it to us, but at least they tried to make it right. We used an iPod cable (which we rented from them too) to run music through the system which worked great. The system sounded great too and worked very well for our beach wedding.

    I had to use this company because my caterer set us up with them for our furniture and tent rentals. The pricing was great for the tables, chairs, linens, etc. The big problem was that they arrived at our venue at 8pm the night before the wedding to set up 17 tables and 170 chairs, a dance floor and two tents. They weren't finished until almost 11pm. I was up all night decorating because I had to wait on them all day. It was very frustrating and disappointing. Then while they were out in the dark setting up our rentals, they were trying to sell us lighting. They were then suppose to arrive the following Monday to pick everything up, which they called and said they would be there around 6-8pm. They didn't show up until 10am the next morning. The point is, thanks to this company, I was up until 2 am the day of my wedding setting up... very frustrating.

    Had an early morning wedding, they would not come thirty minutes prior or guarantee a certain time, only a window. Even when offered more $$$ for certainty of knowing chairs and tables would be set up.
