Sarah recently completed a bridal make-up trial, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I usually wear minimal make-up - mascara, blush, and, if I have time, filling in my eyebrows. For my wedding, I want a soft, yet glamorous look, and most importantly, I still want to see myself when I look in the mirror.
Sarah did just that! She made sure I was comfortable every step, making sure there was space for me to provide feedback so that we achieved my desired look. The finished product was better than I could have ever imagined! It not only left me feeling beautiful, but I could finally envision myself as a bride. It is such a huge relief to know that I will not have to stress about my make-up on the day of my wedding.
There are two parts to finding a make-up artist for special occasions - skill and personality, and Sarah brings both! I know my make-up will be flawless, but Sarah is such a kind, and caring individual who will fit in perfectly with my bridal party & our celebration!
Sarah’s professionalism is top tier – she has been prompt in her communication with our wedding planner as they work to hammer out our day-of-timeline. All-in-all it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Sarah & I highly recommend her for any of her services!

As someone who hardly ever wears makeup, and by hardly ever, I mean less than five times a year, the thought of bridal make up was a bit terrifying. I didn’t want to feel or like like someone I wasn’t just for a few hours and nice pictures.
Working with Sarah has alleviated any and all feelings of anxiety and makes me look forward to the experience and what I will look like day of. It was incredibly important to me that I still look and feel like myself, just with a little something extra. During the trial, Sarah made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and listened to me on what I wanted—a natural glow.
At the end when I looked in the mirror, I loved what I saw. But more importantly, I still saw myself.

I recently reached out to Sarah to do my bridal makeup as well as the makeup for my bridal party. She was quickly back in contact with me and working with me to set up a schedule and contract for my wedding. Sarah has been super responsive and helpful setting up the schedule and working with me on every possibility. We have to start getting ready sooner than we can be in the bridal suite and Sarah worked with me to come up with a game plan for the whole morning. On top of that, when I told her I was struggling to find another stylist for hair, she was all over helping me think of stylists that fit my inspo and was happy to reach out to them on my behalf if needed. Just knowing that was possible took a huge weight off my shoulders.
Soon after booking with her, we did a trial for my makeup and Sarah was a blast to work with on that. She was really kind and sweet and made the entire process a breeze. I normally get really tentative and nervous asking people doing a service for me to change something if I don’t like it, but Sarah made me so comfortable and really urged me to be critical as it is the makeup for my wedding day. When I asked if we could swap the lip color, she happily did so and I was so happy with how my makeup turned out. She did a beautiful job and listened to what I was looking for perfectly. My makeup wore beautifully throughout that whole day, made it through some tears, eating, a nap, etc and the only thing that budged was my lipgloss/lipstick (as I would expect it too).
I can’t wait to have her do my makeup for the big day! -

Sarah is amazing!! I contacted her regarding doing my hair and makeup for my wedding this August. We recently did my trial and I couldn't have been happier with Sarah's work. She took so much time and care on both my hair and makeup. Not only did I look beautiful at the end of our trial, but I felt so beautiful too. Sarah is such a gem! She really listens and executes your vision beautifully!! It was so important to me that I felt like myself but elevated. She did a beautiful bronze glam per my request and I felt like a million bucks! My fiancé saw me afterwards and absolutely loved my makeup. Absolutely amazing
Sarah was the most talented and sweetest artist we could have asked for. She took the time to do a trial run with my wife and took all of our suggestions and critiques to heart to end up with the most beautiful wedding day makeup. She also was very understanding of my desire to have more plain/masculine makeup for our big day and executed to perfection. Very unprofessional. I reached out to her asking if she did small parties, as we are on a budget. She agreed to accommodate a small wedding and worked with us on price, so we set up a trial date on the same day as our engagement photos. 1pm on 5/27 in Auburn, $50 Venmo deposit. We had our shoot at about 5:30 pm and she said it would take about 3.5 hours beforehand for the trial- great!
A few days later, she asked to come at 12 to ensure plenty of time. Absolutely.
However, about a week before the shoot, she asked to change the time multiple different times. This was due to her lack of planning (she had another client and, apparently, she wouldn’t have enough time to leave Auburn and get to her next client in time) We couldn’t accommodate the times she offered since we were driving from Reno, so she said she’d work something out.
Next email I get is telling me that she’ll be at our trial at 3:30 pm. I’m no mathematician, but 3:30pm + 3.5hours would make us miss our photo shoot entirely - something she knew about from the very beginning.
I told her that obviously wouldn’t work and requested my $50 back. She declined, saying that the “no refund policy” is listed in her contact that she had emailed me earlier. I looked it over multiple times to ensure that it does not, in fact, mention ANYTHING about a trial date deposit, nor the lack of possible refunds for the trial. I pointed this out to her and asked for my $50 again. No response.
She blocked me and my fiancé on all platforms and refuses to respond to my emails. I reported her to the BBB and took to reviewing her everywhere I can to help couples like us avoid her. If it was in her contract, Id get it. But it’s not.
If we had changed the times multiple times with no warning, I’d get it. But we didn’t.
She knew all of the needed info from the get- go and somehow punished us for her lack of planning. She clearly does not care about the people, but she didn’t have to treat us so poorly even though we aren’t a “big sale” for her.
