The best part of my wedding day (besides marrying the love of my life) was working with Abigail from Sarah Kathleen Events.
Planning a wedding is a lot of work. It involves coordinating with so many vendors we've never had to hire. As a couple totally new to the wedding industry, but we were able to rely on Abigail to guide us through every step of the journey.
Although so much work happened during the planning phase, having Abigail on our big day was the reason everything went so perfectly. The night before, she lead us through our rehearsal. The morning of, she was there to help our entire bridal party. As we had our photos taken,... -

Abigail was the most fantastic coordinator for our wedding! Everything felt so smooth and organized, and we had a super-relaxed and enjoyable wedding day. Leading up to the wedding day, she went the extra mile to correct issues with vendors, show up at all our venue meetings, and she was always available for questions or issues. This day 1000% would not have gone as well without Abigail, she is absolutely our MVP and we cannot thank her enough for how well she did. My husband wasn't sure at first if a wedding coordinator was strictly necessary, and the day of the wedding, he said he did not know what we would have done without one. ❤ We recommend Abigail 11/10, could not have had our dream wedding without her. 🥰 -

I met the staff of Sarah Kathleen events during a tasting at Hotel Baker. At this time, I had found all my vendors and felt confident that everything was set, and I didn’t need anything else. My now husband realized I was becoming overwhelmed just by a tasting and suggested that I go back to Kris to continue conversations. The moment that Kris said to me of course you can handle your own wedding, but do you want to work your own wedding? Amazing Wedding Planner!!!
We had an amazing experience thanks to our wedding planner, Luis Reveles. His communication skills ensured that all our needs were met, making the planning process easier for both the bride and our entire family. As the maid of honor and sister of the bride, I appreciated how he treated me with just as much care and attention. Luis created a fun and friendly relationship while maintaining his professionalism, which is exactly what every couple should have in a wedding planner. Whenever issues arose with the venue, he was right there to help us resolve them. He also captured wonderful behind-the-scenes videos and photos for us to cherish. We were surprised that despite all of the great reviews, we were not happy with our day-of coordination experience. The quality of our coordination was not up to the price we paid. Multiple small issues (normal for a wedding day) came up throughout the day, which weren't handled without our noticing, and also bigger issues that did affect our overall day. Important decor items were not set-up correctly, even after paying for a 2nd assistant to handle decor. Our timeline was more chaotic than expected with a coordinator. We did speak with Sarah about our experience. She was very professional, apologetic and explained why the issues occurred. Unfortunately, all of this still impacted our day as the bride and groom and added undue stress throughout. We would not recommend their services based on price vs quality. -

Luis was phenomenal! We could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary to make all of our dreams come true. He always responded to all of our questions in a timely matter and was extremely organized. We were referred to S.K.E by my husbands brother and sister in law who had used her services in August of 2023 and were very happy with the services they received from Luis Reveles. We had most of our wedding planned/vendors selected but decided we needed the help secuirng our final vendors in addition to day of coordination. I am the Mother of the Bride. We were so grateful to find this agency that was suggested by The Drake., for our venue. We were extemely blessed to have Lois Reveles take such good care of the whole day. From dress situations and first look changes.
The room was beautiful but Lois and his assistant Catherine took it to a new level and created a magical experience putting candles and greenery everywhere. I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Not only were they efficient they were a pleasure to work with. At any moment if he thought I had a problem he rushed over to take care of it. We hired Sarah Kathleen Events at the beginning of our wedding planning process and this was our best decision we made!! Sarah was our wedding planner and she was the best.
