  I was thrilled with the beautiful flowers at our daughter's wedding. Carmen was easy to work with right from the beginning - thorough, clear, professional and a good listener. She also acted as "Day of Planner" and indeed, everything went smoothly.

  Oh my gosh, there are not enough stars to give for Carmen! She is wonderful to work with; super talented and very accommodating. Once I found Carmen I knew I could relax, because she really understood exactly what I wanted. My wedding day flowers were something out of magazine, everything was just gorgeous. She was even willing to set out some of my personal decor items in a stylish display, making every corner of the venue so personal. Not only is she an amazing artist, but after meeting with her and being super impressed, we asked her to step in as a day-of- coordinator and I am so glad we did! She handled the whole giant group of family and vendors with grace and ease, and I just know I am smiling in every photo because of how effortless she made the day for me. I could not recommend someone more!

  Carmen is amazing. We worked closely with her over the course of a year for the flowers for our wedding. From the initial correspondence to follow-up, Carmen was very detailed oriented and went out of her way to make sure she understood just the vision we were looking for. We were very particular in wanting a more natural/leafy style for our flowers and she did just that perfectly - gave us plenty of flower/greenery options. She also provided us a trial run to make sure it was what we were looking for and happily made any adjustments we suggested. Compared to other florists - her pricing was a steal and it was definitely worth the money as all the flowers were gorgeous. She was also very flexible for the day of flowering delivery and worked closely with may day of coordinator to get everything set up promptly. I would 100% recommend her as a florist vendor. We had a guest count of ~200 and she was able to handle it just fine! =)

  Carmen (owner of Blue Ivory and Co.) is an outstanding Wedding Planner and Florist. She made my wedding so special right down to tiny details I wouldn't have thought of on my busy day. Her passion and love for designing shines thru in her work and her kindness toward everyone makes her a joy to be around. She can literally work with you from anywhere and will still make sure everything is how you want it (trust me from experience we live 6 hrs away!) I would highly recommend her for to help you on the happiest day of your life!

She was so thoughtful and very attentive to our needs during the last few months of planning for our August 2014 wedding. All of the little details she added were adorable! The stress/worry she took from our minds really made the last few months of planning SO much more enjoyable! She was worth every penny and I would recommend her to ANYONE planning an event or wedding time and time again!

  As a wedding photographer I have worked with many wedding planners and I have to say that Carmen at Blue Ivory was absolutely excellent. She was impressively calm on an extremely hot and busy wedding day and made sure every detail was taken care of. Working with someone as professional and kind as Carmen made my job so much easier and I know it also meant the world to the bride and groom. I would recommend her to anyone and am looking forward to working with her again in the future!
