  Grateful to Casey

  It was a great decision to hire Casey from "Save the Date". We hired her about 6 months before the wedding. She helped with some planning decisions like finding a florist and someone to do alterations. She also gave us good ideas for table decorations and actually ended up taking care of those for us. She attended our planning meeting with the wedding venue and wrote a wedding day schedule for us. She called all the vendors a few weeks before the event to be sure everything was set and would arrive at the venue on time. This gave me great security and avoided sleepless nights during the weeks right before the wedding. On the day of the wedding she handled all the details, set up a beautiful dessert area, decorated all the tables, and intercepted vendors. We asked her to help one of the aunts who would enter in a wheelchair and she was willing and wonderful. At the end of the night she gathered and organized all the things that needed to be removed from the venue and helped us load 2 cars. I know without a doubt that the wedding would have been a very different and more stressful experience without Casey's help. I am a very grateful Mother of the Bride!

  Best DOC out there!

  Casey was such a treat to work with and made my wedding week as relaxing as it could get and so enjoyable! I gave her all of my decorations and she transformed our reception into an extra gorgeous venue. A day I’ve only dreamt about! She was so calming to me durning our day when things went off schedule or awry and I was stressing. She resolved everything and some things without me even knowing. She is so flexible and will offer to help you with anything you need. Absolutely amazing!

  Saved the DAY!

  I do not have enough positive things to say about Casey!!! She was a LIFESAVER and truly kept me sane and relaxed on our big day. After our final meeting with catering/venue, it was clear that I couldn't do this alone and needed extra help to make sure our wedding went smoothly and that I was stress-free. Casey made sure all of that happened and MORE! She was calm and relaxed, yet took charge and made sure everything was A+ behind the scenes. She was kind, flexible, and extremely communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure that our schedule was in perfect shape! She also thought of all of the "little things" that often go unnoticed during the chaos of the day, and everything was perfectly organized. Most of all, she was compassionate, friendly, and so easy to talk with. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU CASEY!!! You turned a stressed, frazzled bride 1 month before the wedding into a cool, calm, and collected bride on her wedding day!!

  Highly Recommend

  I was a part of my friend’s wedding that Save The Date was hired for. Having worked in the wedding industry for years, I am always skeptical of vendors and their ability to deliver. Let me say that I have never been more impressed with a wedding planner. Her ability to think of almost every possible contingency was very impressive. The level of detail In her planning process is second to none in my humble opinion. If you want a wedding planner that you can hand the planning keys over to, (so you don’t have to worry about anything) I would go with Save The Date.

  Hire Casey!

  Casey was hands down the best choice for our wedding! She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and make our vision a reality. She was so well prepared and anticipated every/any possible hiccup! Her day of bag was Mary Poppins-esque, anytime we needed something she had it! Beyond that, her expertise and knowledge helped guide our conversations with vendors and helped us make informed decisions throughout our planning process. Truly, it made our vendor selection and pre-wedding meetings so smooth especially since we were not living in town! We highly recommend selecting Casey as your wedding planner!

  If you’re looking for a coordinator who knows the Milwaukee area wedding scene, Casey is your girl! She has such great knowledge of wedding etiquette, general tips, and so many vendor relationships in the area. She’s organized and takes charge so your day will run smoothly, but you’ll also feel like you’re working with one of your friends.

  Best Coordinator!

  Casey went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning and day-of process! The day simply would not have been as perfect if it weren't for her incredible support and attention to detail. Throughout the planning journey, she joined all of my meetings, coordinated day-of (and rehearsal dinner) details with vendors, checked in with how we were feeling, ensured we were satisfied with each step of the process, and much much more! Casey was always one step ahead of me, which actually made the planning more enjoyable rather than stressful. She accommodated all of our needs and desires and did everything she could to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I can't recommend her enough!!

  Never a doubt in my mind

  Casey was available for questions and concerns prior to, during, and after the wedding. She helped with the rehearsal dinner as well. She is super organized and efficient, and a calming force, ensuring she will take care of your concern, which she did in every situation! I don’t think the wedding could’ve gone any smoother—Casey was instrumental in making that happen.

