My whole experience with Sartoro was exceptional, in every way. From the ease of ordering, to the high quality suit that arrived, the perfect fit when I tried it on for the first time. All of it. It was so easy, that I didn’t really trust it, and I kept an eye out for other options if the suit was funky when it arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d give 100. When I put it on, my fiancé flipped out. She had a small quibble with the buttons, which I had selected as a custom order, so I reached out to my customer service rep, Apple, and she sent me a replacement packet of buttons immediately, easy peasy. I can’t wait to get married in this suit. Thank you, Sartoro! Thank you, Apple! I can’t recommend this company enough. -

I was somewhat skeptical about buying a suit online, but as soon as my suit arrived, my worries were immediately gone. I put in my measurements online, and the suit arrived within a month. The fit was excellent, managing to fit my unusually proportioned torso and my neck very comfortably. The materials feel quality and look extremely good. The jacket needed minor alterations, which Sartoro does cover. The shirt was exactly what I was looking for, and despite never being able to find a shirt that fits both my neck and torso at the store, my Sartoro shirt fits both comfortably. The vest fits perfectly as well. Where Sartoro really shines is with their pants. I typically struggle to find an exact fit with pants, but can usually find pants that work alright. Sartoro's pants are the BEST FITTING pair of pants I have ever put on in my entire life. The pants are so comfortable, and they're relatively lightweight, not at all restrictive, not loose anywhere, and they look extremely good. The suit itself is great, and more than worth the money, especially when considering a similar suit straight off the shelf elsewhere can cost significantly more than a Sartoro suit. Even disregarding how good the rest of the suit is, the pants on their own are truly a masterpiece.
I worked with Jordan throughout my entire suit buying process, including when my groomsmen were buying their suits, and he made it so easy to make decisions about what customizations I wanted. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he helped me to pick out the best shirt to go with for the suit color I ordered. Jordan was also extremely responsive, and was able to very quickly resolve things when there was a miscommunication with one of my groomsmen that had resulted in the order not being what it should have been. Jordan got it taken care of immediately, and my groomsman received his suit with more than enough time to spare. I really had a great experience working with him.
I highly recommend Sartoro for suits for any occasion. They do a fantastic job. They're not the cheapest out there (probably what I would consider to be a mid-range price for a suit), but you absolutely get your money's worth with Sartoro. -

Patient and professional
I was drawn in to Sartoros catalogs for their unique colors and designs. I started the order process by setting up a consultation and was scheduled for a phone call with Andy. With his help we reviewed the different options and narrowed down based on what my vision for my tux was. I ordered a fabric sample book with all the colors that piqued my interest. The book took about 2 weeks to ship but once it got to me, I was still a little indecisive. Andy was extremely patient and fast to respond to over 45 emails through this time frame. I finally settled on a design and ordered the tux mid November. To my amazement it arrived in less than 3 weeks. The fit was almost perfect! I did take it to a reputable tailor in my area who is making some minor adjustments that Sartoro will reimburse as a partial refund. I have gone to many shops including a few well known competitors but I could not find such a unique tux anywhere else for a similar price. I am extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Sartoro to any grooms looking for their perfect tux or suit. -

Excellent Experience, Quality & Fit!
I had such a great experience with Sartoro! I wanted a custom suit for my wedding day and decided to try Sartoro on a friends reccomendation. The experience was so smooth and fun. I actually selected all the customization's with my now wife's grandmother who couldn't make it to the wedding.
I was so pleased with the quality of the suit, and how all my customizations looked, that I shared Sartoro with my wedding party! The suits fit great on all of us. I felt so comfortable on my wedding day and danced the night away.
It's so nice to buy this suit rather than rent it, because I can use the suit to other events going forward. I'm very satisfied overall, thank you Sartoro! -

Sartoro makes the absolute best suits I have ever seen. We purchased from them for our wedding day (FOB, groom, groomsmen) and we received soooo many compliments. All of the men said the custom fit was perfect and they were excited about keeping these suits unlike other weddings they had been in where the suits weren’t custom made and didn’t look that great. The ordering process was seamless and the suits arrived surprisingly fast.
Since then my husband has bought another suit coat from Sartoro, I purchased his Christmas present from them (a linen suit and shirt), and my mom has bought my dad multiple pairs of pants. This will be our family’s go to for every wedding and suit purchase in the future.

Sartoro was recommended to us by our planner. They were extremely helpful and each of my groomsmen got the suit that they wanted. I was pleased with my suit and after using their software I did not need any adjustments. My brother got his suit customized with embroidery. It is truly fantastic the price for the customized suits. Excellent suit, fantastic quality and service
When my younger brother showed me the Sartoro website, I knew immediately that this was the suit for me. By far one of the best product experiences I've had in ages.
These very reasonably priced suits are absolutely beautiful and tailored to utmost perfection. The materials and techniques used to create these suits are clearly and obviously of a very high quality, and customisation through the online tailor is easy and convenient. I truly felt like the centre of attention (along with my beautiful wife, of course!) at my wedding, and it was a day I will never forget.

Amazing Wedding Tuxedo!
We used Sartoro for my custom wedding tuxedo. Their team is great to work with - super helpful, the process is very easy to follow, and you get exactly what you want! I did my measurements online with their Digital Tailor and the fit came out spot on. No joke, the fit was better than some suits I've had tailored in person! The tux is really nice - great fabric, great feel to it. I would definitely recommend them for anyone getting married! -

Great Decision!
The decision to buy a tux from Sartoro rather than rent or purchase from another vendor was a slam dunk. The customization process was smooth and efficient and it really allows the flexibility and creativity to truly make the tux your own. The tux arrived well on time with accurate customizations and was true to size. It was such a relief to have one less item to worry about heading into the big day! -

Great Suits, Great Prices
Sartoro made it easy for me to organize suits for my wedding party. Reasonable prices and the configurator tool they have is a fun way to design the outfits. All the fits came out great, one groomsmen needed minor alterations. Overall seamless process and their support team is great for help along the way.
This was affordable enough for all the groomsmen and for the price, the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend if you want custom made. -

I absolutely love my Sartoro linen blazer. I was unable to find the color I was looking for and Sartoro had several great options. Their online platform makes it really easy to determine the right size, limiting what can typically be a costly trip to the tailor. I was also able to work with their team to answer questions I had about the shipping time (which should not have been a concern because they turned the blazer around even faster than advertised). Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be ordering again! -

I had an outstanding experience with Sartoro for my wedding suit and custom pants for my groomfolk. The fit of my suit, achieved via their digital tailor, was absolutely perfect and required no further tailoring. Initially, the local tailor I consulted was skeptical of online suit companies, claiming they rarely fit well on the first try. However, he was genuinely impressed, exclaiming that my suit was "[the] perfect fit".
Sartoro’s attention to detail and inclusivity was exceptional. One of my groomsmen is a non-binary woman, and they were able to perfectly accommodate her preference for a more feminine pant style. Another groomsman ordered his custom pants with less than two weeks to the wedding, and Sartoro went above and beyond to rush the order (normally taking 3-4 weeks) at no extra cost, ensuring they arrived on time.
I worked directly with Jordan Allen over email and Zoom, and he made the entire process seamless and clear. I'm typically hesitant about online-only ordering, but with Jordan’s support and dedication, I felt completely at ease. Sartoro provided a personalized and reassuring experience, and I will undoubtedly continue to use their services in the future.
