My husband and I are SO happy and pleased with our choice in Saphire Estate!! The venue was stunning, flowers in the garden were blooming and we walked down to the lake for sunset and took the most beautiful photos just us two (highly recommend), & ceremony-cocktail hour-reception all flowed so easily. From the first day we booked our big day the team was very communicative and responsive to any and all of our questions. I am truly so grateful for the entire SEG team, especially our wedding coordinator, Anne. Her kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness was everything I could ask for in a coordinator. Planning a wedding was seamless and easy and it is all thanks to the entire SEG team. I never once had any doubts or concerns that our wedding day wasn’t in the right hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Saphire at the end of April and it wwas the perfect venue! We booked with Saphire at the end of October 2022 and they were helpful throughout the entire process. They were very organized and professional. A special shout out to Kayla, our event producer, who was with us through the entire process. She made the planning process run so smoothly and made our wedding day the best it could be! Thank you again to Kayla, Aubre, Jeannine and the entire staff at Saphire for helping us out on this amazing day. I highly recommend booking with Saphire Events.

We got married at Saphire Estate at the end of May. We chose this venue shortly after getting engaged and the staff was so helpful during our year and a half of planning. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many options for photos. This venue is across the street from Lake Massapoag so they have a little beach for sunset photos! There is also a cute spot in a wooded area for nature inspired photos and a very cute garden for group shots! The photo op areas were a big selling point for me haha! The ceremony space was decorated beautifully, and the cocktail hour space has a very modern but timeless vibe to it! The estate itself was gorgeous! We had a relatively small wedding (less than 100 guests) and there was plenty of space to party! The staff was super professional and very nice! We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and party itself! I would highly recommend Saphire Estate to anyone!

From the moment we first looked at Saphire Estate as a potential venue for our wedding we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Everything from the food tasting night, the meetings at the venue, the rehearsal on the day before was done with so much professionalism.
We had a different type of wedding with 80 guests flying in from Iceland. Even though Icelandic weddings are a lot different than the typical American weddings the people at Saphire Estate did amazing in coordinating everything so that everything would go perfectly.
The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests about it.

Kayla was our event producer and we could not have been in better hands. She made the whole planning easy for us and was 100% on point with every little detail. We had to change the whole timeline a week before the wedding along with some other details and she was so flexible and helpful with it all. She went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could never thank her enough for her work.

The Saphire Estate is not just a gorgeous venue, the staff and management have perfected the process of planning and executing a flawless wedding. Kayla Collins (our producer) was beyond helpful in planning, she was flexible and accommodating and I don’t think we heard the word “no” once throughout our nearly yearlong timeline. Most important of all – on the actual wedding day, we didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy ourselves! The food was phenomenal, the staff made sure all special requests were met, and they set up everything from the guest book photo station to a memorial table. The ceremony and reception were both stunning. Cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the crew at Saphire Estate! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful to work with during our wedding planning process! From the very first email, she was the epitome of organization and efficiency. She streamlined the entire planning process, making what could have been stressful a breeze. She understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life with every detail.
But her impact wasn't just in the planning. On the day itself, Kayla and her team, Jeannine and Marlyce, were a calming force. They handled every hiccup with a smile and a solution, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. No question was too small, no request too daunting – they were always available with a kind word and a helping hand.
Looking back, our wedding wasn't just a day, it was a dream come true thanks to Kayla and her incredible team.

We couldn't stop smiling the whole time because of our perfect wedding. All of our friends and family have nothing but wonderful things to say about Saphire's property and staff. Right from the start when we toured this venue they were amazing. The Highland House next door for rent was amazing for the bridesmaids to get ready at!

We're so happy we had our wedding here! Everything was truly above and beyond! Not only is the venue gorgeous but the service is also amazing! Every single staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, especially our event producer, manager, and bridal attendant! They were all so sweet and we felt very well taken care of! They were also very thorough with everything which was very much appreciated! Overall 10/10! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!!

