  Our search for wedding bands brought us to the Jewelers Exchange Building in Boston. We visited several shops in the building before wandering into Santisi and Bove. My husband talked golf with Ken while we tried on rings. They were having a sale, but we weren't sure that we wanted to buy anything right away - so Ken gave us a sale card and told us to come back when we were ready and that they'd honor the price.   Our search for wedding bands brought us to the Jewelers Exchange Building in Boston. We visited several shops in the building before wandering into Santisi and Bove. My husband talked golf with Ken while we tried on rings. They were having a sale, but we weren't sure that we wanted to buy anything right away - so Ken gave us a sale card and told us to come back when we were ready and that they'd honor the price. By the time we left, both of us were convinced that had to get our rings there...so we did! Santisi and Bove was one of the few places that had a decent selection of curved bands that could fit my engagement ring. I selected a band that matched and Kim recommended a yellow gold band to bring out the yellow diamonds in my engagement ring - it looked beautiful! My husband was worried about his ring getting in the way of his golf grip (priorities..), but Ken's wife brought out a putter that he tried out with rings right there in the store! We ordered both my ring and a band for my husband and decided to pick them up closer to the wedding date. I didn't even notice when I tried mine on at pickup time - but Ken Jr. pointed out that my band wasn't curved enough to fit flush with my engagement ring. He ran downstairs to the jewelry craftspeople and found that when it was resized, the curve became smaller. They went out of their way to make it right - the jewelry crafters made a new band in just a few days that was a fit perfect to my ring, refinished my engagement ring, and they were more than accommodating with scheduling pickup of the new ring - even offering to meet where we live in Watertown to drop the ring off so we'd have it in time for the wedding. I ended up being available to pick it up before the wedding and also had a bracelet that they fixed and cleaned for free. We would recommend Santisi and Bove to anyone looking for fine jewelry - they really know their stuff and their customer service is something that you just can't find anywhere else.

  Kim was wonderful! She was so creative in helping us with my engagement ring! She was very professional and delivered great service! I love my ring!

  Ken was great. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone looking to get married. A straight-shooter, from the hip. Awesome jewelry, great knowledge, and very fair pricing. Thumbs up for Santisi and Bove.

  Absolutely amazing! I first found out about them from a program that Chronicle on Channel 5 ran about Downtown Crossing. They covered the Jewelry Exchange building which has a gazillion diamond and jewelry companies all under one roof. They picked Santisi and Bove for a reason! I called them to ask a few questions and I instantly knew this was going to be the place I had to visit.
  
  I took the train to Downtown Crossing and its a short 2 minute walk from there. Went to the fourth floor and they are right down the hall.

They are not money hungry business owners. They truly are there for your best interest in finding the right piece whether its customized work, repairs and etc. It's obvious why they have been in business for over SIXTY years!!! I can't recommend them enough!

  They were great. Very patient with my indecisiveness about my wedding band. Kim is really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They also were able to order and engrave a special necklace for my mom as a gift.

  Santisi and Bove in Boston is a hidden jewel among jewelry stores!! Reccomended by my sister in law, we went there to look for wedding bands before my engagement ring. I know backwards but we were getting married soon and Kim, our specialist, was perfect. She wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time. Not only was the prices reasonable, they had our bands done in a week. The best part was my engagement ring that I got a few months earlier, IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! My husband designed it with the owner so it is piece that no one else has. The whole staff was so excited to give it to my Husband because they knew how special it was. They took the time, and treated us like people who had been coming there for years.

  Everyone at Santisi and Bove deserve a huge thanks. Starting with my engagement ring that they helped my husband pick out to creating a custom wedding band to match they have been absolutely amazing. So much better than visiting a huge chain store, they offer private service and truly want to see every customer happy.

  The folks at Santisi and Bove were really wonderful! Their emphasis is on creating happy return customers rather than always making as much money as possible from a sale. When my husband and I found that platinum was going to be exceedingly expensive for our rings, they actually convinced us that white gold would be a suitable alternative, thus loosing hundreds of dollars in sales. They helped me design cufflinks for my husband, too. They're so friendly and helpful and their location in the Jeweler's Building in Downtown Crossing means they have ready access to all sorts of jewelry and design tools. These people will certainly be our go to jewelers for a very long time.
