    Amazing job at our daughter's wedding

    Naomi and Savitha did a wonderful job in making our daughter's wedding event stress-free and enjoyable for us!!
    And they knew what they were doing and were detail-oriented!!
    We worked with Naomi during the prep meetings leading up to the wedding which included a Hindu ceremony in the morning and a cocktail and reception in the evening. Naomi met with us a number of times gently pushing us to make progress on important planning items while surfacing a number of items that we had not earlier thought about. On the day of the event both Savita and Naomi executed all the planned actions perfectly with attention to details. They handled all the last minute things that I had not thought about (eg. weather being unusually chilly requiring some shawls to be made available for verandah use) gracefully with a smile and reminding me to leave the work to them and enjoy the event. It was such a pleasure working with them both in the planning stage and on the event day. Close relatives and friends appreciated that I had Savita and Naomi for the day-of-coordination work so that I am not expecting them to step in and help.

    Absolutely recommend!

    We had a wonderful experience with Savita and Naomi! We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they worked with us from very early in the process. We worked with Naomi as our lead planner and we could not have asked for a better partner in planning and executing our wedding. She made sure to meet all our vendors early, answer our questions and provide guidance in the months before the wedding, as well as help with any last minute changes and scheduling. She also made sure to understand the ins and outs of our ceremony and the cultural aspects that were important for the day and for our other vendors to understand. On the big day, she and Savita worked tirelessly to make sure that everything ran on time and as smoothly as possible. We are so grateful to have had them as our wedding planners and we absolutely recommend them for your wedding!

    Genuine, experienced, and detail-oriented!

    Savita & Naomi are the best coordinators we could have asked for! They are an extremely genuine, experienced, and detail-oriented team.

    Even with a 500+ wedding guest count, they had our full trust with planning for our special day - we didn't need to think about what we needed to get done because they already were three steps ahead. From creating a detailed timeline for the ceremony and the reception to contacting each vendor and wedding participant we felt at ease and knew they had it all covered.

    They truly went above and beyond in this entire planning process. They are the absolute best at what they do - highly recommend!

    Detailed oriented!

    Savita & Naomi were our day of coordinators for our wedding and truly helped bring everything together. Despite being day of coordinators, starting 3 months out, they helped put together the timeline, coordinate rental details with our caterer, and do a walk through of our venue to make sure everything was accounted for. Savita & Naomi allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about a single thing. If something did go wrong, we had no idea!

    Do Your Future Self a Favor and Hire this Team!

    I cannot recommend Savita enough. I had trouble finding a good day-of-coordinator as my former one had to drop and several close girl friends who already had their wedding would not recommend theirs. A trusted close friend of mine recommended Savita and I could not have been more happy with her work. If I could describe Savita in one word it would be 'thorough.' As a bride, I am tracking so many things and as detail oriented I may think I am, Savita surely thought of things I would have never guessed to remember. It's the little things that makeup the big picture and she handles all. of. the. little. things. The details she thinks of brought me a sense of calm. If I forgot something, I knew Savita would take care of it. Wedding planning isn't glamorous and gave me a lot of anxiety in a rollercoaster of emotions but after each call we had I felt a wave of peace. Savita will work with you to get to know your priorities and communicates well with vendors. She takes initiative to communicate with you and your vendors and will help you fight for any hiccups with vendors that may come up (backed up with reasonable evidence!). My top 2 priorities were to make sure the schedule was on-time and that things were taken care of so I can enjoy my day and she did just that! If a hiccup did arise, I didn't notice and Savita took care of it. She is super organized, detailed, and thorough in planning for the day but more importantly she is quick on her feet if needed to improvise and executes on the big day. I had 2 locations for my wedding day: church ceremony and a separate location for reception and she handled both locations smoothly. She said she could help setup some decor and I explained to her my vision which she executed beautifully exceeding my expectations. You won't be disappointed working with Savita. Your sanity will thank you; she is worth every penny! My only regret is not hiring her for more coverage: partial planning or full service.

