We originally emailed Sarno and Sons from Japan to find out if they carried a specific tuxedo we were looking for, and they said yes. We visited their store only to find out they didn't, and I was incredibly disappointed that we could have saved a journey.
However, months later when our other tux rental shop suddenly went out of business, Sarno and Sons saved the day. They offered us what we had been promised by the other company, even though they had no such deals, and outfitted five international groomsmen beautifully! The saleswoman, Margot, was very wonderful to work with.
Unfortunately, one of our groomsmen's buttons popped from his vest on the day, but I don't know if that was the tuxedo's fault, or he didn't call his measurements in correctly. Still, no one noticed, and the guys looked FANTASTIC. Thanks Sarno and Sons!

I dealt with Sarno & Son in Scranton, not Wilkes-Barre. They were very good and took good care of us. My only complaint is that the day before the wedding they "lost" my father's tuxedo. I am not sure what that meant but they were quick to replace it. No harm, no foul.

This review is to express my grave dismay with Francesca’s Bridal Boutique and their services for my wedding on September 15, 2012. I am truly disappointed in thier customer service.
I originally employed the services of Francesca’s when I met Rick at a Bridal expo in Baltimore at the Pier 5 Hotel. I was assured that this was a family business, small and focused on quality and customer service. What I received in the end was a disgruntled, abrasive, and unapologetic owner, who dismissed the hardship that I endured on my wedding day. My groomsmen were from anywhere from an hour to 6 hours away from the store. I was assured by Rick that I shouldn’t use a company like Men’s Warehouse, though they are located in many cities, because I would be treated specially at Francesca’s. I arranged for all of the groomsmen to call in their sizes and HEIGHTS to Francesca’s. In the tuxedo arena, where outseams are the measurement that is most commonly mixed up with the inseam, I would have thought that my brother indicating that he is 6’2” would alert a TRAINED professional to recognize that a 34 outseam was incorrect. Shockingly, when given the height, the warehouse from which Francesca’s orders from sent the correct pants (44 inches outseam) to the store and your representative sent them back, thus replacing them with a 34 outseam for a man who is in excess of 6 feet. Even if, she believed that a man that tall could have the same length legs as a woman who is 5 feet tall, this entire situation could have been resolved by a simple phone call to clarify. That is what you expect from professionals who are supposed to be experts. Francesca’s held itself out to be a boutique of trained professionals who should have had the ability to catch this type of error.

When I contacted Rick, I was treated very poorly and basically told it was my error and nothing would be done to rectify the situation.
