wow! hire sarah for her stunning photos & stunning personality
sarah was an absolute joy to work with. after swooning over her photos online, i can say with confidence she is SO much more than just a talented photographer. not only do we cherish our wedding photos more than anything, but we truly cherished the time we got to spend with her before, during, & after our day. she has a heart for stories, serving others, & capturing the real, meaningful moments of your life. if you are searching for a photographer to laugh with, to capture the best moments of your day, & to somehow manage to make herself hidden at all the right moments...hire sarah. you will not be disappointed! we are so grateful someone as talented & kindhearted like her is in the wedding business. your vendors can make or break your day-- sarah will make yours!! -

When you leave a photo shoot (or wedding day) with Sarah you get the feeling that she sees stuff nobody else can see. Having her has our wedding photographer was the best decision I made for my wedding. She told our story in ways only she could. She saw things that I never got to see and saved those moments for us after it was all over. Sarah is not only an amazing photographer and business professionals, but she also is a dear friend and a wonderful person. -

Absolutely Perfect!
Sarah was the perfect photographer for our wedding. She was professional, but laid back to where we both felt comfortable. Our photos are amazing and we have received countless compliments on just how beautiful they are. The photos looks like something from a story book or postcard and I could not love them more! I can’t wait for our next big milestone that Sarah can capture for us. -

We chose Sarah as our wedding photographer because we appreciated her eye for detail, overall aesthetic and loved that she had experience shooting at our venue. Our engagement shoot was our first ever formal session together so we knew we'd be awkward, but Sarah made us feel so comfortable and captured our expressions effortlessly. When the wedding day came, she rolled with the punches as we had to move indoors last minute, and with the limited area, was still able to capture everything on our shot list without it feeling staged. She helped us break into buildings and walk in the rain to make sure we had the best photos. And we truly did. She will capture what others don't see and her photos make you feel like each picture is an intimate, special moment. Sarah is incredibly talented and the best decision we made! If you want your wedding pictures to truly be a piece of art, hire Sarah. -

The Best. Seriously.
Working with Sarah was pretty much the only thing I knew I wanted or had a preference about when I got engaged. I'm thrilled to say she exceeded the insanely high bar I had built up for her in my head. Out of all of our vendors, she was by far the one I enjoyed working with the most. She is warm and authentic and that comes across in her photography. It was so important to me and my husband that our wedding felt like a true reflection of who we are as individuals and certainly as a couple- Sarah captured those moments throughout the day better than anyone else could have. On top of her talent, which is clear if you look at her work, she is so professional and on top of things. She got our photos back to us before the time she had laid out despite it being her busiest season she's ever gone through. Finally, I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Sarah, not only as a vendor but more as a human we got to be around during one of the most stressful times in our life. Sarah, we think you're seriously the greatest and can't wait to work with you in this next season of life :)

We love Sarah and her work! She captured beautiful candid photos for our engagement photos and wedding in a story format. If you want your photos to be a story-telling, candid, and moment-capturing, she would be perfect. From getting ready to wedding party photos to family photos and the wedding/reception, she was so flexible and easy to work with. She is super calm and easy going, which is very helpful when you have a already so many things going on! I highly recommend her to tell your engagement/wedding story! -

Sarah went above and beyond from our engagement pictures to the day of our wedding, and every crazy day of planning in between. We could not have dreamed of a better photographer and friend to capture our wedding day. She captured some of the most intimate moments between, not only us, but our friends and family celebrating, too. We love her goal of ‘telling a story’ through her photography! Absolutely amazing
Hiring Sarah as our photographer was one of the best things we did for our wedding. I cannot express enough how talented she truly is! Sarah is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and cares so greatly for the work that she does and it definitely shows. One of the first things that really stood out to me was her desire to get to know us as individuals and as a couple in order to help best capture who we are in our photos. Asking questions about what we like to do led us to having our engagement pictures taken at Turkey Run State Park, capturing our love for nature and hiking, which was amazing! Sarah has such a calm, warm personality that makes you feel at ease, which was definitely helpful on our wedding day. She never rushed any photos that were taken or seemed stressed when people became distracted during group pictures. Her skills captured our entire wedding day, while telling our story in its own unique way. You will not be disappointed by choosing Sarah as your photographer! -

Sarah captures my best friends wedding and she did an incredible job. She was professional, organized, and captured everything in such a natural way. We were able to have Sarah capture our engagement photos and wedding day. Our engagement session was so fun and relaxed. It felt like we just went to hang out together. Ladies, even my husband (fiance at the time) had a blast.
The time between our engagement session and wedding, Sarah worked with us and we got to know each other more. We got coffee about a week before the wedding and we even went out to see our venue because it was close. Entering into our wedding day, I think we both felt known by her and could freely entrust her to capture the day. One thing that I remember most from our experience on that day was her sweet, calm spirit. Like, so calm. It was a gift.
If you want a photographer who will honestly, and carefully capture the story of your wedding day, Sarah is your girl. In a saturated, over-posed, and "Instagram" industry, Sarah is a beautiful breath of fresh air! She has a beautiful way of embracing YOU as a couple, your personalities, family, and friends. I can't say enough about her.
She would be a gift on your wedding day! -

Jacey Sent on 10/08/2017Sarah was an absolute JOY to work with. I cannot begin to describe how patient, talented, and kind-hearted she was throughout the whole process. I chose Sarah because of the way her pictures told a story. I didn’t want many posed pictures, as I wanted them to capture little moments throughout the day that I could relive through her work. She did this (and more) and I love looking through my pictures to remember those small, beautiful moments. Sarah fit in perfectly and was an amazing addition to our day. We enjoyed having her there for it all, and received compliments from so many others. Sarah also went above and beyond by meeting up with my husband and I many times to make sure she knew us and could capture our personalities in her photos. She also sent us the most thoughtful care package and letter that brought me to tears. Long story short, you will not be disappointed with Sarah. Her photos are amazing and she is the kindest person I have ever met. Sarah, thank you for capturing every small moment so we can relive them whenever we want!

Our photos are more than what my husband and I had dreamed up, and it's all thanks to her! The entire family and wedding party found it such a joy to have her a part of the process and the big day. This is the first time I have written a review. I felt that it was necessary to share my experience. Mind you, I did not hire her. My daughter did. The photographer did make the photos magazine perfect. However, the entire focus was on the bride/groom and the bridal party. Nothing more. She did not capture this moment in history. No photos of the bride with her grandparents. None of the groom and his father. As the mother of the bride, I had no pictures of just my daughter and me, except helping with her dress which made me look as if I was in pain. I had only one photo with my son walking me down the aisle. We asked her to come over to take photos and she seemed to have a separate agenda. No photos of aunts, uncles, cousins or friends. My suggestion, if you plan to use her, make a list of photos you want prior to your event. Sadly, for us, I am not dependant on my friend's photos vs the photographer. Btw, she even had an assistant.Sarah Kriner Photography's reply:
Kay, it makes me so incredibly sad that you feel this was your experience! This is the exact opposite of anything I aspire to be as a wedding photographer and I would never intentionally skip over photos (especially of the grandparents, that's so important). That being said, my priority on wedding days will always be to the bride and groom...and I know they were happy with how they laid out their day, with the photos they wanted me to prioritize (and that I talked through with them before the wedding), and with their final gallery. I would love to make everyone happy, always, but in the end I'm in my couples corner - first and foremost.