    Excellent Day of Coordinating Service

    We can't recommend Bedazzled Events and Savita highly enough. Having her help truly enabled us keep our wedding as low stress as possible - we knew we could trust her to think of what needed to be done so that we didn't have to worry if there was something missing from our plans. We brought Savita on about 3.5 months before our wedding for day of coordinating services. We had all the big things booked, but needed help figuring out how the day actually comes together. During our initial meeting she walked us through a series of questions that she's put together based on her experience. We didn't have answers to all or probably even most of the questions, but this helped steer us towards what needed to be done right off the bat. From there she started putting together the timeline for the wedding day and collected additional details. As the wedding approached she was in touch with vendors and finalizing the schedule. Both my husband and I said so many times in the week before the wedding and the day of that we were so happy we booked her and that her assistance was 100% worth the cost.

    The best decision for our wedding reception

    I don't know what we would have done without Savita for our wedding! She was amazing, from start to finish--helping us plan the reception from when we were getting started, to getting the reception all set up while we were at the church, and executing the perfect day. Every vendor I called before the wedding to confirm said, "Oh yes, we're all set. I've already talked with your coordinator." She ran things behind the scenes and was extremely professional. This was the best investment for our wedding, and will be for you, too!

    As mother-of-bride and a really picky person, I wish I could give Savita and her husband a 10 star rating. Incredible person, most respectful, knows her stuff and extremely organized and patient. Services were for day-of but services were provided from beginning to the very end of the last few months to coordinate and work with the bride and groom, caterer, venue manager and families in all aspects of this March 18 wedding. I should mention however, bride was very clear in what she wanted, the parents of bride and groom assembled and label all items in boxes, did floral arrangements, made and set up the Chuppah, and provide clear instructions on what and when things were to be done. Items were taken and stored at the venue, Rose Hill Manor, (Leesburg, VA) prior to the event and left in storage. The caterer was very good about coordinating with this planner and all appropriate follow-up was done in a most timely manner. Savita checked in with the bride and family all through the event and saw that everything was done well. She and her husband stayed to the end of the event to make sure everything was packed up and placed in cars to go home- Nothing was missed. I know the bride and groom share my feeling and are most grateful. Photos will be added to this review ASAP

    Hire her now!

    Stop what you are doing and send Savita a message. Trust me, you want her as your coordinator. From the beginning of our planning, we knew we wanted our day to be a celebration. I kept saying it was going to be a "no stress wedding". And I had crazy details, like individual books and notes to each guest as the favors, individual centerpieces themed on a different book for each table, resetting the room in between ceremony and reception, 8 foot story book with our fairy tale. You get the picture. By all rights, my wedding day should have been a hectic jumble of getting things where they needed to be and making sure they were set up properly. But instead, Savita made our day everything we had envisioned without one moment of worry or stress on our parts. She took care of everything. She made our super detail-oriented wedding a breezy, stress-free event for me and my husband. It was absolutely perfect. She was so organized. Her experience and her passion really show through in her work. There were times I thought she had a better handle on my wedding than I did. She knew questions to ask that we hadn't begun to think of but would need to know before the big day. She knew how to help us communicate our plans even when we were not sure exactly how to convey them. I cannot begin to thank her enough. Hiring Savita is one of the best decisions you can make (after saying yes and before saying I do, of course). I cannot recommend Savita and Beddazzled Events enough.

    Savita is an A+++ wedding coordinator!

    Savita was an absolutely amazing and essential part of our day (and the weeks and months leading up to it). I hardly saw her at all on the day of, which is a testament to how hard she was working. Her organization is impeccable and she really stayed on top of things, and she was such a calming influence on the day. I was so, so glad to have Savita in my corner, and I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or large event.

    We absolutely loved working with Savita for our 70 person, downtown DC wedding. She is organized, thorough, easy to talk to, flexible, and a wonderful advocate when it comes to coordinating details with multiple vendors. She thought of reception details we never would have considered and made sure to bring them up with us and with our vendors, communicated regularly with us and eased all of our month-of nerves, and was invaluable in pulling off our wedding without a hitch. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family! Thank you, Savita!