Saphire Estate exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a privilege to have Anne as our wedding producer. She was there every step of the way to make sure our wedding was perfect. It was a relief to work with people who can joke and make the atmosphere light during such a stressful time. Aside from the wonderful service, the food was amazing. We had so many compliments about the appetizers and dinner. The venue itself is gorgeous and guests pointed it out to us as well. We cannot thank everyone at Saphire Estate enough for making our wedding so easy and enjoyable!

We went to Saphire Estate with an open mind and quickly cancelled other venue tours for the day! Booking at Saphire was an easy decision and we are so glad we did!
Kayla at Saphire Estate got to know us and our vision and then took care of all the details so we could relax and enjoy the day. She smoothed over any day-of hiccups and the experience could not have been better!

Kayla was amazing through the entire process! Saphire Estate is a beautiful garden venue with incredible views of a lake too! Unfortunately, it rained and my ceremony was inside, but it was still beautiful!!! Right in front of the fireplace and all of my guests fit comfortably. The staff transitioned the room back to a dinner reception layout so quickly! The food was delicious as well.

And Kayla was so organized!! I thought I was an organized person, but when the craziness of the day comes, you need a Kayla to keep everyone and everything going smoothly!!! I can't wait to see all the photos of the decorations, but she made everything look perfect! We are so happy we had our wedding at Saphire Estate.

I had the most incredible experience at The Saphire Estate for my wedding! The venue itself was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Kayla, our Event Producer, was an absolute gem. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable in making everything run smoothly. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delectable food that was served. From start to finish, The Saphire Estate exceeded all expectations and made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Our wedding was August 10, 2023. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about our wedding day and experience. Kayla Collins was our event manager and she was outstanding.

Kayla was professional, very flexible, and always made herself available to answer any and all of our questions. I even had her personal cell phone number. Although there were times I texted on her day off or after work hours, she would respond with her availability as to when she would reach out in which I valued and appreciated.

My wedding day/experience was stress free. I had no worries, and if I stressed a little, Kayla would find the right words to assure me everything (my day) was going to be beautiful and it was!!!

I would recommend Saphire Estates to anyone who is looking for a great wedding experience!!

Saphire Estate was the first and only venue we looked at when we began the wedding planning process, and we have zero regrets. Immediately upon pulling up to the venue for our tour one year ago, we fell in love with the breathtaking beauty of the exterior. We knew we wanted to get married here. We loved the idea of the separate cocktail hour space, the view of the water, the newly renovated bridal suite, and the menu sounded delicious (it is). We booked our wedding two days after our tour! A few months after booking, Kayla was assigned as our wedding producer. We first met her in person at our group food tasting and Kayla went out of her way to make us feel special at the tasting, coming over to answer any pressing questions. The food was absolutely delicious at the tasting and helped us finalize our menu for our wedding. Soon enough, we had our 3-month meeting with Kayla where she went over everything about our wedding day. Kayla is detailed, kind, understanding, and calming. We knew we were in good hands. She constantly reassured us that everything would be fine. If we wanted something, she would make it work. If we emailed her (which we did… a lot), she would respond so quickly, despite having other weddings to help produce. We never felt like an after-thought. We always felt like Kayla went above and beyond for us. The day of our wedding, which was supposed to be outside, it was going to rain. Kayla called me the morning of and we had such a great conversation about moving the wedding ceremony indoors. Had Kayla not prepared me for this possibility, or called me that morning to discuss what it meant, I would have been upset. But because of our previous conversations and knowing she had our best interest in mind, moving the ceremony inside was no big deal - it was still SO beautiful. For our wedding day, we were assigned Jeannine as our bridal attendant and she was so kind and helpful, making sure our wedding party was taken care of. Our event manager, Ed, made sure things ran smoothly as well. We can’t thank Kayla and the Saphire Estate team enough for making our wedding day one to remember. Weeks later, we still have guests reaching out to us raving about the food, beauty of the venue, the staff, and telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Thank you Saphire Estate!