  Casey was able to be strategic in researching resources and alternative options for your event. In doing so, Casey saved us money and is worth every penny for clients/couples on the fence. Our theme was a mountain event. The ski lift chair would have been $900 if we went with one vendor,. Casey secured one instead for half the amount. Casey was creatively finding ways to save me money every step of the way. You can't always trust the initial answer people give you and it really, literally pays off to do your own research. Casey along with her talented husband created mountain centerpieces for our event. He put such care and thought into crafting the mountains, making sure they would look good for the event and could be functional afterwards! (And was also able to do it for less than anything we found on etsy!) and who knows if we would have been able to get them in time!

  I cannot imagine our wedding day without Casey. In the months leading up to our wedding, she made sure that she was staying in the loop with our vendor choices and asking critical questions I wouldn’t have even thought were important. On our actual wedding day, I felt a sense of calmness because I knew Casey had everything under control. She had so much knowledge and expertise to get us through the day - and problem solve the inevitable problems - as smoothly as possible. Our guests and bridal party couldn’t stop talking about how incredible she was, and our vendors appreciated her support.   Truly a keeper of sanity! Highly Recommend

  Casey is the absolute BEST.
  I met Casey in the very early stages of planning. I had close to nothing planned; I just knew I wanted a day-of coordinator. I also didn't know what that job entailed! Let me tell you, even if you are planning everything yourself, YOU NEED HER!
  
  Along the way she helped me find vendors and gave suggestions when asked. She frequently checked in on me as the planning went on to make sure I was doing okay (how sweet!). As the big day approached we worked together to figure out what her role would be and what tasks she would handle. There was no task to little or too large! The day before rehearsal we met to exchange all of the decor, place settings, signage, you name it. She assured me she understood my vision and would execute accordingly.
  -She attended our rehearsal at church. It was comforting to know someone else (other than the church coordinators) knew the flow of things.. because I definitely forgot.
  -She was there with the wedding party getting ready early in the morning! I was nervous about the guys getting ready on time - she was there to keep them in check. There were also a lot of last minute things that came up and she was right there to take care of it! She made sure everyone got to the ceremony with everything they needed. I DO NOT REGRET THIS DECISION.
  -Once we all made it down the aisle, she jetted over to the reception venue to setup. Everything was perfect! And just how I imagined. She greeted us at the venue after photos and lined us all up for the Grand March (with champagne!).
  A few highlights: my bustle broke, thanks to my groom for stepping on it. Casey was right there to sew it back up! Also, I didnt pack backup shoes - Casey ran out to buy me a pair of flip flops.. and TWICE for one of my bridesmaids. Lastly, Casey was there til the very end - she packed up all of the cards, gifts, extra decor, signage, etc and dropped it off the next day. AND with an iced coffee! Wow. Huge relief to have someone take care of that for you at the end of a long day!
  
  She is a gem. That is all.

  I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator but It was one of the best decisions I made! Casey exceeded my expectations! She was informative, attentive, and so helpful.   I can't say enough about Casey and what an impact she had on making our wedding day a success -- it's cliche to say, but in this case it's true -- our wedding would not have been nearly the incredible day it was without her.
  
  Casey's passion for weddings and for her job shone through in every interaction I had with her. I only wished I would've pulled her in sooner to help with all of my decisions! Once I did hire her, she went above and beyond again and again to ensure that our day was special and easy for us. The biggest example of this is the lead she took on making our 'out of the box' late night food idea happen. I mentioned the idea, and from that point on, I didn't need to give it a second thought, because she researched and communicated options and made it happen. We've had so many guests comment on how memorable the late night food was, and we 100% have Casey to thank.
  