    Savita was a fantastic Day-Of Coordinator! She was quick-thinking and solution oriented. She was swift to step in and address an issue that came up with another of our vendors. Savita also helped us identify what we hadn’t resolved in the month before the wedding, so we would have all our bases covered on the big day.

    She was a pleasure to have at our wedding. She handled things so we could focus on getting married and, of course, having fun!

    Savita was amazing to work with and helped keep everything on track. We originally did not plan on hiring any type of coordinator but we have zero regrets on hiring her. We love how organized and diligent she was from the very beginning especially with the detailed timeline she provided for us and the other vendors. We were often suggested from our married friends to “take a moment to take it all in” and we don’t think it would have been possible without her help that day. On the day of the wedding, she made it run as smooth as possible from flowers to the photographer, all the parts moved perfectly. We highly recommend Savita if you plan on preparing for your wedding!

    I was originally set on saving money by not having a wedding planner or coordinator, but now I cannot imagine how my wedding would have gone without Savita. In the planning, she was extremely responsive and did so much more than I expected from a day-of-coordinator; answering tons of questions, creating a detailed timeline, and contacting all of the vendors to confirm everything in the weeks before the wedding.
    On the day itself, she prevented a could-be-disaster when the rental company refused to set up the 140 chairs for the ceremony by carrying them up a hill into a garden just by herself and with her helper (who came with no additional cost to me), and without even telling me or my fiance because she didn't want us to be stressed out about it. She also dealt with the rental company when they forgot some of the items they were supposed to deliver. Despite having several different vendors all delivering things to the venue in the two hours before the wedding (and some coming back to pick-up at the end), the day went extremely smoothly from my perspective, and myself, my now-husband, and our families were completely free to enjoy the day rather than managing details.
    Everyone in my family who was involved in our planning agreed that her fee was the best money we spent in the wedding costs (and she's extremely affordable compared to other planners/coordinators). And in addition to being professional and efficient, Savita is also just very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her, and will also be quick to mention her to anyone I know who is planning a wedding in the Baltimore/DC area.

    Our wedding day was wonderful! We opted to plan the wedding ourselves, but wouldn't have dreamed of going without a day-of coordinator. Savita was so so thorough in the months leading up to the wedding, making sure she had every little detail down, and it showed on the day of. She was so calm and made us feel to calm during the entire day. Our only regret is that we did not ask her to coordinate our first reception (because of the amount of people, we had two receptions). A family friend had offered to coordinate that event, so we allowed it, but we were so disappointed at the details they left out. A lot of food and money was wasted. I wish we had just asked Savita to do that too. All in all, however, our day was wonderful. Wedding days are already long and stressful enough for a couple even just the social part; I'm so glad we had her there to manage the event part.

    Wow…I don’t even know where to begin. Savita and her assistant Sabina were nothing short of amazing! When I say they had attention to detail…I mean it! They were awesome, I’m still amazed and both my husband and I are still talking about how these 2 young ladies knocked it out of the park for us. Let’s see where do I began? I found Savita via the wedding sites and after my initial meeting with her I knew she was the day of coordinator for me. I decided to go with a day of coordinator since I had already begun the planning process for my wedding and needed someone to tie up the loose strings 30 days out from the wedding and to be the coordinator on our big day. I’m so glad I found her! She is awesome folks. My venue was located well over an hour from her base and she was not only on time but beat us there each time we had a meeting. Listen if you are looking for someone who listens and execute your every wish with so much detail…they are the ones for you! I was amazed at how detailed they were…I’m speechless. Outstanding and professional service. Book them you won’t regret it.

    Savita is all around excellent! She is poised, punctual, professional, detail oriented, and has excellent execution skills. I would hire Savita several times over. She was incredibly calm during my wedding which helped me keep calm. She also created a wedding timeline, effectively engaged with my vendors, and offered suggestions as to how to enhance my overall experience. The day of my wedding went off without a hitch and Savita had a solid hand in ensuring so. If you have a wedding, baby shower or upcoming event, you need to hire Savita asap!