Anne, Jeannine and team make Saphire Estates an extradanary wedding venue I would recommend to everyone. The venue itself is beautiful updated with colorful gardens and green space perfect for photos. Planning with Anne made life much less stressful as she had the experience to answer the questions we didn’t know to ask! Jeannine and the day of team ensured all our needs were met and everyone had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and ever plate came out hot. I can’t recommend this venue and team enough for your big day!!

My wife and I hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Saphire Estate in Sharon on Sunday June 18th. I can say with 100% certainty that it was the best night of our lives.

From the initial visit to cleaning up after the reception, everyone affiliated with Saphire Event Group was a consummate professional. Big shoutout to our producer, Kayla, for helping us plan the most magical evening and making sure we had our dream ceremony and wedding. Every single detail was thoroughly thought through and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. Communication was clear and open through the planning process and execution of the night with our vendors and timeline was flawless. Another special shoutout to our bridal attendant Sarah. We would not have gotten through the night without her stunning service to keep us fed and hydrated.

The food was simply amazing from the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres through the desserts. Guests have continually complimented the food and told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We could not be happier with how our wedding night went and owe a huge thank you to Saphire Estate and their amazing staff for making it so special.

Words cannot begin to describe how absolutely PERFECT our wedding was thanks to the Saphire Event Group. We started with a tour of Saphire Estate about a year and a half before our wedding with Madison, who started us in the bridal suite and brought us through the entire experience of our wedding from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. It was the first of several venues we toured that we were able to actually visualize what our wedding could look like. After booking the date, Kayla was our fearless leader that helped us figure out what we needed to focus on and when as we continued to plan our wedding. We felt almost too prepared in the week leading to our wedding, to which we answered guests who asked us if we were ready with “yeah, we’re pretty sure, and if not, I think we’ll be okay :)”. The day went seamlessly, and we know that is entirely thanks to Kayla and the team’s constant behind-the-scenes-earpiece-communications that kept things moving while we basked in the joy of the day. Extra shoutout to Sarah who was our attendant for the day and basically read our minds while we were taking pictures by bringing us an appetizer plate and drinks. She also helped us pack up for the night which was incredibly helpful. Guests cannot stop telling us how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how wonderful of a time they had. We would do it all again with Saphire Estate over and over if given the opportunity. Your wedding is in the best hands when you work with the absolute professionals at Saphire Estate. We could NOT be happier to say we celebrated our marriage at the Saphire Estate in Sharon!

From the moment we first saw the venue we knew we wanted to have our wedding reception here. Everyone was so helpful when it came to answering all of my quesitons right from the start and that continued through out the whole wedding planning process. Anne was our Event Producer and we cannot thank her enough, she is just simply AMAZING. She helped ease the stress of this planning process in every way, from reviewing our invitations as well as a streamlined payment process. Saphire Event Group also has a very very helpful information packet, its lengthy but it was so helpful through almost every step of the process with planning this wedding for which I am very grateful.

The food is also so delicious! We had the buffalo chicken purses, goat cheese bacon wrapped dates, cheesestake roulade and the crostini station for appetizers which were ALL a hit. I could have eaten all that as my meal and been happy. For dinner we had the truscan crusted chicken and pan seared salmon which I also fully enjoyed!!

On the wedding day, Jeanine was with us the whole time to check in and make sure we had drinks and enough food as well, she was my angel helping keep us on time!

Everyone was happy, fed and having a blast on the dancefloor all night!
One of my concerns was the bathrooms being too small but I did not hear that as an issue at all.
We did have about 170 people with a big dance crowd but the dance floor was still a perfect size!
The venue itself is just BEAUTIFUL, with so many photo opportunities.

The Saphire Estate is truly remarkable. It's not only a stunning venue but the team that comes with the package is AMAZING. We are so lucky we picked this venue and were so happy how are wedding day turned out.

