    Sasha was awesome. We had frequent calls with her to make sure the planning was moving along well. She got in contact with all the vendors to make sure they knew what was going on and when they could begin their set ups. During the day of, everything was perfect and Sasha made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend her and her team.

    Sasha was a great wedding planner!!!I hired her at the last minute and she put together everything together perfectly. This woman is awesome!!!

    Best decision my now husband and I made was to hire Sasha J Events. Sasha was great with keeping to timelines and ensuring no details would be missed. We had several meetings to discuss our ideas to make our wedding special and unique to us. Having Sasha day of the wedding kept everything on time and I know our guest appreciated that. If your in the market for a great party planner not just a wedding Sasha will not disappoint. Our big day went off without a hitch.

    Working with Sasha was a dream! We met her just before we got engaged as she helped plan our engagement/proposal setting. Her design skills are just as good as her planning and organization skills. She was not pushy but laid back and easy going. She is very resourceful and works with your budget to make sure you find the vendors and wedding items you want. She doesn’t settle until you’re happy and satisfied. On the weekend of our wedding she worked well with our wedding party and guests. Her team was very professional. We hadn’t met most of her team until shortly before or the day of the wedding but we were very impressed at how friendly and resourceful they were. Our guests commented on how Sasha and her staff weren’t pushy, were accommodating and were helpful. We were very happy with our choice of Sasha as our wedding planner. If we had to do it all again- we’d choose Sasha!

    Sasha was so helpful with tips and suggestions, she was the perfect wedding planner for us! Just right for our budget, with the service she gave it felt like we were paying much more!

    Sasha was an amazing wedding planner in every aspect. She went above and beyond. Always very easy to contact and would get back very quickly with responses and answers to questions. She provided multiple vendors for each aspect needed, and provided detailed profiles which was extremely helpful as we planned our wedding from out of state. I would highly recommend Sasha for any event planning you need!

    Sasha was a wonderful planner to work with, she stepped in when our 1st wedding planner became unreliable. She was a never ending source of reputable vendors and helped to make sure that our day was flawless. She took my vision that I had for my wedding day and made it come to life. I received so many compliments on beautiful everything looked and that is all because of Sasha J. Events. I would recommend Sasha J Events to anyone looking for Grade A planning services.

    Sasha was absolutely amazing! She was professional, extremely organized, accommodating, pretty much everything you could ask for!! Sasha helped us plan our wedding and coordinate all of the vendors. The day of the wedding she was unbelievable. She was outside in the rain running around and setting up and then dried all the chairs off just in time for the ceremony. We could never have pulled off out wedding without Sasha. I would recommend her to everyone!

    With Sasha's help, my husband and I put on the wedding of THE year! From the time I hired her a year ago, until the wedding day, she was by my side every step of the way, answering any question I might have via email or text. She referred me to my photographer, the Roll Royce getaway car, the Photo Booth, my natural hair stylus and makeup artist, and my baker! All of my vendors were the bomb.com and super affordable! When she says Say Yes to Less, she means it! My ceremony started right on time and throughout the evening, she directed me and showed me where I was to be at all times. I had not a stress in the world. My family and friends came to me after the wedding and raved about how nice she was and how she put out fires without me ever knowing (like sewing on a button for a groomsman). When I went to the venue walk through meeting, I was able to just sit there because she was able to answer every question. She kept me on task the whole year and I felt very prepared on my wedding day and was able to just dance and have fun! She did my table decorations as well and my bouquets and boutonnieres. Now that were married, next event coming up will be the baby shower so I certainly will keep her on speed dial!

    Sasha did an amazing job as the day-of-coordinator for our wedding! Our wedding was mostly DIY and were originally planning on doing everything ourselves including the set up and coordination. In the end we decided that find a day-of-coordinator to take the stress off of the day so we could enjoy it more. We are so glad we did! Throughout the planning period, we were so thankful to have her input about the flow of the day and little details. She was so flexible and gave us great feedback on what she thought would work. She and her crew were awesome on the wedding day, and we arrived to the wedding with everything set up beautifully! Despite minor hiccups that happen with all weddings, Sasha did a great job at maintaining the flow of the wedding and ensuring that each component of the day fit together. Do not hesitate to hire Sasha!

    At our first meeting with Sasha, she amazed us with her flexibility, professionalism, organization, and passion for what she does. We wanted our day-of coordinator to help us achieve the beautiful wedding we wanted and to also help us to stay on budget and on schedule. Sasha certainly did that and more - she was also great in reassuring me of details when I needed it and also provided fantastic suggestions for many other details for the big day. On the day of, she and her assistant kept everything running smoothly and we were so appreciative of working with her during the planning process as well as that day. We definitely recommend her and the great services she provided for us for our wedding!