  There were so many details I didn't have figured out, even up to the day of the event, and Casey stepped in at every turn to make sure that things were smooth -- and, most importantly -- that I didn't need to worry about or handle out anything that she could handle herself. She was there to calm me down before I walked down the aisle, and when my dress got dirty, and when it ripped (!), and she was there in the morning to deliver everything we had handed off to her and to make sure we had everything we needed.   To put it simply, Casey is the best. We hired Casey as our day-of-coordinator and honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without her. It was the best decision we made! She was amazing to work with and we cannot express how thankful we are to have had her. Casey was professional, organized and she took care of everything we asked and more! After some miscommunication with our venue, Casey saved the day and made sure we were all on the same page and that everything ran smoothly. She went above and beyond her job description. The weather was not cooperating for our outdoor October wedding and at our rehearsal we planned for an indoor wedding. On our wedding day, the weather decided to cooperate. Casey knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony and she made that happen. During the reception my feet were killing me, Casey ran to her house to grab a pair of flip flops for me to borrow - another example of above and beyond! I wish we could give Casey 10 stars - she is the best and we would HIGHLY recommend her!

The weather was not cooperating for our outdoor October wedding and at our rehearsal we planned for an indoor wedding. On our wedding day, the weather decided to cooperate. Casey knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony and she made that happen. During the reception my feet were killing me, Casey ran to her house to grab a pair of flip flops for me to borrow - another example of above and beyond! I wish we could give Casey 10 stars - she is the best and we would HIGHLY recommend her!

  We are so fortunate to have come across Casey. It seems like there isn't anything that she can't do! She even helped to pick up our cake from the bakery which is a service that many in her field do not do and is so valuable. She has great knowledge of the field and great taste in decor and set-up. We had a floral snafu with getting our flowers on time from our vendor. Casey took the initiative after our rehearsal to pick up of the missing flowers from a local grocery store for us. Last but not least, Casey is a very friendly and positive person and we could not have asked for a better person to help us with our wedding. Thanks so much, Casey!!!

  Casey from Save the Date Events was fantastic. She helped us throughout the entire wedding planning process: venue selection, save the dates, invites, signage, flowers/decor, food choice, pictures, set-up, day-of coordination, and take-down. She even addressed our invites using her calligraphy skills. Casey is well-connected for Milwaukee weddings, and can likely refer you to anyone you would need. I cannot recommend her enough.

  Casey was simply outstanding; she was extremely responsive, supportive, and professional. She reached out to our vendors beforehand and helped to coordinate all of the different "moving parts" involved in our 330 person, Catholic wedding (which involved three buses, gift bags for three different hotels, and trolley tours of downtown MKE during the time between our ceremony and reception, to name a few!). My husband and I have had many conversations in the 3 weeks since our wedding about how happy we were to have found her. I truly couldn't have imagined executing our wedding day without her support. Could not recommend her more strongly.

  The best money we ever spent! I don't know how people try to do all of this on their own! I live out of state, and really trusted Casey to help plan the majority of our wedding. I don't have time to search the never ending list of vendors, set up calls/meetings, and then actually decide on one. Casey did all the leg work and basically gave us her top 2 or 3, which were all great, and we picked from there. She researched all of our options for venues, caterers, bakeries, photographers, florists... you name it! When we walked into our reception, we were speechless. It was absolutely amazing! She completely nailed our style and our taste, and added so many personal touches that we never expected. Casey went above and beyond! Casey was absolutely wonderful to work with- we are so glad we booked her! She made it clear that she was willing to help in any way we needed, and was always very responsive when we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly for my husband and me. We are so grateful that we were able to work with her! We would most definitely recommended her for anyone looking for an event coordinator.

  We had such an amazing experience with Casey! She truly made our wedding so much less stressful, honestly there was zero stress, she took care of it all. She organized our entire wedding party so everyone knew exactly when to walk based on her song cues, something we didn't even think about! She even went so far as to bring me sparkly flip flops during the reception because my feet were done but I didn't bring other shoes! At the end of the night she was amazing, took care of all of the tear down and made sure everything was packed up perfectly and dropped it off a few days later. Seriously this was the best money we spent out of all the wedding expenses. My husband, family, bridal party and I all agreed we couldn't have done it without her! Thanks for everything Casey and we wish you all the best!

We were blown away by how she went above & beyond for us, truly cared about how we felt about our day going smoothly and making it go perfectly according to plan!