    Five stars are not enough for Savita. She is absolutely amazing and we are so lucky that we found her!

    We contacted Savita less than a month before our wedding after we had to terminate our contract with another coordinator that we had previously hired. In all honestly, we were freaking out! I sent Savita a message after reading her positive reviews on WeddingWire. She responded with an email within an hour and then followed up with a call a few minutes after that to make sure we didn’t have any questions. In our very panicked coordinator-less state, Sativa was like a breathe of fresh air. She instantly made us feel at ease and like everything would be ok. We quickly signed a contract with her and she dove in!

    Within a couple days, we had several extended phone conversations with her, going over all the details. Even though we had already spent over a year planning and thought we had all our bases covered, Savita still asked small detail questions that we hadn’t thought about yet! She was in touch with all of our vendors and had a timeline all ready for us within a week.

    Even when Savita had to be out of the country unexpectedly about a week before our wedding, she made sure to set us up with her associate Bertha and kept in constant contact to make sure that we felt comfortable and prepared.

    The day of, everything was absolutely perfect. If there were any issues, we didn’t know about them and Savita handled them seamlessly. She executed our vision flawlessly. She really helped make our day that we had spent so much time and effort planning absolutely perfect! We can’t thank her enough!!

    I could not say a bad thing about Savita. Although I only purchased day-of services, she helped through the whole process, was always available, and never said no to a single task thrown at her.     It was the best decision to use Bedazzeled Events for my day of coordination. Savita put me at complete ease. My wedding had so many details and really was a vision that Savita completely understood and executed flawlessly. Her attention to detail, kindness and temperament made it an extraordinary experience.     Working with Bedazzled Events LLC was an AMAZING experience and one of the best decisions I've ever made! I am a very do-it-yourself type of person, and I was basically trying to plan the entire wedding myself; however, I had to start my Residency Program across the country a month before the wedding, and realized that I definitely needed some expertise in helping it all come together. Just to give you some perspective, our wedding had 650 guests. Savita was AWESOME to work with! She is incredibly sweet and very talented. Her careful attention to even the tiniest of details put me at ease and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands and that EVERYTHING was going to turn out beautifully. She was very responsive and extremely easy to reach. In fact, we talked/texted every day in the month leading up to the wedding. I enjoyed that I was able to develop a close and personal relationship with her. She went above and beyond my expectations! I hired her as a Day-of Coordinator, but she did WAY more than that. She helped me with many of the wedding planning details, and was constantly offering to do more to help take things off of my plate leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she and her crew were up at the crack of dawn working tirelessly to get everything set up to perfection. I enjoyed not having to worry about anything, and I treasure the quality time that I was able to spend with my bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding. The day went so wonderfully that I can’t stop reliving it. Savita and her team are AMAZING to work with, and I know you will have an unforgettably incredible experience planning your wedding if you work with them. I HIGHLY recommend Bedazzled Events LLC!

    Savita Moses was the coordinator for my wedding. She is the most organized individual I have ever met! She pays attention to each and every detail and anticipates issues and prepares for them well in advance. Even though my wedding venue had assigned me a day of wedding coordinator, Savita took it upon herself to familiarize herself with the venue and all that was needed there. If it was not for Savita keeping on top of all the wedding details it would have been a fiasco as the venue's coordinator failed miserably. Savita swooped in effortlessly and gracefully and saved the day by making sure the lighting, tables, order of events and so much more was done exactly as it should have. I rarely write reviews but I cannot recommend Savita's services enough. She is the right person to ensure your once in a lifetime moment goes flawlessly.

    Savita did a great job as our day-of wedding coordinator-- she put together a helpful timeline, made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding, and even packed everything up for us at the end of the night. It was wonderful to not spend my wedding day worrying about logistics thanks to her!