When we first toured Saphire Estate, we were sold on the beautiful variety of spaces for photos, cocktail hour, reception, and the beautiful courtyard for the wedding. With New England weather being so unpredictable, we ended up having to have an indoor ceremony given the absolute pouring rain outside. Working with our event producer, Kayla, and the dream team at Saphire put my nerves at ease and we moved forward to the indoor ceremony, and I have absolutely no regrets about it at all! I was (and am!) so amazed at how everything turned out, everything was perfect from getting married in front of the mantel, to the cocktail hour space with the fireplace lit up, to the reception area with SERIOUSLY the best food I have ever had! Guests would not stop raving about the space, the food, and the drinks. I cannot recommend Saphire Estate enough as a wedding venue, it's the perfect place right outside of Boston that will always have our hearts. :)

When we went for a tour of the venue, we knew the Saphire Estate was the one. Anne was our coordinator and she was the best to work with! She was very responsive, answered all the questions we had, and was extremely flexible with the last minute changes we had! The entire team the day of the wedding were so sweet and attentive. Anne and Jeanine were so fun to work with on our wedding day, I am so grateful for them and the entire team and for making our day go so smoothly. Everything was perfect!

The Saphire Event Group is fantastic! We had so much difficulty deciding between the Avenir and the Saphire Estate, we ended up choosing the Saphire Estate for its outdoor spaces and gorgeous cocktail area.

Having our wedding at Saphire Estate was the best decision we could have made! Working with a group that cares so deeply to ensure you have a perfect day, while keeping things organized and running smoothly really made my nerves and anxiety melt away. My guests were all raving about how beautiful the estate was, from the ceremony space to the cocktail hour space, and the reception area! We had a gorgeous indoor winter wedding and Kayla Collins and her team were fantastic in "flipping" the room between the ceremony and reception so we could get married in front of the fireplace. Kayla was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, proactively outreaching us to check in and responding quickly to all of my last minute and random questions! She made me feel like I was her only priority not just on the day but leading up to the wedding as well. Ed and his team were FLAWLESS in their execution of dinner and reception, my husband and I were actually sitting at our sweetheart table watching their system for delivering plated meals so everyone's food was hot! I also have to rave about the food because it was DELICIOUS, my guests loved the passed apps as well as their dinners! My mother has severe dairy and gluten allergies, not only were they able to accommodate this (and her food was still delicious!), but they also created a small plate of allergen free appetizers for her to have during cocktail hour as well!

I absolutely loved working with this venue and more specifically Kayla, everything I asked for I had no questions asked! I would also be remiss not to mention the absolutely stellar perk of them delivering your family and bridal party's first round immediately following the ceremony so you can all enjoy a first cheers and your family and bridal party don't need to wait in line at cocktail hour!

Lastly I need to just spotlight again how AMAZING and beautiful the venue is, getting married in January we were worried about not having enough spots for photos and this venue has it all between indoor and outdoor spaces, all gorgeous, an opportunity to get down by the water if you want, and updated indoor decor so it doesn't feel stuffy or like a hotel ballroom!

We can not even begin to explain how grateful we are for the staff at Saphire Estate, especially Anne, for making our wedding the best night of our lives. The venue is gorgeous (especially the fireplaces in the winter- we had a NYE wedding), the staff was extremely attentive and the food was delicious! We are very pleased with the whole process leading up to our wedding as well. Anne was a pleasure to work with- she was very kind, accommodating, organized and flexible. We appreciate everything she did to go above and beyond to make sure it was the most perfect night. I would highly recommend the SEG!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Saphire Estate. From the moment we toured, we knew it was the place for us. They were very accommodating and helped us find a date that would fit our budget. We were assigned Hillary as our producer and knew right away we were in good hands! Hillary was very responsive and helpful every time I asked a silly question (and I had a lot of them!) She felt like more of a friend than a "hired vendor". The team at the Estate really knows what they are doing. The entire night went SO smoothly. The food is amazing. Our family and friends were so impressed and loved everything. I will continue to recommend the Saphire Event Group to everyone I know!
