  Amazing Full Service Planner!

  I hired Sara as a full service wedding planner for my November 2023 wedding. From the beginning, I could tell that she really understood my vision and was excited by it. She was so easy to get along with and I knew I would be able to trust her throughout the process. Ultimately, you spend a lot of time working with your planner, and it was such a pleasure to be able to do so with her. She has excellent recommendations and connections in the industry which makes the process a breeze - through her, I was able to get my top choice photographer, and work with an amazingly talented florist / event designer that I never would have expected to be so valuable. Additionally, there was turnover in the events team at my ceremony and reception venues and she handled it so seamlessly we didn't even notice! She will listen to your concerns, talk you through any stressors, and keep you on track. But most of all, she will bring your vision to life - I couldn't imagine our wedding day without her. I would highly recommend booking Sara Kovel as a planner for your wedding!

  My daughter works in PR and I am uber organized....we didn't need a wedding planner!! That was my thought until I spent too many sleepless nights wondering how I was going to pull off the wedding of my daughter's dreams. From the moment I met Sara I loved everything about her. She is professional, kind, organized, and somehow, knew what we wanted even before we did! She stepped in and seamlessly orchestrated our hopes and dreams. With a wedding party of 24+, she and her team were in 3 and sometimes 4 places at once and had many "to dos" on their lists. She was a calming influence as we knew everything was under control and everything went as planned. It was perfect. She is perfect. The best part may have been that many guests didn't even know she was there - no walkie talkie, no fan fare, just quietly in control. Sara, I just love you!

  I knew from the start that I needed a planner. I work long hours and just didn't have the time to deal with everything that went into planning what I wanted. After interviewing several wedding planners she and I just clicked! We're so happy that we hired Sara. She made the planning process fun and stress free!

  Planning a wedding? Look no further. Seriously, stop looking and contact Sara immediately! I cannot say enough good things about Sara. She helped me with my destination wedding in the Adirondacks this past summer. The location is very remote – think of no cell phone service and an hour and a half to the closest big "town”, and Sara never batted an eye. From her detailed organization, eye for design, and ability to listen to the bride and groom’s wishes while somehow simultaneously placating the “momzilla”, Sara made our big day feel effortless. It seriously takes an army to plan and orchestrate a wedding and I never once thought the job was too big for Sara. To this day, everyone still talks about how fabulous our wedding day was. It is a true testament that the groom and I could not have asked for anything different for our wedding. Sara made sure that we were relaxed, stayed in the moment, and truly enjoyed ourselves; she took care of all the details so that our entire family could do the same. She was always accessible and prompt in getting back to us to answer questions or address concerns. I would highly recommend Sara and her team without any hesitation!

Sara is a wonder. She "got me" immediately and was able to deliver the vision I had for my wedding in a way that worked. Even my more outrageous requests were never met with a no that won't work but more of a why don't we try it this way. And she was always right. Admittedly we had a significant budget but Sara was able to stay on target financially while also providing services I would never have thought of including. And perhaps most importantly vendors who were unavailable when I called independently were happy to work the weekend at Sara's request. Because she is well known throughout the North East if Sara is asking the vendors knew what they were getting. It's been over 5 years since our wedding and our guests still talk about the weekend like it was yesterday. None of it would have been possible without Sara Kovel.
