Santa Fe River Ranch is definitely the place to go to if you want a charming venue and an even more charming staff. We could not be happier with their willingness to make our day so special. We were concerned, like most couples, about how the events of the day would go. But we shouldn't have been concerned at all. Our coordinator, Susan, operated and directed her staff extremely efficiently. Communication is key to any operation, and the entire staff here executed that perfectly. Two weeks after the wedding, we are still getting huge compliments for our wedding, and that is all thanks to SFRR. Huge shoutout to Jake and Jenn Hitchcock, Susan Emerson (best wedding coordinator ever) and Sam Ward & Candice Hildebrandt (best photographers). Thank you all for your help in making our day fantastic!
P.S. My advice to any couple that gets married here, use Sam Ward for your photos. She knows the property better than anyone, and she captures the perfect moments. -

We were so lucky to have our wedding at Santa Fe River Ranch. Marsha and her team are a well-oiled machine. We did not have to worry or stress about any details, they were on top of everything. They were flexible, easy to work with, had great communication, and treated us like family. The property was absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony under the big oak tree and reception in the barn, it was stunning and everything we envisioned. We also utilized the other guest houses on the property, which made getting ready and housing family so easy. On the day of the wedding, Marsha kept checking in with me to give me updates and asked if I needed anything, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day. If you are planning a wedding and are looking for a stress-free experience, book Santa Fe River Ranch! -

Absolutely perfect! My wedding was a dream because of Santa Fe River Ranch!
Not only was the venue beautiful, but the owners and staff is truly what makes this venue one of a kind. They truly care about you and want your big day to be everything you ever wanted. -

Amazing wonderful experience
All of the staff associated with Santa Fe River Ranch went out of their way to make sure my daughter's wedding was a superb experience. I would highly recommend this venue with no reservations.Santa Fe River Ranch's reply:

We chose Santa Fe River Ranch as our venue for many reasons. One thing I looked for when choosing a venue was the "whole package". We were able to get into the venue Friday morning and we had it all the way until noon Sunday. This was very convenient for dropping things off, setting up for the rehearsal dinner ( which we were able to have there at their adorable rustic house ), and picking everything up the following day rather than having to clean up the night of. It was truly the whole package. My girls and I were able to spend the night Friday after the rehearsal at the "cottage" and it truly made the experience. Waking up at the venue, with all of my closest friends, was the perfect way to start the day and added to the excitement. The location is beautiful. If you are wanting the rustic but elegant barn feel, this is the perfect place. I have included pictures of their beautiful scenery, the oak tree we got married in front of, and the azaleas which were bloomed just in time for our wedding date (march 13th) and made for beautiful photos! The owners themselves, along with their staff, went above and beyond to tend to our needs and accommodate us. They are directly involved during your time there and do everything possible to make your day go smoothly. We used their on-site coordinator, Susan, and she was amazing. I never felt rushed or stressed out. The day flowed perfectly start to finish. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and I owe a lot of that to this wonderful venue. I don't think need to mention anything about the property and facilities because they speak for themselves, the venue is completely gorgeous.
The planning process was made so easy by Jennifer and Jake. They had a solution to every question, and truly took a lot of weight off our shoulders.
On the day off, the staff went above and beyond to provide an incredible experience for our wedding. We planned to have our ceremony outside under the oak tree. As it got closer we realized that we'd have to move the ceremony indoors because of weather. Over the next few hours, mother nature threw every curve ball possible; tornado like squalls, power outages, flooding and more. Not only did the staff provide flawless service, they got generators up and running when there was no power, they got the local power company out ASAP, they provided out of the box solutions, coordinated our wedding party and guests, and made the whole event go off without a hitch (besides for me and my wife of course). Despite all of the extreme circumstances, the staff turned the event into a magical time for everyone involved. I legitimately believe that our wedding turned out much better than it would have if the weather had held off. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the ranch. This venue is stunning! We chose this venue for our wedding and everyone was amazing! They are so nice and accommodating. They made sure our wedding day was our day. Incredible in every way!!!!!
SFRR went above and beyond above and beyond. From the get-go, they were responsive, supportive, and flexible. They helped me handle family drama, and were welcoming of our requests to make a blended Judeo-Christian ceremony. And all that was BEFORE a pandemic. They then worked with us to postpone our wedding to a date they opened specifically for those of us whose weddings were derailed by COVID. They made sure we were safe, and they allowed us to have a socially distanced wedding while following all CDC recommendations. They even upgraded our catering from buffet to plated meals. They did this with grace, responsibility, and at NO COST to us. They were PHENOMENAL. No matter where you live in the country, SFRR is an amazing place to have an EXPERIENCE with your wedding. It's gorgeous too, by the way!!! There are not enough positive words to describe this venue, the wonderful owners and team, and the event that they created for us. My husband and I are so grateful. We can’t say enough to show our appreciation for everyone at SFRR. They treated us like family. Everyone from Mr Hitchcock to Jake to Marsha to all the staff on the day of the wedding were attentive, gracious, flexible and hardworking. My daughter said “ It was perfect!” Even with an impending hurricane, their focus was on making the special day amazing while keeping everyone safe. We are very grateful!
P.S. Having the houses on site for the bridal party and groomsmen was super helpful.
P.S. Special thank you to DJ Michael who was Mr Personality at the reception AND fixed my daughter’s dress so she could dance😊 -

The staff was very professional and they made sure your day was the best day of your life. Words are not enough to describe this place or the staff, you have to see it for yourself. The quality of service was amazing.

Absolutely Loved It
Choosing to get married at this venue was one of the best decisions I made. Getting married under a beautiful big oak tree was seriously a dream. The ceremony cite was absolutely breath taking. I was never a huge fan of barns or ranches, however, when I saw their barn I changed my mind. Their ranch is one of the most unique I have ever seen. The open cocktail hour space and the inside of the barn was so beautiful and the Christmas lights and chandeliers made it so romantic and dreamy. The SFRR staff were so easy to work with and did everything they could to make our day so special. My wedding was a fairy tale and I am so thankful for SFRR.Santa Fe River Ranch's reply:

Between the amazing coordination and beautiful property, I can't recommend this venue enough. My day-of coordinator was amazing and everything went off without a hitch. It is a gorgeous and stress-free place to get married. -
