  Above and Beyond

  Kara and her team were fantastic! From the beginning the planning was super easy and organized. Kara was available any time I had a thought or question. The day of the ceremony went smoothly. My cake which was made by a different vendor was not decorated as expected. Kara came to the rescue and fixed it! Not sure how she did it but she did. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The servers and bartender were super nice and very attentive to our needs. Everyone on staff that I encountered while there was kind and professional. Our families and friends had a great time! Thank you for a wonderful day!

  I recently was married at the sandcastle resort at Lido key. It was breath taking. They transformed the ballroom and the servers were quiet and efficient!

  Overall a great experience

  The facility did an excellent job on the day of the event and our wedding went through without any issues that day. There were a few hiccups before the wedding, but those we were able to mainly resolve. The food was outstanding and everyone raved about how wonderful everything was!

  Not a good venue to be married at

  When we went there to check out the venue we asked questions like are they going to have enough parking for our guess especially when we were getting married during spring break and we were told they have an overflow lot and it wouldn’t be a problem, they didn’t have parking and blamed it on spring break and should have told us the truth before we signed the contract instead of telling us about the parking problem 7 days before the wedding.
  
  We had an outdoor beach wedding and had the ceremony in the courtyard, we found out we need to pay a vendor $1000 for lighting 3 weeks before the wedding. Then 2 weeks before the wedding we found out this wedding venue doesn’t supply a dance floor and it would be another $1000 for a vendor to supply one, I complained and Tim the manager decided to supply the dance floor at no charge too us. Tim was a nice guy and tried to fix the problems we were having with Stephanie the event planner, Stephanie doesn’t seem to like being accommodating and doesn’t seem to like talking to the bride. I had to keep asking what the problem is every time my wife called to talk to be because of these problems and Stephanie would tell me there was no problem. I really would not recommend using this venue because they don’t know how to treat their customer, especially Stephanie and the front desk people. If they would have been up front about things before we signed the contract we would have found a different venue
