  Fantastic transportion company for wedding!!

  I've had the opportunity work w/ Sarakel on numerous occasions and I can honestly say their the best transportation company in the DMV! EJ and Ramsey are the most personable guys in this industry and I can't recommend their company highly enough.
  
  When it came to choosing a transportation company to take our guests from our hotel to wedding venue, there wasn't any other vendor that we'd want to choose instead of Sarakel.
  
  For any transportation needs you might have, regardless of guests, you need to go with EJ and Ramsey @ Sarakel.

  Ramzi and Sarakel Limo was the transportation provider for our 150person wedding in Washington, DC at the beginning of April. His team did a fantastic job - even returning a pair of shoes left behind by one of the guests. His prices are very reasonable for the service provided. Would absolutely use this company again.

  Sarakel was referred to us by our coordinator for our October wedding in DC. Both Ramzi and EJ were very friendly, responsive, affordable and on time. After emailing for a quote I received a call back immediately and we talked through the options for what would work best. We hired one SUV for me and my husband (EJ was our driver!) and 3 mini buses for the guests (transporting them from the church to the reception and back at the end of the night). Everything worked out perfectly. They are much cheaper than Reston Limo or Chariots for Hire - definitely recommended!

  Our contact, Ramzi, was extremely responsive to our needs and transportation changes. We added an additional bus for our rehearsal dinner at a very reasonable rate. When we ran late, he made it clear when overtime would be incurred -- no hidden fees or surprises.
  
  All of our drivers were prompt, courteous, and provided clean vehicles for our shuttles from DC to Stafford, Virginia during a high traffic time on Sunday. Being able to provide WiFi on the bus was really nice.
  
  Ramzi prefers direct phone calls to emails, so while he is extremely responsive, we did play phone tag once or twice during the quotation process when I would have preferred to have an email chain.
  
  Solid transportation company, which owns its own vehicles (no subcontracting). Highly recommended. Many thanks to Glow Weddings and Events for suggesting them.

  We used Sarakel Limousine Services to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and then back to the hotel later that night. I was able to easily get a quote from the point man, Ramzi, and was VERY pleased with the quote. They offered the best prices I could find in Northern VA for the amount of time I needed them for and number of passengers I had to have shuttled. They arrived on time, but my only tiny, tiny, gripe is that they did not leave on time. I had the bus show up at 3:20 and needed the first busload to leave at 3:30 to get back in time for one more busload (if needed) at 4:00. The driver didn't leave until 3:45 and didn't get back until 4:15, and since the guests knew to be downstairs to catch the bus at 3:30 and 4:00 they thought they had missed the second bus or it hadn't come at all. This led to a dozen or so guests having to drive to the venue and a couple guests even arriving right as the ceremony started. Apparently the driver thought he was to stay until the bus was full and only come back if needed, so he wanted to stay as long as possible before leaving the first time. This is partially on me since I wasn't there to confirm the instructions with the driver since I was already at the venue. Either way, everything worked out and he arrived on time and made two trips to bring everyone home. He even had to drive through narrow, unpaved dirt roads and across a tiny causeway, yet never once did I feel unsafe. I highly recommend using Sarakel for transportation services!

  Fantastic doing business with Sarakel - very flexible and let us get a limo-bus for our wedding for a short period of time, and not the whole night, nobody does that. Good pricing, the friendliest driver ever, and really nice limo bus!

  Lost in Transportation

  Go with another vendor. We booked Sarakel for our wedding day in September. While the owner is nice, he is extremely difficult to communicate with. After seeing and agreeing on a certain size of bus to transport our guests, the owner changed the plan on us at least twice after signing our contract. We were still not even certain what vehicles would be picking up our guests a few days before the wedding. There were also logistical issues. Getting to the ceremony went fine, but getting to the reception was a mess. The limo driver was told to drop off the bridal party at the wrong location, causing our groomsmen/bridesmaids to look up the correct address mid ride. The bus driver also took our guests to the wrong reception location, causing them to miss the first 20-30 minutes of cocktail hour. This was ridiculous considering that my fiancé and I had spent a considerable amount of time consolidating all addresses, pick up times, drop off times, and contact information onto a single sheet of paper to make sure there was no confusion. Clearly they threw that hard work in the trash.