    We are so glad we contacted Sasha to be our wedding director! She was incredibly helpful in getting both the ceremony and reception organized. At the rehearsal and on the day of, she and her team kept everything running smoothly, on schedule, and stress free. From managing vendors to guest seating and numerous other details, Sasha was prepared, professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

    We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great event planner/director!

    Sasha and her team are AMAZING!!!! I was a DIY bride but I needed help with selecting vendors, organizing and getting the best deal. She made my life so easy! She called vendors, set up appointments, recommended people and was great at follow up. She made sure my day was perfect and just how I wanted it! She is very responsive and detail oriented. I knew I would choose her from the first meeting because she was the only planner I interviewed who took initiative. Before our first meeting, she had already gone to the venue, had a floor plan and thought of really great ideas. My groom thought she was awesome too! Sasha is the best!!!!

    AMAZING!!!!! I was a DIY bride and decided to hire a D.O.C. at the last minute to help me execute my vision. Sasha came in and not only helped me tie up all my loose ends but executed my vision to a "T" the day of the wedding. Our wedding day was PERFECT in my eyes thanks to Sasha and Kiera!!! Sasha's patience, quick response to any questions and concerns, and very sweet personality make her a cut above the rest of other event planners!! I am 110% happy with Sasha's services as well as the value and quality of service that she offered. I highly recommend her for any of your wedding planning needs!!!

    My friend and I both hired Sasha as our DOC. I had the unfortunate experience of being a witness to Sasha's shortcomings in my friend's wedding the week before mine. My wedding went fairly smoothly due to my family and friends filling in for Sasha’s shortcomings but she mistook this all as her doing (Edit: Sasha thought I was asserting she did nothing, which is not true, I am asserting that she did not fulfill her duties in their entirety—this is where my family and friends filled in). I'll paste some of the oversights I laid out to Sasha in our email conversation below.

    - Failed to finalize ceremony seating with couple prior to wedding rehearsal

    - Did not have printed copies of wedding ceremony seating available to explain to participants during rehearsal

    - Failed to utilize bridal party members as specified by the bride prior to wedding day

    - Did not properly execute transition between cocktail hour and reception

    - Failed to communicate with wedding party members during the reception to inform them of "next steps" at each transition

    - Infrequent availability during wedding reception

    - Failed to set out, or properly set out, some of the decor purchased for reception (I.e. aisle runner was partially unrolled before the ceremony, forcing wedding party members to step over the unrolled portion to avoid tripping and buttermints were found unpacked in the bridal suite post-wedding)

    I received an unprofessional response to the courtesy email I sent Sasha and she was unwilling to negotiate a partial refund of my upfront payment. I was later informed that she sent an email inappropriately referencing me to my aforementioned friend, another one of her clients, in a manner which could be described as unprofessional among other things.

    Sasha J. Events's reply:

    It is saddening and unfortunate to hear when Brides are unsatisfied with how their wedding day turned out. I apologize to hear that you were disappointed with some of our services.
    My team and I feel that we professionally completed every task and service that was outlined in our contract, however we understand that sometimes expectations are not clearly communicated and therefore are impossible for us to execute.
    Our company’s mission is to make sure we leave a positive impression on the friends and family of our clients, clearly communicate with the wedding party, work in harmony with the other vendors and make sure our couples have the most amazing day possible. We will review our policies and procedures to ensure that our failure to live up to our own standards on this occasion does not happen again.

    I contracted Sasha to be my day of coordinator 8 months prior to my wedding. (Sasha called the service "Lady-in-waiting"). I paid Sasha in full with the understanding that she would be there on our wedding day helping me and the bridal party.

    A few weeks before the wedding, I asked her to get in touch with my event director to touch base and she never did. That should have been a red flag but I didn't think of it.

    The morning of the wedding Sasha texted happy wedding day see you soon....fast forward to 10 minutes after the time that she was to be at the venue, Sasha texted "I will have to cancel, I had an emergency that is preventing me from arriving. You will be refunded within 60 days as outlined in the contract. I apologize for the inconvenience."

    My contract stated that a back up would be arranged if she could not attend, no replacement was provided, and to my knowledge no attempts were made.

    My bridal party had to scramble to get the things that Sasha was supposed to have, the most important thing was a steamer. The ceremony started late as a result.

    Sending a text message to inform clients that you will not fulfill the duties outlined in a contract is beyond unprofessional, I would rate a zero but did not have that option.

    I am still waiting for the refund, I guess it really takes 60 days to get back money for a service that was not provided.
