  Wow, we just had a destination wedding in Napa Valley and these guys were the best! In what could have been a very complicated planning process, they remained super responsive, flexible and accommodating to all of our last minute changes! When our rehearsal and reception almost doubled in size, they were on top of everything! Their service and prices were the absolute best in the valley. When they tell you they will get back to you, they mean it! When they tell you they can make it fit your budget, they do! When they tell you your events will look gorgeous, they make it happen! You cannot miss with Santa Rosa Party Rentals!

  Santa Rosa Party Rentals provided chairs, tables and glassware for our 300 guests. They delivered to our wedding site in Windsor and took everything away after the wedding weekend. Maytae was especially helpful, talking me through our order and getting me same day quotes. They definitely had the best pricing of everything I researched in the Sonoma area and I would use them again.

  This is a great vendor for furniture and catering supply rentals. We rented our tables, chairs, chafing dishes and coffee maker/urns from them; and the experience was smooth and a great value. They were reasonable and flexible with pick up and drop off time ranges; and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their willingness to pick up the items without having one of us present. It allowed us to leave as planned for our honeymoon. I highly recommend these folks.

  We used Santa Rosa party rentals for our wedding in Calistoga, CA. I ordered everything from San Diego over the phone and they were very helpful. They delivered everything from the tables and chairs to the linens, glasses, silverware, etc and they picked everything up the next day. It was such a relief to have them take care of everything for me.
